very small room, not clean room. Reception guy is very irritating. I don't recommend this hotel to family. Owner lady calls after bad review to change it and make positive review for them to get more customers. I am sorry Owner Madam. Double think when you are going to book here.. Try other better options. It is not worthy for 850rs.

A reception area could be placed below!?????🙏. If u are coming for the first time, there will be confusion, why are the front office staff sitting on the top?If you ask 100 people, you will understand ac rooms and reception at the top.👎 Bad arranging(The entrence space is empty and there is no reception)🙌.When I stayed there, a lady spoke very loudly(owner lady)and behaved in a very unmannered manner. Rooms are clean♥️ but the bedsheet strained (blood stain I think).Biju at the reception is not active at all lazy man. He even calls someone else to show the room(atleast hire active person).🙏 Worst experience I had.😡

Recently I stayed at this property during an official trip. The service and room condition is very poor. The rooms recently got some paint and polishing works so it looks good on photos but the real condition is bad. Few points would like to note In the room which provided to me the bathroom was a additional installation and the room and bathroom was separated using glass fabrication works (in top side) so the bad bathroom smell follow to the room Secondly they don't have drinking water placed in room, normally a single bottle of drinking water will be placed in all hotels but here they say they don't follow that practice, if we want drinking water bottle we need to pay extra or we can take drinking water from the water bubble placed in corridor It is mentioned in online platforms that complimentary breakfast is provided but when you reach the hotel they say it's only available for online booking people even we are paying same amount In general the room is very small and filled with bad air, not recommended *Few photos also uploaded

I recently had the pleasure of staying at kodvath regency and overall, it was a positive experience. From the moment I arrived to the time of departure, the hotel offered a comfortable and welcoming environment♥.

Excellent & Comfortable stay. Hotel is managed well. Friendly staff who render prompt service. Breakfast arranged by the hotel is good & safe to eat. Location is one of the main highlights being just nearby the railway station & KSRTC bus stand.

First of all rooms are big enough ...i got room which is in the lower floor like the one below ground level ...safety is good enough even though the sliding doors looked like could have opened easily from outside ...but dont know where it opens to ..and they provided soap and towel which is not seen in other hotels normally ...receptionist was very friendly and helped to know about shops and places nearby

Rooms are very congested and they needs good cleaning. Bathrooms are too smelly and unclean. Entire hotel needs a major overhaul. Bed linens needs to be clean. Staff were helpful and the facility is near to the railway station.

The worst experience of my day. I never book a hotel in the future. That much frustrated 😠. They have charged the included morning breakfast but the food quality is worst. Even we get better food on the outside. they are charging more(including breakfast) but the quality of food seems like street food.

Location of the hotel is highlight... very near to railway station, bus stand.... you can get good veg & non veg foods also... over all good experience

Hey there👋, This Mr. Rajesh Bidika I'm writing this review of my three days/nights experience in "Kodavath Regency, Aluva, Cochin". If I say about the location of the Regency: It's located nearby Aluva Railway Station and Behind the KSRTC Bus Stand. It's only 200m-280m distance from the entrance gate of Aluva Railway Station. That makes very convenient and easy to reach for the new tourists. Coming to the facilities of the Regency and Rooms: Kodavath Regency allows to all types of stays like Unmarried couples, family stays & single(We have to apply filters while booking). If I say reception process it's very easy and less paper works in during documents submission. there's no rules and restrictions in Regency to go out we can go out at any moment and we can bring foods. Coming to the Room facilities: Rooms are very well organised having double bed(with bed sheets, pillows), mirror, cupboard, AC, TV, Fan, telephone, night lamps, table & chair, drinking water, and embedded washroom(with hot & normal water supply). Regency has a small dining hall where we can get breakfast and we can take lunch/dinner there. If I say about the Staffs: All staffs are very calm and friendly in nature. Eventually, I can say Kodavath Regency has all kinds of facilities. I lived there three days/nights in Kodavath Regency really it was a very good experience. Now I can suggest, if you're looking for hotels/rooms in Aluva then Kodavath Regency is there you can consider to check out. Thank you. 🙏

Very Bad Experiance overall they have switched our rooms when we arrived and 3 persons forced to stay congested by paying extra ... Terrible room service with unpleasant employees who made this hotel a living hell... Worst ever experience had in my entire life....

Neat and clean hotel for stay. Near to Aluva railway station walkable distance of 300m only. Same distance to KSRTC bus stand. Homely atmosphere. Hotel staff very helpful. Provided breakfast. Hot water was available. Aluva metro station is around 2 km from here. Easy to get vehicles from this place. Good vegetarian and non vegetarian hotels are nearby.

Elegant and exquisite experience i ever had at first i thought it was cheap so i should only hope for that much but to be honest it was sooo goood hospitality, clean, perfect breakfast to start a happy day

Room and bathroom is well clean and shining. Electrical setting is beautifully done. Bed arrangement, bed sheets and towels are sufficient enough. Dust bin both in room and toilet is well placed. Lift service is available. Anytime they are ready for service and immediate solution for any issues. Their dealings with Customer is very friendly. I felt at home. I felt room rent is a bit high. I paid rent Rs.1000/- for a day for non-AC room. Over all I am happy for stay here.

Single ac room very small tidy hygiene functional windows for fresh air only one floor... nice helpful staff.... highly recommended very close to aluva Station....

Neat and hygiene... but rooms are ment for couple or Couple with 1 kid. More than that it's congested even with extra bed. Price cited by all(Go, MMT,...etc) is double the amount wat the hotel offers. I request to directly reach the hotel. You can get rooms in half rates.

We were very much excited about our Kerela trip but unfortunately it turned out to be nightmare because of our wrong selection of the hotel. The services of hotel were extremely poor and they are a big cheater. It's my humble request to all of u to avoid this hotel otherwise you all will also meet the same fate.

I have booked a non AC room, the room is very congested. Overall it's fine. The only thing is that it's near the railway station .

The room size is too small hardly one or 2 PPL can adjust. Very small but worthy for quick access from railway station.
