We booked this hotel as a lay over for our onwards journey. Checked in late at 10pm . Guys in the lobby saw our kid was asleep so they gave us a room in no time and helped my wife and kid into the room till the time I completed the formalities. Room was super comfy and huge . Breakfast spread was amazing and tasted really good . Service staff and the manager at the breakfast were really helpful and lovely . Guys in the lobby always helping guests around with a smile on their face .They also got a cake knowing it was my kids birthday .. Hoping we visit again soon for a longer period of time. Must stay when I Chennai .💯

This is a fairly standard, drab, corporate style hotel. I stayed in room 1115 (very strange numbering system!). It was a good sized room with a large bed, small sofa, fridge and built in desk area. There was a good sized en-suite with a powerful shower and very good A/C. About 5km from airport- very convenient (20 minute drive). Airport taxi was relatively expensive (R750) for 5am start. The breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing more. Room service relatively expensive (R260 for a small coffee and a couple of biscuit). Laundry very expensive (a ‘captive’ clientele). I thought this hotel was expensive, given its general style and ambience. The staff were all delightful: hard-working, extremely helpful, cheerful and good-natured. The hotel was very clean throughout- another important indicator of the staff’s dedication and hard work.

Its been a weak I’m staying in accord chrome. The service here was splendid and everyone took care of me very well. Pari and Shemi were very kind and helpful. The restaurant gardenia serve a really good food. I am glad that I stayed in this hotel as the service was amazing and I couldn't be more grateful to all the staff for treating us like their very own. Thank you so much for making my stay a pleasant one.

I stayed in Hotel for 23 days. This hotel is very beautiful and its interior is also very beautiful. Its rooms are very spacious, and the staff here is very friendly, and the room service staff understand what their customers need and they are available all the time, the restaurant is very good and clean. The food here is very lazeez. Especially the paneer item is very delicious. All dishes are very good. I enjoyed it a lot. The service department staff is very friendly, especially Rushi, Parveen, and Paei took great care of us, the entire hotel staff is very friendly, it is a very nice hotel. If I come to Chennai again, I would like to come to this hotel again.

Perfect escape. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to Cable Beach. Loved the gardens surrounding our accommodation and being on ground floor meant we didn't need to drag suitcases upstairs. All the staff from reception to the maintenance guy bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. We will definitely stay here next visit.

We called to ask about the property after seeing the Google pictures and Gabe, from the front desk, went outside and took pictures in real time. On site parking! Security! Worlds most comfortable beds! Great prices! Don't pass this place up without giving it a chance. We will suggest to everyone.

For the first time i booked this property through agoda. The process was Very simple and fast. The front office of this property was exceptionally good. The way of reception of the guests deserve 5 star. The rooms are more spacious and well maintained. I can give more than 5 stars to the room. Restaurant is also good but little bit over priced.Dining staffs behavior needs appreciation. Morning breakfast is very nice with more varieties of dishes, caters all kinds of foodies. Overall the hospitality and ambience of the place calls us for repeated stays. I, from nilgiris never expected this type of green surrounding amidst the heart of city.

One of the best place to stay in Chrompet, tidy and spacious rooms, friendly staffs, ambience was awesome, 24*7 restaurant with room service. Restaurant menu can have few more variety, name boards can be kept for ease of access to new people in the city. Overall it is very nice place to stay.

We celebrated our daughter's first birthday here. it is such a wonderful experience. They had a very good and suprising buffet setup. Food quality and taste were exceeding our expectations especially Mughalai Mutton briyani, Paneer roll and kozhi varutha kari. They had arranged a dedicated counter for kids, with donuts, cakes and a setup for live cooking. Kids indeed found it amusing. The hotel staff were very helpful throughout the event, right from decoration , cake cutting preparation and buffet. They had extended their support in helping guests, taking care of their kids. The ambience was great . People had food and had relaxed chat in the garden. The photos we took inside the garden, came out really nice. There was one downside, where people found it difficult to reach the venue as there were no sign boards or anything that indicates there is a hotel inside the campus. special thanks to GM, Damodharan, Ram, Parthiban, chef sairam and the senior chef who had helped us a lot. Probably , The best venue to have a party in Chrompet locality.
