Our guide was Olivia, we had the tour of old town and learned a lot about old Valencia. I don’t think we would have ever know about some of the places we visited. The tapas were spectacular and our guid Olivia was amazing

We booked the Old Town, Wine and Tapas tour and were not disappointed. Our tour guide Borgi led us through the old town with a lot of knowledge and passion. She then served our small international group a 10-course tapas menu in a historic building with matching wines from the region. The tour was in English but easy to understand. We had an extraordinary evening with nice people.

Simply breathtaking! An evening in Valencia couldn't be more beautiful. We were picked up directly at the apartment. The tour with a personal guide at the Palacio de las Artes is very interesting and very easy to understand in English. Then we went to the 33rd floor. The madness! I have never enjoyed such a fantastic view. The food, the wine, the whole evening was truly unforgettable. The pictures speak for themselves. ;) Also perfect as a candlelight dinner or dinner with friends. We were then driven back to the apartment. We are still completely overwhelmed today...

A positive experience from start to finish. I would totally recommend it! We were picked up from our hotel by a taxi accompanied by one of the hosts (and the excellent cook) Eduardo. Once we arrived at the City of Arts and Sciences we were taken on a tour by the lovely Christina, who provided very interesting information about the beautiful buildings. After this we went up to one of the tallest buildings in Valencia, where we could enjoy outstanding views and an amazing sunset over the City of Arts and Sciences. This was accompanied by a great selection of tapas and wines in the good company of a small group of travelers from different parts of the world. Well done to Eduardo, Nacho and Cristina for their professionalism and for making this a truly enjoyable experience. The highlight of our holiday!

Had one of the most wonderful nights in Valencia. Our lovely host, Eduardo, shared with us his genuine enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the city, taking us through the stunning City of Arts and Sciences. We loved learning the stories and history behind this architectural gem. Then we got to see it from a private rooftop, at the highest point in Valencia, while enjoying astonishing views of Valencia, the beautiful sunset and exceptional Spanish wines and tapas prepared by the amazing chef Cristina – definitely a 'must do' on your holiday in Valencia!

In planning our trip to Valencia we were looking for a tour offering more than the ship options. The Best of Valencia exceeded our expectations! Our guide, Dani, was knowledgable, had a great sense of humor, and wonderful people skills. We saw all the important sites with just the right amount of time in each. The tapas, paella, wines and desert on the rooftop bar was a fun and delicious way to experience the local cuisine. We highly recommended Dani and Sea Saffron.

We booked both of Sea Saffron’s tours during our stay in Valencia (Old Town Valencia and City of Arts and Sciences). I highly recommend both of them! Our guides (Tuathla and Gabriel) were knowledgeable and entertaining. They did a great job of talking to everyone in the group and telling engaging stories about what we were seeing. The food and wine were spectacular! Dinner for the Old Town tour was in beautiful setting - the space felt both ancient and modern, just like Valencia, and I felt like I was being hugged by the city. Dinner for the City of Arts and Sciences tour was on the rooftop of a very tall building near the complex and the view was unbelievable. Both of the settings, plus the food and wine, served to encourage conversation among strangers. I highly recommend booking a Sea Saffron tour during your stay in Valencia!

We did a tour of old town and a food & wine tasting. A total highlight! Charleigh was incredible. The right balance of fun and history. She was super knowledgeable about every topic, Valencia, Churches, Food and Wine. She lives in Valencia and you can feel her love for the city… in the best way. THIS IS THE BEST tour I might have even been on. The food and wine and private venue was just the icing on the cake. BRAVO!

We were there last week…It was the most amazing and unforgettable experience. If you’re in Valencia as a tourist or a local, this is a must do. Amir was knowledgeable and personable. The dinner experience was excellent!

Did the old town tour with tapas and wine tasting - fantastic experience! Great tour, with historical insights and context, amusing stories and good photo opportunities. Lovely local food, with great flavours and variety. Delicious wine and Cava, with good comparisons and even alternatives for beer drinkers. A wonderful host, Emma, who mad the whole experience fun and friendly, and was well able to explain the city, the history and the flavours of Valencia. Went out of her way to be helpful and engaging. Couldn't have been better.

We did a fantastic old-town Valencia tour and meal with Sea Saffron in Valencia (Booked via Viator). We did a solid 1.5 hours seeing the main sights of old town Valencia. Wear your comfortable shoes and bring your camera. Then we enjoyed a multi-course meal trying a variety of local foods and wines. Our guide Emma was a delight. She infused her facts with plenty of local color. We had a very enjoyable evening and would recommend this tour to anyone. Sea Saffron also has a great location where they serve their meal of local favorites. It is an attractive and comfortable setting. And did I mention that we loved Emma!

I had an amazing experience last week with Sea Saffron during my tours through the Old Town and the City of Arts & Sciences. It was recommended to me through a friend who had done the tour a few days before me and I would follow her recommendation by recommending this to everyone that wants to visit and learn about the old city and/or the city of Arts & Sciences and then enjoy great tapas and wine!

Sharin gave us the best tour of the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias, followed by delicious tapas and wine tasting on a rooftop with glorious views. A wonderful way to spend an evening!!! Highly recommended.

