Highly recommend and excellent customer service! There was a mix-up with my booking as I was unaware that there are actually two B&B Hotels within close proximity to Granada bus station. I arrived at the hotel reception and was told that I has booked the other hotel. However, my bus left at 2am and so I needed to be as close to the bus station as possible. The reception staff were incredible helpful, especially Alváro who rearranged my booking between the B&B Hotels. Thank you for being incredibly nice and for superb service!

Stayed for a night for an early bus at the bus station. Clean & warm! Lots of TV channels to pick from. The hot shower was amazing with strong water pressure. Receptionist was friendly & prompt. Would stay again! I didn’t try the breakfast but it didn’t seem a full course given It was covid period

Its near the bus station , so it was really good to just check out and catch our bus without having the trouble of waisting time looking for a way to get there, the suite room was amazing had a great view too and the girl at the reception was really sweet and helpful.. think ill be back again another time

the location is convenient though it is not in the city center because the bus station is just a few meters away and can bring you to the spots. service is very good and the room very spacious and clean. a comfortable hotel. Free coffee and tea in the reception hall. Aldi supermarket is just opposite the street in case you need to have water or other small things.

Good service, all day coffee and tea offer, fare breakfast, overall worth the price but the beddings are too thin to be keep my body warm.

This hotel offers everything that you need from a b&b hotel. Good quality for reasonable amount of money. However it was a big disappointment that the WiFi connection was so unstable in my room (109). We live in the 21st century. These problem should not exist.

My stay was just amazing. I wouldn’t doubt on coming again. It’s such a great value for the price and the service is just as awesome. Especially Karima and Simbia were extremely polite and helpful during our stay. They advised us on where to go and most convenient spots around. In general the reception staff was really good. 5 stars

The staffs are warm and amazing. Rooms and other facilities are clean. There is a lovely view of the snowy mountains. Breakfast is good. It is very near to stores, restaurants, tram & bus stations and it is next to Granada bus station. So anyone so is planning to visit other cities or Sierra Nevada it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. The only trouble that we experienced was finding the parking. It is a bit hidden. But over all the hotel is great!

I dont usually rate things but when I do its probably because they are extremely amazing or very bad. In this case I had the most fantastic experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We arrived late and very tired at the hotel, it made a big difference to be greeted and welcomed in such a friendly way. Throughout our start the staff were always super helpful and friendly and we made our Granada visit unforgettable. It's in a perfect location when catching an early bus as it's just next to Granada Bus Station. Also it's only 12 min from Granada centre with a bus stop next to the hotel. We will stay there again.

Excellent location just 50m from the bus station. very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy and friendly. the reception area was very brightly lit, had complimentary hot drinks at all times. Perfect for us as we had a bus at 2am. And there was a direct bus to the city centre.

Stayed for 3 nights we really regretted it. Hotel is walking distance to bus station so it is handy. Reception personnel were helpful. Room is very basic with a double bed a chair, small desk and luggage hold. No room safe is provided. there is a small fridge and tv. Now for the bad. Room insulation is paper thin or doesn't exist so you can hear whole conversations going on from the next rooms including banging on walls is really amplified. We couldn't sleep till the early hours each night. Another issue is the breakfast. This cannot classify in any way of being a 4 star standard by far. Not even eggs are provided and the bread can only be toasted since it's dry. The coffee was good at least. Choices are very limited. I cannot imagine how this hotel is 4 star. In my opinion this shouldn't be more than a 2 star pension at best. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your stay and avoid the place.

The room itself was spacious, so was the bathroom. Everything looked really modern. Staff were very kind all the time, breakfast had much to offer and the location is strategically great. Really happy I stayed here!

The recepcionist had a large scale: some were very helpful, some not at all. All in all, usually the answer to question was "I'm sorry, no". There aren't that many services in the hotel apart from the breakfast I found expensive and didn't use. Didn't like the dirty windows one could not open. AC not perfect, a little temperamental, but nothing really major. There was a heatwave all week, so it could have been better. The directions I got for the buses and whatever were just useless. None if the receptionists were able to clearly explain where a location x is. I find that very odd, it's not rocket science. I turned to Google after realizing that.

Perfect place to stay when catching a early bus. Room was perfect, shower amazing. The girl on the desk was so helpful and cheerful. After days of travel and feeling so tired, she was a breath of fresh air. Will stay there again.

This hotel always give the best value for money. I prefer the location outside the busy city, just outside the main bus terminal. You walk a few meters to catch a taxi to anywhere you want, at a stonethrow you can get a snack late at night. The breakfast is good and the staff here did everything to make you happy. The room itself is bigger than any place we stay in Spain for the same amount we pay. Although I give 4 star easily but I don't really give 5 star to many hotels. This is one of them.

Better than expected. There is parking around the hotel and a help yourself coffee machine available for guests 24/7, which was really good.
