I was denied check-in despite having a valid reservation. It was very evident that I was discriminated against based on the color of my skin. If you are anything other than Indian national, do not even attempt to stay here. And even you have Indian nationality, you should do everything in your power to close such establishments, as they bring shame on your country and your people. Scumbags is the only word I can think of. 0 stars!

◆We booked family suit room so it is wonderful room with TV,AC, Multiple charging stations,2 large beds with clean bed sheets and good washroom. ◆Breakfast they provided but it is okay not much good. ◆We booked in agoda so we get offer this room in offer price. ◆Room service boy is kind and good in service ◆Near to Express Avenue Mall and Marina Beach ◆In Agoda they mentioned 12 PM check but in the same platform they asked to select early check in so we have selected that one.but after we called they told like for early check you have to pay extra 2000/- and also they mentioned early check-in is free/chargable depends on hotel side,Here we are charging like wise they told.So if you planning to check in Early here you have to pay based on room which you are going to book so plan accordingly. Apart from last point, everything is good.⭐⭐⭐⭐

I agree that the rooms were clean and well maintained. But the tap was broken in the wash basin, the jet was broken and was leaking water. No towel rack. The fan constantly made a sound as if someone was knocking on the door. (Room 303) Also they don't have any kitchen, they will get food from outside when you order and only until 10:00 PM. We came in late from our train journey and no food. I had to order from Zomato. The specialty of Chennai is coffee, no filter coffee available, you have to first pay the guy and then he will get it. We upgraded our room for an extra 1000 rupees but we still did not get our included breakfast. They did not even provide dental kit when we checked in, I had to go down and ask for it. Overall a bad experience, don't go by the pictures uploaded. There are better hotels you can get for lower or equal rates in chennai

K11 Express is a very good place to stay for a couple of nights in Chennai. If you're a non vegetarian then you're in for a treat. Right behind the hotel there is a famous restaurant called Zaitoon which serves amazing food. Chennai Egmore station, Marina Beach and Fort St. George all are about 20 minutes away from this hotel, making it an absolute winner in terms of location. Being next to Express Avenue Mall (just across the road) you can easily get a lot of choice for food in the food court. The rooms were of adequate size and the bathroom was clean as well. The staff is courteous and helpful and will make your life easier. I observed that this spot was popular among tourists, both Indian and international.

Near the express avenue. Pros: Employees are good and service awesome. They helping well. Benchmark is: Direct booking is costly. Book online and come. Bathroom pipes are getting electric shock.

This hotel is very nice. Neat and clean, spacious. Location is very good. Front desk staff are really hard working people. They are very polite and gentle. It is worth for the money. I am from New Jersey and I feel the hotel atmosphere same as in US. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's good and the ambience matters.. spacious rooms and I took suite room which is really spacious and clean.. they do house keeping every day and what even u want they help u with it.. the front desk people are not rude. At the same not so friendly too. They do things when u call and ask them.. but overall room is really good.

We stayed at K11 express - opp express avenue for 3 nights. Day 1 We had originally booked a twin single bed non-smoking room, but we were given a single queen bed. Plus, the bed sheets were so soiled and unclean. So, we called the manager - he was very attentive and helpful. He helped to change us to a twin single bed room, which was slightly better in cleanliness, but the room was full of cigarette smell. We had to keep the windows and the doors open for quite a long time, but still, the smell was lingering. Day 2 The lift was switched off, and we were given a room at level 3. My dad is quite old, and he has a severe knee problem. So, we had to call the manager again - and he switched it on temporarily, but then it was turned off again. Day 3 The elevator was not fixed still, so we had to call the manager again - which was a bit frustrating for us. Overall, the room cleanliness is slightly better than Oyo, but don't expect a proper hotel level cleanliness. Service by manager Mr. Ajai is good, and also the room boy who helped to carry the heavy luggage from room to ground floor, as the lift was not working. We did not get any breakfast (not sure if it was missed accidentally). Location is good - really right opposite Express avenue mall. Not a bad place overall, but with better cleanliness and maintenance, I'd have given more stars.

One of the best stays near the k11 express hotels T-Nagar Chennai. Location is one of the main reasons to select the hotel. Lot of shopping nearby The rooms are good. Clean and hygienic environment. Service to the rooms is so good. Morning breakfast is compliment for the stay. Tariff is also worth it. Fully air conditioned rooms. Parking is also available.

Firstly the worst manager. won't even care for customers and not at all helpful to customers.staff are good but they can't go against their management.Money minded environment,reckless behaviour of manager made me to post this. One final thing Don't ever try this stay which will get u into the worst experience .

He is very humble, knowledgeable, quick in taking action for guest needs in the hotel. He is a well deserved staff to be recognized by hotel management and sure he will be an asset to the hotel.
