Dunno what happened to this restaurant, supposed to be a good one, but this branch is a nightmare, we went for dinner along with our infant, we ordered briyani, dosa, chicken chukka, they took the order half an hour lately after we entered the restaurant, and we waited for more than 45mins, still didn't get a single dish of wat we ordered, when I went ask the manager, he was very rude and lethargically told me that he didn't escalate the order to the kitchen, how pathetic this was, totally we wasted 1:30hrs of our time... and we moved to the food court... Better plz avoid this place, I enclosed the photos of the manager....

We ordered 2 veg meals at lunch time. The restaurant was not fully filled. They took their sweet time to bring food. When the food came everything except sambar was cold. We sent everything back , they took almost 10 minutes to heat and bring it back. The small katoris were not even fully filled with daal and all. In short slow and bad service, the food was not great too. We had in thuraipakkam branch which was 10 times better.

Lovely chettinadu dishes (Both Veg and Non-veg). Village style biryani was good. It has a variety of parottas and gravy. There is nothing to complain about the taste as everything I ordered was good but the prices are way too high with very less quantities (Example Two small sized parottas costs 100 rupees). Try this restaurant if you have a big pocket definitely not budget friendly.

I recently visited Junior Kuppana restaurant located in Marine Mall, and unfortunately, my dining experience left much to be desired. The overall service, staffing, and timely delivery of ordered items were notably disappointing. To begin with, the service was painfully slow, and it was evident that the restaurant was operating with a very limited staff. The delay in attending to customers and taking orders was noticeable, creating an atmosphere of impatience and frustration among diners. What added to the frustration was the scarcity of staff, making it challenging for them to manage the influx of customers. Tables were left uncleared, and it seemed like there was a lack of coordination among the restaurant staff. This shortage of manpower negatively impacted the overall dining ambiance and left patrons feeling neglected. One of the most concerning aspects of my visit was the delayed delivery of the ordered items. Despite placing my order promptly and even taking the time to wash my hands, the food did not reach my table in a reasonable time frame. The prolonged wait raised concerns about the efficiency of the kitchen and the ability of the staff to handle the dining crowd effectively. Moreover, the disconnect between the kitchen and the serving staff was evident when my ordered item failed to reach the table even after an extended wait. The lack of communication or updates from the staff regarding the delay only exacerbated the frustration of an already inconvenient dining experience. In conclusion, my visit to Junior Kuppana in Marine Mall was marred by delayed service, a shortage of staff, and the non-delivery of the ordered items in a timely manner. While I understand that busy periods can pose challenges for any restaurant, it is crucial for establishments to manage these situations efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience for their customers. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues to enhance the overall service quality at Junior Kuppana.

Biriyani was below average when compared to other branches of junior kuppana. Meals were not worth cost. Onion raitha was sweet in taste when i asked for different cup of raitha they provided chopped onions, plain curd and salt in different bowls dint expect this type of service

I ordered chicken biryani combo with 65 65 is completely like stone cant even able to bite 1 st time im experiencing such thing in JK. None of the branch I never face such instances. Its completely stone only. its very very very hard like stone exactly May be they took from cold storage then put immediately in frying and served think so , thats y meat is frozen and not cooked and hard like stone Please educate workers here

Worst service and bad taste. Poor in crowd management, can't handle the table service, unprofessional behaviour exhibited by the staff. Advice to the Management is to shut down the business if you have inadequate staff to service the tables. I ordered for soup and biryani, biriyani was served first and soup was served after we completed the dish. The reply was very annoying, the waiter says, biriyani was available first so we served. Ordered for masala kalaki, they served plain kalaki and teach the customer how a plain kalaki look. One good thing to mention - starters & Japan chicken were good.

Mutton biriyani taste is so delicious. Chicken biriyani taste is average. My kid love their chicken lollipop, that is so crispy and tasty. But quantity is veryyy less. Ambience is good 👍 👌
