Great hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. All right. The location is a bit out of town. But there are buses to the center. Next to the hotel are fast food chains and Carrefour.

Very courteous and accommodating staff, especially the kitchen staff. Safe and comfortable. You can walk to Lidl supermarket and a safe, convenient laundromat.

Das Hotelzimmer und das Badezimmer sind groß. Zu zweit wird man keine Platzprobleme bekommen. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten sind leider begrenzt. Auch an den Steckdosen wurde gespart - in dem Hotelzimmer gibt es nur 2 Steckdosen. Sehr positiv ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden - praktisch für Urlauber mit Mietwagen. Den Mietwagen braucht man allerdings auch - Alhambra und Innenstadt sind nicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Zimmer wer sehr groß und auch das Badezimmer. Jedoch hat es in dem Zimmer nach Urin gestunken, deshalb war es mir sehr unangenehm in diesem Zimmer bzgl Hygiene.

Plus: Nettes Personal Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Auto Genug Parkmöglichkeiten Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe Cafe&Tee kostenlos Minus: Badezimmer hat keine abschließbare Tür (Nur eine Milchglastür) Hierdurch hört man alles was die Person macht. Mit Kleinkind noch problematischer, weil er die ganze Zeit ins Bad laufen kann. Wlan etwas schwach Frühstück nicht sehr reichhaltig. Keine frischen Sachen wie Oliven/Gurken/Tomaten/Eier/Feta usw.

Amazing service from the lady from the front desk didn’t catcher her name but I believe she was African with long braided hair and glasses. She was super friendly and kind! Helped us out when there was something wrong with our shower head. She immediately changed our room and rectified our issue.

Wouldn’t stay again. Liked · The friendly staff Disliked · Beds were uncomfortable, no blankets - only a light sheet. The bathroom had a glass door and wall. Although it was no see-through it illuminated a LOT of light into the room if someone was in the bathroom at night or early morning while the other person was trying to sleep. They only have 2 pillows on the bed and the headboard has a 90 degree wooden edge. very uncomfortable if trying to prop up to watch tv or read with only one pillow. We had a difficult time finding the property.

Wow. This Hotel is so much nicer than expected. I like it. While I am asleep my Tesla charges in the garage. Off to Algeciras I go early in the morning. I can recommend this place

The price- quality balance is very good. If you will visit Granada by car I surely recommend this place. It has free parking and is next to the highway. However, if you will be without a car, don’t go here. Go to the city center. The breakfast is small but decent. The rooms are clean but the overall quality is normal. Overall, you pay for what you get. Fair.

Great value hotel. I chose it mainly because they offered FREE overnight parking. I also liked the breakfast and loved the fact that there is tea and coffee available 24 hrs a day for FREE. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll use them again. The rooms and the hotel in general are clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great hotel in ideal location if you don't want to be right in the centre but have easy access to public transport to centre. We didn't want to drive into the centre of Granada and then try to find parking. This hotel was perfect for us.

For staying a couple of days it's perfect you have everything near you. The problem is if you wanna go to the city centre, most likely you have to get a taxi. Now, regarding the rooms you have everything but I think some improvements can be done, for example putting a little fridge and also some hangers for hangings your towels in the bathroom. That's all, what is for sure worth it is the staff that it's with for anything that you may need.

Very hospital. Mar is very helpful at the desk explaining how to use the bus to get to the Alhambra. Rooms are OK. Breakfast is OK. Parking great in garage. Big tv in room. Stores to buy what ever very near.

This Hotel is sourounded by lots of shops like Carrefour etc. . Also you will find a lot of fast food stores and very important: lots of parking spaces. The hotel himself has nice rooms. Everything is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and tea is a big plus. The location is perfect for travelling people.

We stayed 2 nights. Warm, clean, free parking, coffee included (which is so good on mornings 😁), staff is very friendly. Supermarkets and shops, fast-food are near. 15 min by car to the old town.

It was our first time travelling to Granada, Spain and when we arrived at our hotel we were pleasantly welcomed by staff. There is an eco-option which was very useful.You can choose not to have your room cleaned in exchange for a reduction in the breakfast cost! The room was sufficient but could have had complimentary water as we had to keep visiting the local LIDLS.The hotel is located in a retail park and there are plenty of markets and retail brands to visit.Buses and taxis are frequently available.5 euro to get to the bus station. The centre is about 15 mins walk and to the tramway. Overall the cleanliness and friendly staff made our stay more comfortable. Thanks!

Nice staff, very clean with good size rooms. Walls a bit thin so a little bit of noise, but didn't stop me sleeping. A bit of a walk to the transport, so maybe use its sister hotel if you don't like walking. This is very near the bus station, bus stops and tram stops.
