Nice place for Asian food, best to go with a reservation. Food tastes really good.. The portion/ quantity of each dish is a LOT, so do keep that in mind while ordering. Ambience is okay.. it’s crowded most times but still pretty good.. vast menu all VEG! (Yay!) I would prefer better varieties of beverages and desserts..

Super tasty food! Green thai curry (must try)

This is my first experience of trying different cuisines from other than South Indian and taste was best. Even the price is little higher but quantity is more and quality is best. We had glass noodles the best one I Had and soups momos for a person It costed only 500-600 which is justifying for the food served. Must try apple fritters.

Had seen quite some good reviews about this. But sadly i was disappointed. A couple of items we asked for from the menu were not available. And the dishes we ordered were just ok. Nothing great in the taste. Only thing is the portions are quite big. But the taste does not justify the cost of the dishes. Was excited to have some good food but unfortunately not really happy with it.

Visited this place multiple times. It is consistently good. The quantity-quality balance is great. The soup and noodles were very good. The crackling spinanch is not as good as Mainland China though. The view of OMR especially in the night is nice.

Had a wonderful lunch here. Though i normally prefer spicy food, i went with experimenting mindset here. Ordered Citrus vegetable curry which initially tasted a bit awkward but i started to enjoy it a lot. Other orders were pan fried noodles, garlic fried rice and mushroom salt pepper. None of the food items were spicy. If you want spicy, i suggest you ask them for it. Lastly, this is the only pure vegetarian chinese restaurant i know of.

Had an amazing experience here! The quality and the portion of the food was just top notch. Absolutely loved every bit of the food we had here!! The soup, Chinese salad, vegetable platter, sizzler , all of them were just too good. Highly recommend this to all vegetarian who love Chinese cuisine 🤩

One of the best vegetarian restaurant!!! Be it a taste, freshness, quantity, everything stood out. One could indulge in multi cuisine items with in flower drum. And ambience is very nice and as per the naming. Had kimchi, flower drum both tasted good. And the quantity is way more than the expected which is really nice and the amount you pay is reasonable. Would be a good bet if one needs to try out Thai, Chinese and Vietnam dishes here.

It's a vegetarian restaurant. Location wise, it's on the main road. No hassles at all in finding the place. They have valet parking. The atmosphere is good. You get your food without any delay (even if it's crowded). I ordered "Green Thai curry" and a "Flower Drum Sizzler". Both these dishes were so good. The sauce in the sizzler was outstanding. The vegetables were crunchy in both the dishes. Worth going to this place in OMR. They have branches in Adyar, Egmore and K.K Nagar. Give it a try 👍

Exotic !!... Such a bliss for vegetarians. Both quantity and quality they serve are too good. Quiet ambience.!. Cost : Rs.400 per head and goes to Rs.1200 for a couple. Though expensive, its pure Thai curry dishes and almost everything has coconut milk flavor.

Very tasty food, with some unusual options. The lotus stem starter was very tasty. Service was excellent, the waiter very pleasantly agreed to cancel one dish when we requested ( we realized we'd ordered too much). Although 3 of us are non-vegetarians, didn't miss the chicken/prawns at all! 😁 Prices appear a bit high, but portion sizes justify the cost. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The food is very good in terms of spices and sauces being used. If you want try vegetarian and Chinese...it's must recommend. Staff is cooperative and helpful and tell you everything about dishes.

We didn't have too many expectations when we chose this restaurant to end our New year bash . But it turned out to be a great choice indeed ☺️. I love Thai and loved all the dishes served. I rarely have desserts . But Apple fritters were soo good to say no . For vegetarians who love Chinese and Thai cuisine, it should be in one of the favourite restaurants .

The food here was amazing! It is a completely vegetarian restaurant but they have a lot of varieties. They have Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine here and all the dishes tasted authentic and portion sizes are great for sharing. Ambience and seating is quite clean and comfortable. Overall brilliant experience and worth visiting!

Good veg restaurant, located on OMR road (right opposite to cts thoraipakam). Good variety of food options, but pricing is bit costly. Quantity served will be more than enough.

Visited with a friend and ordered the Tofu and Mushroom Soup and Pad Thai Noodles. The soup was good but the noodles were okayish, nothing special the quantity was good though. The interior was pretty average. Overall a budget friendly place to try some Thai food.

