We booked two rooms for the upcoming month for one night for 5 people (reserved since one month ago). Today they contacted us, saying that our reserveration had been canceled because the visitors staying before us asked to stay longer, so our rooms would be occupied!!!! I am not sure if they know what the term "reservation" means! This a totally unacceptable situation. I am deeply disappointed and angry. This happened in the middle of the peak season, leaving us with no solution, despite the fact that the reason they provided was ridiculous. I have never been there before, most probably they have good rooms and a good location, but this experience will hardly make me or my friends even consider stepping foot in there in the future.

Very poor service from management of restaurant. There was a problem with my steak, it was awful and impossible to eat. The waiter said it would come out of his salary if bill was not paid! I was forced to pay for food I didn’t eat!!! No apologies from restaurant management in fact he didn’t even come out to speak about the issue!!! Awful!!

The food and the ambient was grat its all about the waiter that one 35-45 yr old waiter he completly forgot our order we had to wait about 30 min more for our order to come ,didnt eavern gave us the recip trying to scam us

Best place in Vlore for food and service. Stuff is always attentive and constantly there for you, you don’t have to shout to grab their attention or to stand up and go to the bar to order. Food is really delicious, been to many restaurants in Vlore and this one is the best so far. Views is breathtaking ♥️

Although we only had a coffee, it had perhaps the most exceptional view in town. The prices were fair, even reasonably low considering the breathtaking panorama. The service was also of high quality.

We stayed in the hotel during our holidays and we absolutely loved it! We spent good amount of time chosing hotel in vlore as there are so many of them but after staying in Miramare we were confident we made a good choice! You would struggle to get a hotel with a better view than this. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the waiter who was serving both breakfast and dinner in their beautiful restaurant. Food was fresh and really good. Rooms are really good size with comfortable bathrooms and breathtaking sea views. Would definately recommend staying here for a holiday destination for those who are looking european level luxury, comfort and service.

Best hotel in vlore, the food was absolutely delicious, service was very great, i like that place.

We went to dinner with our friends. parking is not a problem..suitable for disabled people..the place is spacious and wide..we sat inside..outside was full..indoor was good despite the hot weather. The customers are elite and neat looking We started with appetizers and started with beer....the service and presentation was very good..the best seafood I have eaten recently was here. It was perfect in terms of preparation, presentation and variety. Garson Beko took care of us. I want to thank him...he was great man

Great location and lounge aera. Only real drawback is that you dont have access to the beatiful beach just in front of the hotel.

A well seasoned hotel in the heart of Vlora with the best view in town. Not only is the view and atmosphere breathtaking but the staff is also as sweet as can be. Can’t recommend enough! Great place to also just stop in for lunch or coffee!

This was the best Seaview I've ever had from a hotel room. It's totally worth it, the staff is super helpful and nice. The only flaw was the parking that is always busy because of their restaurant. However, it did not create a big headache for us as we managed to find parking after a short wait.

Luxury hotel with fantastic views at breakfast and in our room (executive suite). The room has an outside pool/jacuzzi (the pool is cool in summer which is very welcome!) overlooking the ocean - magical!! The rest of the room is high quality, high tech and tastefully chic. We had a mishap at check in about the room we had booked (junior suite has a restricted sea view) and the hotel was fantastic in helping us sort it out. They really went out of their way to deliver excellent service and ensure we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

A must if you travel south by riviera. Enjoy the morning coffee or a cocktail by the cliffside. The place usually gets too crowded during summer and parking will be a mess by that time. Otherwise definitely recommended to stop by.

Visited only restaurant — fresh, great-looking place with amazing view! Aperol spritz — tasty and big enough portion (600leke), good cream soup with fish 👍 waiter was really friendly. Cold Drinks okay (prices 220leke)

Good location. Restaurant is good/ok. You can eat better for this price but you will feel comfortable there. Very nice view and kind stuffs. My mixed sea food table was killed by the chef. It was ok ;)

Stunning sea view while you can enjoy a good quality coffee. In peak season parking gets a little difficult because it is not too big. Eating a sweet called "Parfe" here that is really delicious while feeling the sea breeze makes this place one of my favorites in its own.

The lounge at night is very pleasant. With very good music, a great view and a large variation of drinks i highly suggest this location.

Great place that offers a great view, great menu and even greater facilities. The menu is pretty impressive as are the cocktails offered here. Prices are a bit expensive compared to other places but it's worth it. One of the best Hotels in town in my opinion. Parking is also free and close to the bar, but it's always busy!!

It's a good hotel

The cocktails and view are very good. The food is more so-so. Not terrible by Albanian standards but not the best in town (although service and view were both good)