My husband and I did the Valencia City of Arts & Sciences with Rooftop Wines & Tapas on the day we arrived in Valencia. What a wonderful way to start our weekend getaway! Email communication with Lara was speedy and pleasant. After hashing out details about booking the tour she also volunteered to help us with any recommendations while in town. I asked for paella recommendations and Lara provided them in the next email organized by neighborhood (nice!). She also wrote why each place was included on the list which I thought was a nice touch. We are plant-based (vegan) and worst-case scenario vegetarian so clear communication ahead of time is always important to us. Lara stated that Sea Saffron was ready to accommodate any dietary requirements requested. Sometimes we don't always receive such a warm reaction to our needs so we were pleasantly surprised by this. We were in a large group of non-restricted diets and one other who is lactose intolerant. All the tapas were served effortlessly and with great detailed descriptions. The food was delicious! The wine was also carefully described and presented throughout the evening. Bogi, who was our tour guide, was a wonderfully attentive host who made sure to check the reception of each wine and whether it was enjoyed by everyone. Everything from the tour of the City of Arts and Sciences, the welcoming atmosphere of the rooftop location, the stunning view, tapas & wine, to Bogi and Nick ensuring everyone had a proper ride to their location of choice at the end of the night simply made this everything perfect. This is a must when in Valencia no matter the season! They even provide blankets on cold evenings. I would do this again when in Valencia!

Valencia Old Town Tour with Wine & Tapas in 11th Century Historic Monument: Excellent tour. Very friendly tour guide (Sharin) with very good knowledge of Valencia, Tapas and Wine. The tour description if I am not mistaken said 10 different tapas. I think we had like 12-13. We also had the chance to try different wines (White and Red). And a dessert drink too. It was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this tour.

We had a very nice overview of the City of Arts and Sciences from our guide Matias. We learned some interesting facts and he was able to answer our questions. We then proceeded to a top floor of a local building for spectacular views, some wonderful tapas, and excellent wines. Great experience and highly recommended.

Our tour and dinner in Valencia was fabulous. Our tour guide Mimi was so friendly, knowledgable, and fun to chat with! Despite it being cold, rainy, and very windy, Mimi took the time to point out all the interesting features of the Arts & Sciences buildings. The view from the rooftop for dinner was incredible! Wish we'd been able to eat outside, but inside was set up to be lovely and intimate. The food and wine were delicious and well paced, and Mimi knew about everything we were being served. It was the perfect way to spend our last evening in Valencia, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a special experience in this lovely city.

My wife and I took a Paella making class with Edu and Lara, and it was an absolute blast. They took us step-by-step, reassured us along the way and everything turned out absolutely delicious. If you're looking to spice up your book of recipes and want a fun, low pressure class to make an absolutely banger of a social dish, look no further than these folks! You will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed a brilliant virtual paella cooking class last weekend that worked really well for 3 generations of our family to come together on Zoom for a relaxed lunchtime while picking up some new culinary skills. For the whole two hours Eduardo and his colleague Lara were very friendly, insightful and clear. The live cam on the exemplar dish was reassuring throughout! We were in safe hands and you could tell our hosts were very experienced guides. Most of all the prawn and cod paella was delicious. This is highly recommended - the next best thing to Valencia itself!

Bogi, our guide, first walked with us through the City of Arts and told us something about the background of this breathtaking district, which was really interesting and beautiful. She always answered all our questions in a friendly way and took her time for them. I didn't feel for a second that it was a memorised tour and just talked down. We were a small group of 5 people and really had a lot of fun. After the tour we walked to a building nearby and went up to the 33rd floor where we had a wine tasting and tapas. The tapas and wine were really delicious. The view from the roof terrace was just beautiful. After the tapas and wine, Boga called a taxi for everyone, which was included in the price, and gave a recommendation for bars for those who wanted one. All in all, it was a really very nice evening and I would like to thank Bogi from the bottom of my heart. I can only recommend the tour to everyone and would definitely do it again. Thank you very much.

We had such an amazing paella cooking class experience! It was offered virtually via Zoom, so my cousin in California who I rarely get to see and myself in Maryland could get together online and learn how to cook a Valencia paella! We opted to learn the seafood one, and it was amazing!! Eduardo and Lara are amazing hosts, so kind and knowledgeable, and we're great at keeping us on track with our cooking while also hanging out with us. They also have a "paella cam", a camera above their paella pan so you can see exactly what they're doing in real time and mimic their actions on your own paella! We highly recommend anyone try this class, it was so fun and we learned a lot!

I had an incredible experience last week with Sea Saffron visiting and learning about the city of Arts & Sciences and then watching the sunset over Valencia from a 33rd-floor rooftop terrace. I really appreciate that they conducted this experience even when I was the only guest, therefore having a personal tour and experience. Would recommend this to everyone that wants to visit and learn about the city of Arts & Sciences and then have an amazing wine tasting + tapas over Valencia.

I really enjoyed this paella experience with Sea Saffron. I had never done a cooking class before but the end result was so delicious thanks to the help of the excellent hosts. Learning the technique from them live from Valencia was extra special and I have been telling all my friends about my authentic paella!

Our tour of the city of arts and science was followed by a delicious wine and tapas tasting. Our guide, Eduardo, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole evening. We couldn't believe the gorgeous views on the rooftop after our tour and the food/wine were out of this world! I would give this tour a 10 out of 5 if I could!!
