Though the Doctors and the procedure were good, the back office executives are very mediocre, the insurance claim system is pathetic, the claim was raised 1 hour post procedure and they asked us to wait, saying either you pay and go now or wait till the final bill is received from insurance. The remaining amount you can come and collect it tomorrow.

Good ambiance, facilities and quick response from the front desk. If only the optometrist was bit more patient and cordial instead of using an impatient tone at the patients, would have given 5, stars.

Very neat and clean. All staff are polite and attentive. Almost all patients are given eye drops and have to close their eyes for 20 to 30 minutes. Playing of music will enhance the Hall and patients will have a relax mood.

Best branch in the city. I have consulted in other branches, but I was not satisfied. The doctors over here are very experienced and you will be satisfied.
