Great service. Definitely the way to get to see Valencia. Our guide Victor was really good. Very knowledgeable and nice company.

We stored our luggage here for a few hours before heading for the airport on our last day. Really easy to do and we felt happy leaving our precious possessions with the lovely guy. Meantime we rented bikes for 3 hrs and cycled to the port for in lunch and back. Very comfortable bikes. Was so enjoyable. Easy to lock up whilst we stopped over . Highly recommended xx

We rented e-bikes with Kate on May 28. It was raining through most of our 3+ hour tour but we used ponchos and stopped under convenient landmarks. Kate taught us a lot about Valencia, the history, the landmarks, and the architects. She was very educational and funny. We had a great time despite the weather and once it stopped raining and the sun came out we dried up quickly. The bikes worked great and she was very safe as our leader through crowds and traffic. We learned so much about the city and appreciated it so much more after our tour. She also gave us great recommendations for lunch and drinks after the ride and directions. Thank you for a well run and organized tour. Highly recommend.

Had a great tour 15-2-24 with a pleasant guide. Enjoy cycling along the hotspots of Valencia. There was even time for a delicious cup of coffee along the way. Fantastico!!! I wish I could give them 100 stars! My husband, me and my 5 year old daughter had a great time thanks to Marie and Miro, the owners. They were knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. I rented an e-scooter, which was sooo much fun, they even had a smaller one for me as I am only 5ft tall, and my husband rented a bike with a baby seat which worked great for our daughter. They were sweet and had amazing English which made communication so easy. Their prices, service and friendliness can't be beat! Their location makes renting and returning easy peasy! This was a highlight of our trip and part of that unforgettable experience was due to the delightful and honest owners at this shop! We will definitely rent from them everytime we come back to Valencia!

The best experience, the staff here is the best and very very helpful, we had a little accident with tire breaking and Maria who works here helped us with everything free of charge and she was very pleasant, I really recommend this place, it was the best activity in Valencia! Also she speaks english very well!

We rent 4 e-steps today for a really good price. It is the ideal way to go through Valencia. We went to the beach, where we had a flat tire. After 30 minutes they helped us with a new step. We had no extra costs for that, so they have a great service.

We had an amazing day on the e-scooter. Even though we had never riden an e-scooter it was very easy and enjoyable. The perfect transportation to go sight-seeing in Valencia. The staff here are nice and helpful. They explained us how to use the scooter and drive safely. Highly recommended!

Miro and Marie are fantastic people and provide excellent service. My wife and I are from Arizona and we had a wonderful interaction with these two. Also the bikes and scooters are excellent quality. They both speak excellent English and they were a lot of fun to get to know we wish them the very best in their business and future endeavors!

Clean store, clean well functioning bikes, and the lady running the place is very professional, fast, and courteous. Comes with a variety of locks so you can safely leave the bikes while stopping for food or something. What else can you ask from a bike rental store?

Hired 4 bikes for a full day. The bikes were beautiful and brand new, apparently purchased just the week before: comfortable saddles, easy gears, good brakes, a big basket to hold bags etc. and a couple of quality locks. The lady who served us was super friendly, spoke perfect English and there was a flexible choice of rental options. Good value too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again or to recommend them to others.

Fantastic service! I chose the Happy Tourist Center for e-scooter rental. There are so many in Valencia however based on the scores they had, I could trust them. That trust was put to the test when things went wrong and they went above and beyond. E-Scooter Hire I booked a 2 hour hire online and arrived shortly after they opened in the morning. The team were very nice and friendly. They have several options as a deposit scheme. They prefer a card deposit but we’re equally accommodating when leaving a passport as a deposit. They provided quick tuition on how to use the scooter and provided a helmet. Off I went! Valencia by e-Scooter! Valencia itself is a very friendly city when it comes to cycling and e scooters. I managed to explore many areas in the two hours that I had the scooter and was even allowed to bring it into shops when I needed to stop for a drink. There are ample cycle lanes which mean that you don’t have to stick with the traffic although even then, the traffic were very accommodating to scooters. STOP WITH THE FUN!! The e-scooter I hired did have a problem in that it cut out and generated an error message. Through their text communication they managed to help me get it back working. When the problem reoccurred, they offered to come out and replace the scooter for me. Even though the problem only cost me 10 minutes of my hire time, they offered without prompt to extend my hire by an hour and were very encouraging when I brought it back after my initial hire period. It’s like they wanted me to stay on it all day! I would of done so, but I was heading home shortly after. They truly care for their customers and their experience. If you’re in Valencia go for it! Get an e-scooter and see the sights of the city in a cool and trendy way.

We rented our 5 e-scooters for 4 hours and it was a great experience and a great value too. We were able to ride across all of Valencia, including the Ciutat de Let Arts/Les Ciencies, and even getting to the beach and back. We were treated wonderfully by Maria who also gave us great tips on where to go and how to ride safely. Valencia is a wonderful city to explore by e-scooter or bike. Highly recommended

We rented 3 bicycles in June 2022 from Happy Tourist Centre and we really happy with the bikes and the super friendly service. We went all the way to the beach and the bikes are really easy to cycle. Valencia is easy to get around by bicycle.

We hired five electric scooters to ride around the park. The scooters seemed brand new, they were easy to control, fun to ride and had enough battery power for a complete circuit of the Turia. Very helpful, friendly service - thank you! Highly recommended.

My wife and I hired bikes from this location twice during our short stay. Staff were super friendly and excellent English. Process takes 5mins and you’re off! Bikes were very comfortable and Valencia is very well laid out for safe cycling. I got a puncture at one stage and they were out to me in less than 30mins with a replacement bike! Can’t ask any more than that.👍 They also contacted us after we had returned the bikes to say we had left a Mobile in one of the baskets. Overall great experience, won’t look any further than here to hire bikes again when we return.

You must really go here to rent! Really fun and a great team. We did a tour with a guide for 90 min and we came back 2days later for a day rental. E steps It's fun, easy, fast enough and a great way to see all of Valencia. Thank you Happy Tourist Center team for the fun experience!

We rented two e-Scooters and one e-Bike for a full day. The scooters and bike are really good quality and they come with chargers and chains. The young lady at the office allowed us to try out the scooters for a bit before to rent them. It was really helpful as we have never used them before. She also provided all explanations and the overall experience was wonderful. We'll rent again with Happy tourist center next time we visit Valencia!

We rented two bikes and had a great time! The lady in the shop was very helpful, showing us on a map the best cycle routes to take and made recommendations for places to go. The bikes were beautiful, easy to use and easy to lock up! 100% recommend this shop for bike hire, the service was fantastic.
