nights.
Day
1
We
had
originally
booked
a
twin
single
bed
non-smoking
room,
but
we
were
given
a
single
queen
bed.
Plus,
the
bed
sheets
were
so
soiled
and
unclean.
So,
we
called
the
manager
-
he
was
very
attentive
and
helpful.
He
helped
to
change
us
to
a
twin
single
bed
room,
which
was
slightly
better
in
cleanliness,
but
the
room
was
full
of
cigarette
smell.
We
had
to
keep
the
windows
and
the
doors
open
for
quite
a
long
time,
but
still,
the
smell
was
lingering.
Day
2
The
lift
was
switched
off,
and
we
were
given
a
room
at
level
3.
My
dad
is
quite
old,
and
he
has
a
severe
knee
problem.
So,
we
had
to
call
the
manager
again
-
and
he
switched
it
on
temporarily,
but
then
it
was
turned
off
again.
Day
3
The
elevator
was
not
fixed
still,
so
we
had
to
call
the
manager
again
-
which
was
a
bit
frustrating
for
us.
Overall,
the
room
cleanliness
is
slightly
better
than
Oyo,
but
don't
expect
a
proper
hotel
level
cleanliness.
Service
by
manager
Mr.
Ajai
is
good,
and
also
the
room
boy
who
helped
to
carry
the
heavy
luggage
from
room
to
ground
floor,
as
the
lift
was
not
working.
We
did
not
get
any
breakfast
(not
sure
if
it
was
missed
accidentally).
Location
is
good
-
really
right
opposite
Express
avenue
mall.
Not
a
bad
place
overall,
but
with
better
cleanliness
and
maintenance,
I'd
have
given
more
stars.
