Dr. Teny Mathew is an incredible physician with the graceful touch of a family doctor. I visit him for all my dental-related issues, and I'm in the process of aligning my teeth using his clinic's invisible dental aligners. Throughout the whole process of 'seeking a recommendation' to having the aligners in hand, Dr. Mathew and his team at the clinic have been supportive, caring, and accomodating to my needs. I'm not a big fan of hospitals or clinics but Dr. Teny Mathew's Premier Clinic is one place where I visit without hesitancy.😇💫

Iam a seldom visitor at Premier dental clinic, and while Dr. Teny is undoubtedly a skilled and caring dentist, I feel compelled to share my experience with the receptionist. The one aspect that stood out during my visits was the receptionist's behavior. Unfortunately, my encounters with the older lady receptionist left much to be desired. There were instances when I contemplated switching to another dentist solely due to her unprofessional demeanor. When the receptionist informs patients that the doctor hasn't arrived or has left for a lunch break, her tone and demeanor can make patients feel uncomfortable. She often conveys this information with a sense of inconvenience, suggesting that patients will have to endure a lengthy wait for the doctor's return. This approach only adds unnecessary stress to what should be a straightforward and pleasant visit to the dentist. It's crucial to remember that visiting a dental clinic can be an anxious experience for many individuals, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere can go a long way in making patients feel at ease. I believe addressing these communication issues with the receptionist would significantly improve the overall patient experience and contribute positively to the clinic's reputation. I genuinely appreciate Dr. Teny's expertise and care and explains everything very clearly and patiently. Patients should feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through the door, and this is an area that could use some improvement.
