Me and my wife did the Waters circuit together and it was a great experience. Very relaxing, the place is really clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. My wife also loves the beauty treatments specially there Macha tea massage ritual. If you are in Granada, it definitely worth the money, very fair prices.

Awful service: customers left waiting in their underwear (and often with wax on) while they leave the rooms to take calls, attending incoming customers and all sort of excuses. Last time they left me with wax on and it was painful to remove after a while as it had dried out. After the last few appointments i realised they had left sections of legs and arms unwaxed, probably due to how distracted they are during service. Low quality, not worth money and time! Avoid. They have emailed me privately to suggest I hide behind my laptop and to provide a list of excuses, far from what I had experienced. Be aware: they are resentful and will always blame customers for their incompetence. Horrible: no paran de salir a coger el telefono y atender a otros clientes, mientras tu te esperas en ropa interior y con la cera secandose en tu piel. La ultima vez hasta me dolio el quitarmela por haber tendio que esperar a que se encargasen de otros asuntos durante mi cita. Tardan mucho y se distraen constantemente: se dejan zonas sin depilar por despiste. No merece la pena ir! Granada esta llena de sitios mejores. Me han escrito un email acusandome de esconderme detras de mi ordenador. Se resienten y le echan la culpa al cliente si dejas un comentario negativo. No merece la pena en absoluto.

I went there on the 13th of dec for my birthday, I've had strain in my inner thighs for over a month and doctors in Australia couldn't help. This lady who gave me the treatment went straight to the problem areas. It was a great massage /treatment and I apologize for the late review.
