AMAZING !! The bikes were really easy to use, the staff offered help throughout the whole tour and we all had a laugh ! Bikes for all ages and heights so perfect for families and groups of friends! Great bikes, great prices and great service. They kept our bags safe for free. I recomend taking a bike for multiple days as it's better than public transport. regular bike was 10e for 24h and e bike 25 I think.

Im surprised by the reviews, maybe a lot changed in the last months. But the prices were worse than competitors for less quality. I recommend Fahrradverleih instead. The "yellow bikes" are non-existent. The entire shop is full of random used bikes with a variety of issues and quick fixes. I payed 26€ for 2 days with insurance. my friends payed 20€ and got a free bottle of water every day, an emergency kit for flat tires, and good functioning, reliable bikes with phone holders at Fahrradverleih. For phone holders I had to pay 3 euro Extra. you could probably buy one yourself for 3€. My steering wheel was not tight enough and there was a screw sticking out if my saddle. Now that being said, you can just go and get a complete new bike or let them fix anything you dont like, but the problem is, it costs valuable time and you discover these issues at the worst moments. The service was good, very kind helpful people. But the material they work with is not reliable, for a higher cost to hire. The shop is full of random used bikes, but they let you pay so much for insuring them. They must have cut down on cost dramatically recently to have 4.9 rating as of writing this review. One upside, they let you place the bike wherever you want, some shops want you to put them in closed safe places.

We spent 5 days in Valencia with our 5 year old son and under our apartment there was this bike rental run by lovely people, very helpful with particular kindness for children. Good prices. It is possible to leave your luggage on the day of departure while waiting to go to the airport. We will return and recommend it. PS they are Italian and it makes communication easier if you don't know Spanish. Little Luca with mum and dad.

Very good bike rental company! We were very satisfied, even if we had any problems we were helped immediately! We had different, very good bikes over several days. The bike mechanic in particular was very accommodating and incredibly nice! We'll come back next time we stay!

Not recommended, there are way better bike rentals in Valencia!! I have already rented many bikes abroad but this one was by far the worst quality of bikes. We were given a bike that was supposedly OK but it had a lot of faults: brake that failed very quickly, bike set that made a lot of noise, bell and front light that didn't work, rear light battery that also needed replacing, bike lock that almost fell apart. Such bikes should no longer be rented. Above all, they asked for compensation even though the lock was already pretty much falling apart. Bad service..

We rented 2 bikes for 24 hours for 10 euros/per person and they worked perfectly. We had so much fun. The staff here is so sweet and help you out extensively with anything you need. For all clients, there's also the possibility to use the free luggage deposit on the spot.

Great shop! All the people who work there are really friendly. They also offer loads of extra services, like filling up your water bottle or storing your luggage.

Very professional and kind staff. I wanted a bike for a 70km tour and I got an adequate bike for no extra charges. When I told where I want to go, the guy mounted a phone holder for navigation and gave me a helmet, because I would go on streets outside Valencia and safety is important. Reccomended for biking in Valencia!
