This is the place to hire bikes - so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier with the bikes and the service. The shop is ideally positioned next to the park so we could cycled for 3 hours without having to leave a cycle path. I would def recommend to anyone coming to Valencia- it’s a great way to see the place!

Very friendly staff whontook enough tome to explain the steps, but also some rules in Valencia. In Valencia itnis not always clear where you can go with your step, so be carefull 😊. The park is a safe choice 😉

The Staff was super friendly. We got unlucky and got a flat tire in the middle of our day. I called them and in less then 20 minutes they met me to repair the bike! Great service!

Bad experience! We love cycling and own several bikes. These bikes are just rotten - perhaps good some years ago - and after some kilometers one bike broke and we could not fix it - ended up with super dirty hands. No excuse from the company, just threatening us that we have to compensate the bikes in case they get stolen. In general, the bikes are in a bad shape - the gear didn't work properly on both bikes - kind of dangerous. Thanks for your long answer and good advices how I should behave as customer. This tells a lot about you and perhaps you should better invest in new bikes instead of long answers.

I highly recommend this place, if you wanna go on ride by bike you have to take a bike from here. Nice staff, good price!

Lovely friendly guy, speaks wonderful English if your Spanish, like mine, is a bit rusty! We rented a bike and 2 e-scooters and he thoroughly checked them over, brakes etc, before handing them to us. We had a fun ride down the old river bed, brilliant afternoon. Highly recommended.

Ecobike is the go to place for bikes in Valencia! Service and prices number 1.. Always helpful and responsive. Bikes are reliable and comfortable. The guy in the shop opposite our hotel was amazing, he planned a great route for us that took in some of the best sights.. Will def be back :-)

We rented every day a bike for our trip in Valencia ! Bikes were very light and perfect for the city trip. He gave us some routes to do around the city and some hidden spots. He was very nice! We recommend this bike rental. 👍🏻

Not as pleasant an experience as previous reviews. The language barrier (English) was a handicap and the reception did not make the effort to speak to us gently. He was very speedy and expeditious. I had to ask for the procedure in the event of a breakdown, a flyer with the telephone number was given to me explaining that after the call they would intervene within an hour. After paying the 10€ for 10am we left confident given the 4.9 reviews. After a few km on flat ground I realize that the right pedal is broken. I could have turned around or called and waited an hour, but I chose to pedal the iron bar and enjoy the ride. On the way back, trying to explain the situation to him (complicated given my English), he only told me that it often happens on the right pedal since we force it on the climbs!! Too bad I'm left-handed!! So for the price of bikes that are aging or even rusty compared to blue and well-maintained bikes, for me it does not deserve a 4.9. A 3 and that's a lot considering that for the second rented bike everything went well. Crossing the bridge I found these famous blue bikes almost new and at the same price!! Ask to see the bikes reserved for you and inspect everything before paying because unfortunately they are not that well maintained and are starting to age. The only advantage is that they are very close to the green corridor.

Super friendly people, great service and easy/fast communication. I had a flat tire - a few kilometres outside Valencia, made a call, and not much later a technician came to fix it. Would highly recommend! :)

Well I didn’t expected this prices for rent a bike or monopattino in Valencia, but they are really nice people and help the customers. I give this rte for the bicycle because they were not new so they were not easy to drive as maybe they have got an accident... and for the prices.

Awesome, really great experience ! I was also given two amazing bike routes to explore Valencia outside of a city center, which was absolutely great. Bikes are in a good condition , well taken care off, no deposit, great personal ! Recommend to everyone, given the city is not easy to explore by just walking around
