Prices are fair, staff is friendly but not service minded. My bike was noisy and bad maintained, the chain went of 3 times in the first 30 min of my rent until the 3rd time me and my black greasy hands couldn't fix it myself anymore. They let me pay for a bike-taxi back to them with no compensation at all. "It's in the contract" she said. Well my contract with you was a working bike, honey. The saddle was loose and the brake was contstantly blocking the wheel. Would not recommend.

Ok I never imagined renting a bicycle would be one of my best experiences in Valencia, BUT IT WAS! I found Beautiful Bicycle by accident, after a disappointing encounter with another bike rental shop just down the street. Marina greeted me with a smile and such great energy I was sold! The transactions are simple, and the rental is reasonably priced compared to the other bike shops nearby. And the quality and condition of the bikes are surprisingly excellent! Beautiful Bikes even arranges up bike tours! I took one to Albufera (HIGHLY recommend!) with Eduardo, my guide, who was INCREDIBLE. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable! And he even gave me some of the best local recommendations of where to eat and drink after the tour. I spent 3 full days seeing Valencia on this bike and did and saw so much more than I could have on foot. I was so sad when I had to return it! While the prices are fair (paid by hour, maximum 10€ per day) the bikes aren't well managed. The brakes were at the brink of being alright, the gears had problems. The whole bike was quite stiff (I guess a steel frame) and the tires pumped too strong, so even the slightest bumb on the street lifted the bike off the ground. With the lost friction 15 km/h was the fastest one could ride. The process of rent and return was very efficient, both didn't take longer than 5 minutes, which is a plus. There is a 50€ deposit one need to leave. Once you paid the hours you won't get money back, even if returning faster than agreed.

I especially recommend the workshop on this site: Marcelo has done a spectacular job on my bike... and super economical. I will return whenever I can. Thanks a lot!!! 🙌🏼

Very nicely decorated, the staff is extremely friendly. She takes time for customers and gives tips for cool tours. The bikes are great and if there are any problems she calls the taxi. We had a flat tire because of the road and we were not charged additionally. The prices for borrowing are great!

We rented bikes here today. The woman who gave us the bikes was really nice and helpful! She gave us tips about Valencia and places we really needed to see. Also we got a great city map with all the bikelanes wich was really helpful! The bikes were in good state and nice to ride on. I would definitely recommend this place :)

Truly a beautiful business. Very orderly, a flawless and overall nice experience, including the personal contact with the staff. They handle Baggage as well trough Bagbnb, for all the hikers (Like me) out there. If I will return to beautiful Valencia, I will get here again!

The owner is super friendly. She called several hotels in Valencia to help me finding place to store my luggage after 20:00. With such personal I am sure that the service is great as well.

Very friendly service, I used both of their services, as I rented a Bike for a dutch friend of mine (the owner is very nice!) and also have my bike gotten repaired twice at Marcos', who knows a lot and who also is a very nice person! Both of them run the thing like it would be a family business, so you feel right at home once you enter the shop.

I really recommend this place for bike rental and luggage storage. The prices for both are super reasonable. The location is the most convenient when you have a heavy bag walking from the train station or coming from the airport. The best thing about this place is the staff!!! Can’t speak to the bikes but we paid to store our bags here while we went to see the city for the day before heading to the airport. It was 10 mins walking from the train, 5€ per bag for the day and the man working was so kind and helpful that I am writing this review. Thanks!

Die woman at the shop was super nice and gave us good tips. Unfortunately the bikes didn't have the best quality. The brakes on both bikes didn't work well and one of the bikes didn't have enough air in the front. Furthermore one of the locks didn't close properly. The phone holder was super practical.

If you are looking for a lightweight, more sporty bike, then this is your place.(As opposed to "Amsterdam-style" bikes, which are available everywhere.) Prices are reasonable, staff are super, they gave me a map and a guidebook.

Amazing customer service. They were really nice, very accommodating, and very helpful when; when I was worried about the tyre pressure falling, they were on hand to arrange a taxi to collect us if needed (although in the end we didn’t need it).
