Cheap service We visited the store exactly a week back that’s last Monday and the sales come optimist Ms.Shabna was very sweet & welcoming and she took us around we planned to buy a 1600 glass but she convinced us to buy 2100 glass we agreed.Then when the payment came it was 3000 we wer shocked and after we asked she said insurance added for 260 we said we don’t want it as it is just a 1yr insurance no point in taking and she told us to take it and make false claim and buy new frame when ever we want,but we said no.Then she removed it but still some other liquids wer also added which we didn’t know but we said okay do it fast.And we made payment through our simple card which I told her twice before swiping and the transaction was successful and I got the receipt also and she said something went wrong the money will get refunded immediately so swipe again but we refused,we said let the refund come we will pay again.It’s exactly a week no refund.we have been continuously calling no proper response,today they are saying it’s initiated and it will come in 5days.we got super annoyed and we said give us a proper answer if not we will put a google review they were saying how does it matter give what ever you want. End of the story is once you swipe your card their no sweetness or no welcoming faces.Do not believe a single word they say,a salaried staff cannot be this arrogant if the company isn’t giving them back up. Never step into a Lenskart such a worst experience.

_* It's Better to get your Eye Check-up done from the nearby 300m away Dr. Agrawal Eye Clinic, Porur at ₹350 by a Professional Doctor, instead of risking it here *_ 1. Got my check up done, recieved a higher of 0.5 on left eye and a additional cylindrical power of 0.5 to right eye. I was just not ready to accept it, so I had a retest, again same result. Not ready to accept such high changes of power, I decided not to proceed further with the buy. Then in next days, I paid a visit to Dr. Agrawal Eye Clinic at Porur, whic is hardly 300m away from here. Got my eye checked professionally with proper procedure. It turned out that my eye power were just unchanged!! When I got back with results to the store, they gave a standard reply that this is normal tolerance, and this may keep on varying everytime you take a test! I will leave it to you, how can you accept a risk of such a high tolerance with your eye power!!! Just not acceptable. 2. I don't know how other reviews are so good, but for myself it was a real bad service! Not proper explanation in support, care free attitude. Was convinced to buy the insurance, which while selling, the guy told it's a no condition breakage insured, but during delivery I was told that only 60-40% is refundable, and rest has to be borne by the Customer! Conclusion: As rightly said by others, frames and lens collection is quite good, but for eye check up, I strongly recommend to get it checked by a professional Docter, instead of risking it here!! & Don't buy the breakage insurance, without knowing each minute details!

Worst Service. Ms.Shabna (Staff) was polite and was kind. Once we paid we received our receipt but Ms.Shabna told us that the payment faced an issue and asked us to pay again. But we refused to pay and asked about the refund. They said it will be refunded within 5 days but there is no proper response even after a week and a half .

Among the negative and most positive comment (In service how they treated me is the best experience I wrote I loved everything in this porur lenskart the staffs were amazing. Specifically vishva priya she treat me well I came to exchange my sun glass well she suggested best design and she cleaned my old spectacle and changed my nose pad. (And they told about Buy on and get one offers and I ordered my only frame on another shop in lenskart only So I don't like collection at another shop I bought only frame and one sun glasses So search on I came to porur lenskart and I change my sun here they suggested me best sungls they did best and elegant service to me Various collection in sun glass Nice 👏atmosphere 😅but I had a difficulties in parking my vehicle so I parked my vechile next to sony center.

Waooo the staffs a very good in the store and the treated me very well. Previously I read some review and went to store in a unstable minded but I think all those below review was fake and I think they are playing for some discounts.ect......... Rellay the eye testing was good optom ms. Priya was very genuine. And during my lence suggestion ms. Shabna was very pratical she gave the lense base on my usage... And that was a very most happy purchase.. 😀

The service which was given in showroom was fentablus and the staff they given a 5star service. The optom ms.shabna was very kind and she give me a Trustable response to me. And during the frame selection ms.priya was very genune and kind and she guided me very well. And it's true to way that they given a 5star hotel service in the showroom to the customer

Very satisfied. The vision testing was done in Lens kart very accurately when compare with other named Eye hospitals. I had some issue on eye class initially and it was fixed accurately by cluster team with in time. Very much happy about their services and support. Really its worth for buying product in Lens kart and in Arcot store. My sincere thanks to staff Selva and Cluster team Ramya.

And to be very frank, i had an wonderful experience today. 😀 The staffs were very friendly and genuine.. I was invited and taken care the entire time by Ms. PRIYA... She was really patient and definitely helpful in choosing my frame as well as lens. She was very clean with her work, guided me well and explained me the discounts and offers really well.. Why we generally choose to visit the store instead of ordering online is to physically wear and understand the comfort and for the good guidance we get from the staff. And that's exactly what I got at this place. There is a person named Raju, he is highly knowledged in the field and makes your experience quite smooth. He makes you understand the technical details so well suggesting you good choices for your fit, at the same time doesn't enforce his choices. He conducted my eye check up professionally and was patient throughout the check up. A good experience indeed.

Less options of frames compared to online, delivery takes long time. Quality of the product delivered is poor and while i asked for service again it takes additional days. Better to return poorly packaged item instead of running between stores
