We were disappointed in this place as soon as we walked in. The pictures on theirs, and other booking sites, do not represent well the actual hotel. It feels rundown, old and dark. There were so many lights in our room but you couldn’t see since the bulbs are so dim. Our last night there the ceiling in the kitchen leaked water. This evidently was not the first time as the ceiling paint was pealing and discolored when we arrived. They did offer to move us but, it was our last night so we opted to stay put. The elevator “up” button on our floor did not work either. Seems the place needs a major makeover. For the price I think you can do better. The staff are somewhat friendly.

Stayed here on a brief stay in Granada to see the Alhambra. The staff were pleasant and helpful, giving some details on the accomodations and the area. Having breakfast available daily was a bonus but was a little difficult to work with as few staff there spoke English, but we got thru it. Close to shops, restaurant, and a short drive to the Alhambra. The room itself was beautiful and the kitchenette was very useful. The toiletries were nice and a little l'occotaine goes a long way. Too bad it was only conditioner, but beggars can't be choosers. WiFi was available but very slow compared to other hotels we stayed at. The shower setup is pretty rough. The bathroom itself is fine but getting the shower going was not intuitive at all and could be a challenge with anyone with limited mobility. I suggest the faucet be changed. The windows opened to a Juliet balcony overlooking the main street which was really nice but did shut off the air conditioning if you didn't close it all the way. Not a show stopper. The elevator did go out on several occasions and staff helped as much as possible. I don't mind taking the stairs to work off some vacation calories but this will be an issue for some. Overall I'm glad I stayed but be aware of some minor/possible moderate issues. When staying.

This is an apartment/hotel right on Gra Via and about an 8 minute walk to the city center. The rooms are pretty large although showing its age a bit. But everything is clean and the toilet has the "shower" function which was great. A couple of improvement suggestions: 1. Bar soap should be provided to wash hands. 2. I don't see any heater so the room got a bit chilly in the morning. Overall an enjoyable stay.

FANTASTIC LOCATION, NEEDS WORK- We stayed here on our visit to Granada and really loved the location. It’s right on Gran Vía Ave, just a few blocks away from the heart of Granada. The staff was extremely friendly and the apartment was comfortable. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a bit of maintenance. Our windows faced the street and we heard a lot of noise throughout the evening. Unfortunately one evening when we returned, our key wasn’t working. We were stuck outside of our room for over an hour while they had it sorted out. There isn’t anyone at the front desk after a certain time in the afternoon, which would have been helpful in this situation. This definitely tainted our experience at the establishment and we wouldn’t stay again.

Good hotel with a nice fountain area inside to read in. Excellent size rooms with a little kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, and small fridge. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. Staff friendly and helpful.

We only had the pleasure of staying one night on a flying visit to Granada. Nevertheless the suite was perfect for a family of four since we had a separate bedroom for my daughters. The location is excellent, although if driving it is in a difficult part of Granada to access. We used the nearby underground Triunfo car park since it was huge, and hotel car parks can often we quite cramped. The staff were very helpful and friendly (we needed to leave our cases with them until later in the day) and the room service breakfast was huge!

Nice Place to stay. Central and with each apartment comes with a kitchen , which allows you cook some of the local cuisine. Good staff that speaks English . They also offer a communal "lounge room" that has an afternoon tea time for guests needing a light refreshment in case the Spanish dinner time is too late

The hotel is located in a great part of town near many attractions and restaurants. The room was amazing and modern. Easily my favorite of the places we stayed in Spain. Our room had a nice private balcony and kitchen and there was plenty of closet space. The toilet was one of those fancy electronic ones with water and air jets you can use, which is way better than a bidet. I highly recommend this place and it was easily worth more than what we paid to stay here (which was substantially less than the prices listed next to the receptionist desk).

Massive room, great service and location for the price we paid. Highly recommend if you're okay to spend cheap money for a nice room. Nothing extravagant

Well appointed good sized apartment with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast delivered to the apartment. Very helpful staff. Small car park. Small yellow hatched area in C. Cedran to pull into and then go into hotel who will come out, open the garage door and guide you in. Street narrow so care needed. Hotel very central for all attractions.

A great accommodation option in Grenada if you want more than a hotel room. As the name suggests you get a whole suite with lounge area and kitchen for no more than the price of a hotel room. Immaculate, very clean and comfortable with great air conditioning (very essential!). Very convenient location, easy walk to cathedral and main shopping area and near the airport bus stop. I'd stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic. Very clean, large room with kitchenette, such helpful staff and so, so close to the centre. I stay in Granada a lot and am so impressed . I will definitely stay again. If you're looking for a spacious, clean and friendly apartment within 2 minutes if the city centre, cathedral and bars then please have a look at staying here. We had the same cleaning etc as a 5 star hotel.