The ambience is very good. Valet Parking available. Good service. They explain well about the item in the card and help in choosing the dish and also the quantity to be ordered according to the number of people. Very courteous staff. Only drawback is they don't have many desert items.

We went for dinner, first of all location is so good, parking is so easy here. Foor and service was up to the mark, being a vegetarian getting so tasty Thai food is difficult but here it's so easy. Staff was so humble.

The worst dinner ever. I love Green Thai curry and this is the first place who managed to make me hate it. There was no smell or richness of coconut. It was a sad replica using poor quality ingredients. The tomato soup - I ordered for my son. Tomato soup is usually so fragrant. This one was bland, oily and with a hint of sweetness - gross tasting. My sin hardly had 2 spoons! Moving to Spinach corn cheese rolls, the restaurant called to say they didn’t have it and Momos cost more but they don’t mind sending it at same cost. Momos tasted like paper stuffed with more paper. And the cost of spinach roll was higher than the momos - so the restaurant called and lied to me about the cost!! One awesome thing about their order is the quantity - it’s a lot. So more space occupied in your dustbin Cuz it tastes like filth and hence we can’t eat it anyway. Never again Flowerdrum!!!

Visited for lunch. It's a pleasant and cosy place for family/friends. Since it was a weekday, reservation wasn't required.Else you can book your reservation via Zomato for free. The restaurant is at 3rd floor with lift /stairs and has valet parking for car and 2 wheeler parking available. We ordered Kimchi (chose Babycorn as ingredient) Velvet Tofu Cottage Cheese Medallion Sizzler with rice. Ginger Cola Food was delicious and for once the quantity was more than enough for 2 ppl,so we took parcel for some of them. Service was timely and PPL were courteous ✌️

Decent Dining Experience. Sizzler’s Served on a Banana leaf with separate Rice & Fries is a big disappointment! Crackling spinach comes with Huge quantity . My wife loved the Pan fried Noodles.. Nothing great or worse about this Fine dining restaurant

I was a little disappointed during my last visit (I have visited a few times and it's definitely a great place for vegetarians interested in Thai and Chinese food). Ordered our usual stuff and my daughter asked for the chop-sticks to which they responded that it's not available. Well, that's something basic I would assume for a Chinese restaurant. Hopefully, next time we would get what we want. Tried hot chocolate with icecream for desert and it was awesome.

Great ambience and courteous service. Had a great time. They also offer cakes (ice cakes) for birthday parties. Out of the routine hangout spot. The portions being served are bigger then usual. Just be sure you order enough...

The best pan asian restaurant, Flowerdrum sizzler, loved the taste. Delicious. Quality, quantity, taste, service, ambience everything is good.

Tastes good, good fine dine experience with comfortable seating and nice ambience. However one downside is the level of vegetables in their noodles and fried rice we ordered is very very less which is typically not Chinese/Thai.

I did have high expectations before going there. Ambience is so good, giving cozy vibes. Coming to the taste I am not satisfied, maybe I ordered the wrong items. Besides other items I tried their signature fried rice, even that's too normal. Price is reasonable, Ambience is good, Staff members are good. One thing I loved the most is Its a pure vegetarian restaurant 💚

We were 5 people who visited the restaurant for lunch around 2:40. The restaurant was almost full, since my friend Venkatesh has already done the table booking we didn't have to wait for the seats. The ambiance is very good. It's a complete Vegetarian restaurant. I have ordered vegetable Dimsum, meanwhile I got a call and i went outside. My friends have ordered the remaining items. We shared all the food. Soup was there, crispy corn, Tofu, Vegetables grills was there, Noodles and fried rice also was there. There were 3 varieties of chutney. To add flavour to the food. Overall we had a nice time. We enjoyed it a lot.

Very good food with courteous staff n nice ambience all make it a wonderful time spent there. Getting vegetarian Chinese n Thai food by itself is USP. Decent Car parking too, only thing that can better is wash room can be more clean. Closet tank was leaking a bit.

Flower drum is superb veg restaurant. Would say as one of the best. As an add on information .. people looking for Thambi Vilas.. facility has been closed. Food was nice both lunch and dinner. Nostalgic feel--- this place has been closed ..
