Best bike rental shop we checked. I have a 13 yo son and 10yo daughter so we had a challenge to take some bikes for us and for our children. Checked a couple of rental shops and children bikes were rotten. The ones we have finally found in this shop were well. At the end of the day my little ones were happy.

I rented a bike with Ecobike a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. I will repeat it After a few kilometres my tyre blew out 😅🙆‍♀️🤣 I contacted the reception who was compressive, accessible and reassuring They offered to come back to the agency to pick up another bike or to wait for a technician that will come to my location. The technician was professional, knows his work very well and very nice. Then I could enjoy the rest of my ride😊

We hired electric scooters from this shop. These guys are very lovely, helped us with recommendations, adviced the paella restaurant, gave us QR code with the planned trip to City of Arts. You rent a scooter but receive a city tour instead. Prices are nice and scooters are fun. Excellent experience.Thank you!

We give an excellent review given that they waited for us half an hour after closing time (7pm) given that we were a little lost in the city. This makes a difference and we truly thank them.

A wonderful idea on how to spend the day with friends or family. The motorcycles and scooters are excellent, and everything has gone smoothly. Customer service is also extremely nice; the store employee is very amiable, fluent in various languages, and has answered all of our questions. If you require them, they also provide free city maps.

This time I came to Valencia with my daughter and we decided to diversify our trip with a bike ride. Everything went perfect. Bikes in excellent condition.

Super experience. This was the 1st time to ride scooter for my friend and manager gave us to try for free and explained all the tips so it hasn't taken long to master the scooters. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We hired three scooters for 3 hours to ride around old city and it was soo much fun that we keep them for the whole day. We called them and the guy was soo nice to extend our rent by phone. Finally we drived across all the Turia park . All was smooth and I highly recommend.

Anyone looking to ride around Valencia, particularly in the Riverbed and the vicinity of the Torres de Serrano, should consider using this firm, in my opinion. Despite our limited Spanish language proficiency, my friends and I had no trouble conversing with the owner during the service. We felt comfortable paying the proprietor because we knew exactly what we were getting, and he even gave us a discount. Most importantly, all seven of our bicycles operated flawlessly, and all but one had functional bells. I'd return here in a heartbeat to rent bikes.

Our family had been debating whether or not to rent a scooter for our day in Valencia. We finally decided to rent it for an hour and it was the best decision ever. We had a blast zooming through the city, feeling the breeze on the hot day. Valeree helped us tremendously. He spoke great English, gave us directions, taught us how to use the scooter, and was lenient when we came back a few minutes late. Definitely rent the scooter if you’re debating!!

The best idea for these days was to rent electric scooter. This is pretty easy in Valencia cause there are plenty e-scooter rental shops across the city. We have chosen this one passing by and the staff was very helpful so we stayed and haven’t even checked the others. You can take 3 hours and if things goes well (like for us haha) you can prolong by phone. The guy in the shop gave us QR code with the trip map to the beach via Turia and it was brilliant. The best thing is that you just ride the bike road or park, without any “meeting cars” which I’m afraid of. So this made our day super cool and positive. Ask for the trip map definitely this is very helpful.

Super friendly landlord! We had a flat tire on the way, he called a colleague to come and repair our tire. Once back, he apologized profusely for the inconvenience, even though he didn't have to. The landlord really cares about his customers. The contact was very warm and respectful. Our children each received a stone that the owner had dug up with his daughter as a gift.

Everything was perfect but having to sign thay in case your bike was stolen you had to pay hundreds of $ was not fun even if I understand the reasons behind it.

was very good. scooters had lots of battery life went to the beach in them. sport mode is fast but overall a very good experience. a must visit.

We rented e-scooters for the day and saw the entire main corridor of the city. We made it all the way to the beach and made it to neighborhoods we never would have seen without the scooters. Highly recommended.
