My friends and i had an exceptional stay at the luxury home. The owner's warm hospitality made us feel like part of the family. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, creating a truly personalized experience. The stunning house added a touch of elegance to the overall stay. Highly recommend for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable getaway.

We had real good time @ Kottaram luxury feel@home home stay. We were a group of 7 with one kid. For our group it was really worth the experience and we had total privacy. Even though food was not there, host helped us to get really nice food at low cost. Anything you need to make your time enjoyable - indoor pool. Kayaking. Badminton court and a great home theatre, it's there in this place.

I liked the place very much. It was really quite & beautiful place. I had good time with my cousins. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends & other relatives also. I thought that I could get little bit more time to spend there at the moment we were leaving from there. For me it was really one of the most memorable day in my life.

It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The activies like boating, Kayaking, swimming pool, hometheatre, outdoor sports area and all were really good experience for us and we enjoyed all those things. We loved the ambience and I would highly recommend this place. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our stay was fabulous. Property is amazing. Lots of facilities including kayaking and boating. Rooms are amazing, clean. Food served is delicious. Overall a super place to stay with Family.

We the staff and management of MPM press had a great outing at Kottaram Luxury resort. As the name suggests its a 'kottaram' in all aspects. Rooms are at par with any 5 star property. Outdoor activities and pool area are worth mentioning. Tasty, traditional food and well-stocked bar. Moreover great hospitality by Mr. Benedict and team and we all enjoyed every moment. We stayed a night at Kottaram Riverfront with few of my friends. The food, overall service, cleanliness and hygiene, and everything to do with hospitality exceeded all of my expectations. Benedict was a great host, always willing to help and ensure that our stay was comfort able . A relaxed, scenic place with a great river front. A real luxury villa for the most affordable price. I recommend this place to everyone who would want to get a fantastic holiday experience. Looking forward to visit the place yet again with my family.
