The clinic's commitment to providing quality skincare services was not evident in this instance. Furthermore, the disappointing aspect extended beyond the procedural shortcomings. The doctor's adamant behavior added to the overall negative experience. Effective communication and a willingness to address concerns are crucial in the healthcare industry, and regrettably, these elements were lacking during my wife's visit. In the interest of constructive feedback, I hope Skin MD Clinic takes this opportunity to reevaluate their hydra facial procedures and prioritize a more thorough and personalized approach. I wish I could give 0 or minus rating. Extremely disappointed by the service. The products used, procedure and everything was terrible and when I tried to share my feedback, the doctor was so ignorant and insensitive towards it. I had Hydra Facial there and my skin is looking worse than before. I am having allergy all over my face. I now have to consult another good skin doctor.
