We popped in here for dinner on a Sunday. I had a tasting paddle and a cheeseburger and my wife had Nachos. The beers are pretty good, but they were between limited releases. The food was amazing! Best burger I've had in awhile and the chips were good. Awesome service too. All the guys were super friendly. Will definitely visit again next time we're down that way

Only had chance to call in for one pint. And wish I could have stayed longer. So many good brews to choose from. And food available too. I hope to be back one day.

Very unpretentious, rustic brew pub with pool tables, pin ball machines & live music. In door & and outdoor seating. Menu was limited, but food was very tasty. They use as much local produce as possible. Beef on the loaded fries was fantastic. Great range of beer- 3 different tasting paddles available. Loved the sour strawberry beer - Scurvy Nights!

A shed of a brewery. Don’t let first impressions deceive you as this place makes really good beer. Their food is as good as their alcoholic liquid gold. Dude food is the name of the game and their food is very tasty and quite filling. Had the tasting paddle of beer and loved their ginger beer. It tastes as good as Boston Brewery Tingletop but being a Albany local this is one pretty tasty alcoholic ginger beer. Had a good experience of this place as can play pool waiting for your food. Also you get to meet the resident cat which reminds me of Garfield 😂

There’s this super cute thing called brew cat displaying around 😁 We loved all the beers 🍻 tasted great refreshers. The staff aren’t bad, the environment was minimal classy vibes in the 90’s. I loved their Nacho’s, so 🤤 yum!

This place is a gem no matter how you slice it. The staff are amazingly down-to-earth, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious. The beers are some of the best in each of their categories in my opinion. Their sours and ginger beers are particularly exceptional. The vibe of the place is great too - when we visited, the musician on was great, bringing lovely live music without piercing volume. A+++ place, highly recommend.

Loved my time here. Great little brewery with some really yummy beers, good food, nice ambiance, and great service. Worth a visit!

The guys at the bar were very nice and welcoming. Really great beers. We ordered pork belly, octopus and chicken wings. The food was excellent although the octopus a bit chewy, everything was very flavourful and had nice sauces. It would be five stars if they had some non alcoholic options.

Stopped for a quick drink and a snack and wasn’t disappointed. Girls at the bar were super nice and welcoming. Best loaded fries I reckon. Has the XPA and the mango beer both were great. Recommended..

2/5 ….. had hopeful expectations seeing the 4.5…. Our husbands felt totally disappointed with their tasting paddles…. Their faces said it all, they basically felt they were watered down…. They couldn’t choose the beers to go on the paddle…. Hmmmm think carefully… I couldn’t buy 1 glass of red wine had to buy a bottle without tasting…. The food guy was lovely, chops crunchy , wedges tasted just a tad over salted. Leaving feeling a bit sad. For a venue that should have much more potential.

Don’t let the shed put you off. Friendly & welcoming staff & a cute cat to pet. Fire was roaring & music great. Food was absolutely delicious! The Chicken Burger is a must! Kids food sizes were generous. Great tasting paddles.

Love that it’s one of the few places that let you choose what beers you want in your tasting paddle. The ginger beer is very different, not to my taste which is a shame since I love all other alcoholic ginger beers. The place isn’t very family friendly so if you’re looking for a place for a pint and the kids to play this might not be the place. Absolutely filthy toilets when I went in, I told my kids to hold on till we got home.

Beer, wine and gluten free burger were all great! Awesome that they have live music 4 nights a week as well! Only downside was the pizza my husband had which had delicious ingredients but was overloaded and on a pretty cheap base by the looks of it. Chilled vibe!

Have enjoyed these beers for awhile now so when I was passing through Albany I was keen to visit. Was not disappointed all my favourite beers on tap, relaxed rustic setting. Had the chicken burger and Prawn pizza special, delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not ask for much more.

Down to earth pub with great beer and pool tables and pinnies. It’s not fancy but is rustically cool. Didn’t get to try the food unfortunately. Girl serving was helpful and friendly. Could’ve got happy n messy if wasn’t driving.
