We ordered aircon. They charged €20 to come and quote. When the units arrived they sprung on us that they had to.run tubes outside the flat on a main road- not allowed by our community rules. So we plan a smaller installation. They delay and delay. They wont give us a new quote for the different units. To.cut a very long month journey short, we went in for a refund and they faffed about and fobbed us off for 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! Not going back. They are SOOOOOOO disorganised!!

First of all I should explain that this is a weighted grading. The range of goods available is quite good, if a bit expensive, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If it was just for that I would probably give 4 stars. However, I made the mistake of ordering my kitchen there. It took more than six months to arrive it was 20% over budget. I had to cover the difference in cash and by cancelling certain features. No apologies, no vouchers for goodwill. I have asked around and this experience, especially the very slow delivery, is not exceptional. So 4 stars for the general shop part but minus several for their kitchen department.

Huge place full of all kinds of stuff which weirdly don't fit anywhere. It might not be adapted to the local standards. I'm tired of going there and not find what I am looking for, considering the size of the thing. My last visit there was today: apparently they have security issues and they thought that opening the packages of the things you bought when you pass the register, will be a good idea. This place is useless which is ironic.

Very long delay in deliveries. At the time of ordering, you get informacion delivery 1-4 working days, but it really takes 2-4 weeks, if you are lucky and you will get the goods. After almost three weeks, I got my delivery, Destroyed materials, for example: I ordered a packet of tiles, every one was broken, I ordered two buckets of paint, it arrived ... half a bucket!!! When trying to contact customer service, my report has been merged with reports from other clients, so I have access to confidential information, like address, phone number, e-mail of other clients. I think it is totally illegal operation!!! Before you order anything from this store, please think twice!!! Your private information is not protected !!

I have increased my score to five stars since Bauhaus added somewhere to park bicycles. Well done (although it is a little small and awkward to use).

A good place to buy things. Materials and so much more. The bad things about it is, customer service is soooo slow, not many people attending those who need it. Need more staff there.

Found what I needed in the online catalogue, went to store showed salesman what I wanted on my phone and said do you have it.... Got a simple NO.... Not a sorry we don't have this at the moment or I can get it for you or even recommend that I order on-line That's basically bad customer service.

I went to a merchant called Franc and even he did not speak English, he was a great help to us. Fo stuff he did not know, he called someone else - which is by far better than to tell us wrong things. Honestly spoken, very good customer experience at this Bauhaus in Valencia. Happy to have spent several hundreds of Euros and I will call again! 3 Weeks later…. Unfortunately, all 3 connecting pipes we were sold do not fit and was waste of money.

Horrible treatment received by Bauhaus. We contracted the installation of a beech worktop for the kitchen which buckled or warped in less than 10 days. And now the shop does not want to take responsibility for the change, and they blame it on the poor installer who varnished it. Unbelievable! Attached are photos of the defect. See photos... In only 10 days the wood curved that much... This is unbeliavable!
