This beautiful public park is still a work in progress. There are no lightings yet, so the park remains open only until 4.45 PM. Landscaping and greenscaping are still under progress. It also has an outdoor gym and children's play area. Adult entry is a nominal fee of 20 and 40 for car parking. Morning walkers pass is also available (not aware of the charges). They also seem to have an artificial water way and fountain. All in all, Senganthal (Glory Lily) is yet to bloom in its full glory.

Well maintained. They charge Rs 20/ per day and monthly Rs 150 / for the public. For senior citizens, it should be free. Restroom,2 wheeler and car parking are provided. Drinking water is required. The atmosphere is very good. Sufficient electric lights are not provided. Solar lamps are preferred. This beautiful park at Gopalapuram is boon to us.

Huge park with plenty of greenery and walking paths. However it has weird timings - the ticket booth shuts by 4.45pm. The park is still under construction but the fees are being collected anyway. There's a kids play area and an elders gym with decent equipment. I couldn't see any bathrooms, not sure if they exist. It has the potential to be an excellent park in the near future.

It's a surprise to see such a big park that is well maintained with lot of trees and plants. 15rs for entry is not a big deal at all for this location. I'm guessing you'll be charged for the vehicle parking too. Again all of the places have these conditions. Everything looks green and fresh. So many are appointed to keep the place clean and growing.

It was very clean, neat and decent! Will recommend it for families and a good environment. They have clean restrooms for both men and women.

It's a beautiful calm expansive park right next to the bustling mount road. Tall shady trees, well laid out walking path, some small fountains and chirping birds. It's a walkers paradise and very close to residential areas of Gopalapuram and Royapettah. They have abundant parking space, pass for daily walkers and a nursery selling plants and seeds

Lush greenery and chirping birds perfectly calm and nested inside the city center away from the bustling noises from the main road...some even better maintenance of the place and equipment will help it serve the public better ... Even the water bowls are empty with no water kept for the birds and animals around in this summer

It's a well maintained and expansive park - ideal for relaxing with the family. Lots of trees and plants labeled with their Tamil and bio names all around. They have a kids play area but some of the equipment are broken. They also have an Elders gym but unfortunately all the equipment here are broken. While the park as such is open only between 9 and 5.45 PM, there is a special plan for morning walkers. You pay rs. 200 per month and can use the park for your morning walk. Otherwise, it's Rs. 25 for adults and Rs. 10 for children during normal time.

The garden is beautifully maintained, with plants available for sale at the entrance itself. Decorated with luscious green arches and trellis, it is truly magical to walk through. If you're an ardent nature lover who is on the lookout for butterflies, mushrooms, all sorts of tiny creatures and birds, welcome to this place. For a very small fee of entry, you get to witness a plethora of biodiversity inside here. There was a tree full of hanging bats in broad daylight. Butterflies were hovering around in clusters. There are lots of places where you can just sit down and be in awe. (The mosquitoes are vicious & won't let you be in peace so do use some sort of mild mosquito repellent just to be on the safe side.)

Nice park, too big, too natural, a small haven right near busy Gemini flyover. Lots of collection of plants, arts, well maintained and clean. Kudos to all the workers in the park for passionately maintaining this. Entrance fee is just 20 rs , morning till evening one can stay. Best place for children as well

Beautifully constructed new park in the heart of chennai. You have to pay a basic fee to enter, and it's all worth it. The garden is surrounded by a variety of plants and trees, which make it all the beautiful.
