We stayed there for 20 days. It's location was perfect for us. All the brand stores and restaurants were nearby. Their service was very good and the staffs were so helpful and welcoming. One thing I would like to suggest is that they should introduce more cuisines for breakfast. Also, they should provide cooking facilities and microwave facilities for each floor, so that each resident can have the possibility to cook or warm foods.

The best place to stay in Adyar. Affordable, clean, and a very well trained and helpful group of staff will make sure you are comfortable here. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here for 3 months. It felt like home. Great and friendly customer service. Room service personnel are very helpful. Great location with quiet and peaceful environment. Closer to all amenities including railway station, bus stop and all shops. It's worthful for the money. Just few feedback to improve- Compliment Breakfast can be bit better with good varieties and cleanliness can be slightly better.

We enjoyed the stay there. It was quite comfortable and the service was extremely good. The breakfast served was also remarkable. The rooms were neat and tidy.

All major places/ stores accessible from apartment. Very friendly staffs and management. Room is spacious and clean. Water available with hot water. Car parking available ,breakfast included, food and snacks available upon requests. Felt good and safe for family.

Stayed with my wife for 4 days at this place. Found it very comfortable and located in the heart of Chennai. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They provide complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner as per order. In all an excellent place to stay if you're planning a trip to Chennai!!

Good and conveniently located. Comfortable rooms. Bathroom fittings can be better. Breakfast arrangement can be better with dishes and people available in the dining hall. Now we have to call people and ask for breakfast and it takes time to get it.

Had a very good stay at Swarna Sudarshan for 2 days. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is large too, clean and hot water. Complimentary breakfast. Cordial and helpful staff members, service was nice. Overall a great experience! Will be happy to come back again.

This is my go to place whenever I am in Chennai. I have been here twice and I love coming back to this service apartment for three reasons. First, great location. Second, friendly staff. Third, home style food. I travel a lot and for me a homely place such as this service apartment is a great fit. It is also very safe for female solo travelers.

Stayed for a day. Location wise good as it was near to my Marathon venue. Decent and polite staff. Friendly and good service. They make you feel homely. All facilities available. Better than any other costly hotels. Would surely recommend.

I stayed here throughout the year for several stays. The rooms are comfortable and affordable. The surrounding areas are safe and everything is nearby. I found Restaurant, shops, hospitals and markets in just walking distance. The service of this property is the most remarkable. The staffs are all cordial and friendly. They are ready 24/7 to help you in any of your personal requirements. Mr Monoj, Shuvo, Tapan, bubby and others were great support during my month long stays. I stayed recently here and would recommend to chose this service apartment managed by pro hotel, they maintain hygienic stays and food served here is homely and staff are friendly, supportive and sincere One of good stays which I experienced, and trust they maintain their services for ever.

Good room in the apartment, clean with all amenities. The location is really good in a quiet leafy neighbourhood yet close to the market with many eating places. I really liked the south Indian set breakfast, one day I got masala dosa and next day idli. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Full marks to them. The hotel arranged a car for me also. Very happy and would be glad to return.

Stay at Swarna Sudarshan Adyar was awesome and my family also loved it.Location is good, geyser and lift facilities were available, TV has good number of channels to entertain, drinking water bottles provided and staffs are really helpful. One thing I want to point out is it has limited parking space and my suggestion is to open the other big door for easy car movement. I reserved the room via call and Manoj was really helpful. I will visit this place again if I am staying in Adyar. Thanks Manoj and team for providing a nice stay.

Excellent service, especially Mr Kapil. Very comfortable room and a nice common area outside the room to entertain guests. The bathrooms are showing their age and are in need of an update.

Really Rooms are good, bit out skirts of Tutukudi. Price Tag also high. Must include complementary Breakfast.

We had a comfortable and nice stay for 4 days. Mr. Manoj was very helpful right from booking room till we checked out. Complimentary breakfast wea good but should have one more item.Morning coffee should be served by 6.30.Painting the front side of the building will give a better look to the apartment.Service boys are very friendly .Overall we are happy with our stay.

My wife Reva & I had the opportunity to stay at this nice home- away from home for 2 weeks. It is a great place, centrally located with good room/catering service and laundry facilities. While the rooms need a little bit of makeover, it is more than adequately compensated by the service and care of their excellent and friendly staff namely the two Tapans, Shubo, Pradeep, Bobby and their manager Manoj Kumar. We would definitely stay here in our future visits to India (Chennai).

if you are staying in chennai for medical or holiday any purpose and want a cozy stay within affordable price this is the best option for u. very neat and clean and everything u may require are available here .. food taste good , washing machine , electric iron ,wifi, freeze, water filter,ac all are available for a comfortable stay. stuff are very nice ,very helpful. if someday coming back to chennai again. definitely will choose this hotel.

Rooms are good. Polite staffs. Though tv was available cable had not been recharged. Food was good. Rent is reasonable.

Value for money. The room was adequate for short trips in general. The management should do something about mosquitoes though. Not sure if it's because of the ongoing road repair but stench of sewage water was always there.

Nice place to stay at a quieter lane in Adyar. Decent rooms, cleanliness is good. The breakfast was simple but good. It would be better if the bathrooms get a revamp, and meshes were added to the windows. (Although they do provide Goodnight mosquito repellent). The attending staff are very helpful and polite.

The two stars are only because of the: 1. Location 2. Friendly Staff The place in itself is not in a great condition. We had taken two rooms and both the rooms were not great. We found strands of hair on the bed, the cupboard was not in a great condition, there was a stink coming out of one of the basins. For the price, you could book a hotel instead of a service apartment. We left after the first night, the staff offered to move us to nicer rooms but we refused.

Great place to stay and ideal for both short- and long-term durations. They quickly take care of all your requests and are very helpful. Everyone is very polite and quick to support. Location is in the center of Adyar and easily accessible.

Stayed at Swarna Sudarshan for 2 weeks and I must say, it didn’t feel like I was staying at a hotel. Very homely vibes, top notch service, the guys working there are pretty chill and friendly, Very helpful and service provided by them throughout my stay was great. The rooms are comfy and the location of the hotel is also good, nearby to railway station and airport. The locality was safe.
