A very good hotel! The rooms are very good, everything was clean, and nicely maintained like 5 Star hotel. The staff were so courteous and considerate. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 8am. We got to hotel super early and I didnt wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.

Was in Chennai for some conference and I chose this place as it was close to venue. It’s a very good property. Very clean and neatly maintained , be it rooms , bathrooms or common areas. It’s located in proper residential area. It’s bit difficult to get cabs but still manageable. The aesthetics are very soothing and calming which is very difficult in such properties. They have a nice lounge and dining area which makes you feel at home. The breakfast menu is limited but it’s home cooked, fresh and tastes good. Ms Janaki was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable till I checked out. Since I had to stay alone I was worried a bit about safety and security which was well taken care of. The price is very very affordable and totally worth.

I booked this Hotel for my wife who was travelling for the first time to Chennai all alone. Location is great, All the staff members are very professional. Great service. They really take care of their guests and always make them feel at home. Janaki Maam is a very friendly lady and took personalised care, she arranged Taxi for my wife late evening when she couldn't get any cab on her own on her way back from work, arranged home cooked food for her although the hotel dose'nt have any restaurant of its own. She made sure my wife reach her destination safely even after checkout and kept calling her till she reached. Rooms are very very clean and spacious. Breakfast served is like straight from the home kitchen, very delicious.

Happened to stay at TI by chance when my existing home stay cancelled the booking at last moment. When I arrived their, felt quite a homely yet professional feeling. The lady there Ms, Janaki was always smiling, energetic and ready to help. Ended up staying for 4 days finally. Rooms are neat and clean, peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the South Indian food. All in all very pleasant stay and experience. Left one of my belongings there and everybody was very helpful in making sure it is shipped back to kolkata. Trustworthy and honest. Thank you Janaki 😊

Rooms wise they are very clean and neat But if you want to consider location you just have to go through zomato or swiggy for food cuz there is no nearby hotels..this place is in residential area. But the staff and the managar mam is so kind .The best part is check-in timings will be flexible.overall,As per premises neatness and management behaviour with customers I have given 5star rating. The hotel is located in a quiet area in the city itself, the rooms and toilets are neat and tidy. The staff are very helpful. Only downside was no toiletries are not provided, other than that everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

Staying in this hotel for 1 month, very friendly staff, great hospitality and the tariff provided by the cooperative owner was really reasonable felt like my own home stay, very clean rooms, all facilities are available, proper security in the night time. Do you believe in destiny? I do! And one such example was our trip to Chennai for the admission of our son. We searched hotels near to the university and booked one The Tranquillity inn, but later we found that we mistakenly have booked an accommodation very far from the university. I talked to the owner of Tranquillity inn Mr. Raj Babu for the 1st time. He was ready to refund my entire amount, but after taking to him I felt very good, Mr Raj Babu believed in building relationship more that the business and we decided to stay there only. Upon reaching Chennai we got a very warm welcome and we were very much impressed by the accommodation, it was designed so well, and the rooms were very very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We stayed there for about 5 days, and we felt as we are staying in our home. The location is the accommodation is also very good, very safe and it is quite near to airport. There is a walking track 6 km long along with the river, very near to Tranquillity inn, we enjoyed going there in the morning. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Chennai.

It was comfortable and happy to stay at Tranquility Inn. There is beautiful sunset on their terrace to see and also small mountains. Airport is close by, so seeing the flights take off from a close distance is also nice to see.

Tranquility Inn is the right name for this hotel. Just like the name, this hotel is situated in a very quite and peaceful locality. Though it's close to the IT tech park and the airport, you are not part of the hustle and bustle of the city. Mr. Raj Babu and the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms and toilets are very clean and hygienic. Had a great time staying here for 2 weeks. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chennai.
