Excellent tapas with plenty of variety. Take a group and order plenty of half portions. Everything was absolutely delicious but the baked stone trout and braised lamb rump were so good we ordered seconds. Then to finish it off, churros with a cup of decedent chocolate and a surprise petite four with the best marshmallow I’ve ever had. Would definitely return!

It was a brilliant evening and the food was very good and very friendly service the only downside in our opinion was that the portion size had could be a big better or more especially when you choose a sharer one. The difference between single and sharer wasn't very big...but overall very good food.

Lovely place to have lunch or dinner at always very professional and friendly owners and stuff. Desserts are my favorite part of any meal - Tierra and Mar makes them look and test like heaven.

We loved our meal there tonight! Exquisite tastes, attentive and efficient service, nothing to fault. I love paella and this was one of the best. The lamb was wonderful, as was the goat cheese mousse.

Our Waitress suggested reducing our order otherwise we would have over ordered and wasted food, she could easily have just taken our money. Very efficient and friendly service. Will definitely return when we will try one of the set menus. Happily recommend.

We had an incredible lunch of shared tapas (4 people). We tried 10 of the sharing plates, and each one was beautifully presented and tasted divine. We loved the mix of textures in the dishes as well. The dessert was also incredible. The service was lovely, each dish was explained to us. Will certainly be back soon!

Brilliant! Loved everything about Tierra and Mar. Staff were genuinely friendly and cared about what they were serving. The tapas were delicious. Felt like a fusion of tapas plus - delightful. The croquettas were the nicest we've ever had - melt in the mouth. Tuna carpaccio was yummy. All gorgeous. Would go back tomorrow!

Excellent food! Really recommend the lamb! Such a lovely surprise. The service was also second to none. Everything came out at the perfect time, and the staff were so enthusiastic and helpful. One thing to work on - the interior. The building has a lot of potential and it could be stunning, bur at the moment it’s a bit tired and very…blue!

We had dinner at Tierra and Mar on the 16 Sep 2022, there's a public car park a short walk from the restaurant or parking directly outside. The decor is bright and colourful, feels quite homely. We ordered five half portions between the two of us which was about enough. The octopus and the goats cheese mousse were two highlights. The food is excellent, little touches too such as bread and dipping sauces at the start added to the experience. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you find yourself in Cirencester. Can't wait to go back.

Holiday group dinner spent here in one of our meals while in Cirencester as reviews online were very impressive. We had a 5-course tapas sharing set menu. Starters were delicious especially the Iberian platter and the goat’s cheese mousse. The paella was not how we expected it to be. Not much options that day. At the time of writing they got cod, lamb and veggies only. We were expecting a proper seafood paella not only with fish alone. The lamb paella was not too great. The cod paella was so-so. The veggie one was a bit bland. The rice was al dente which was impressive. Churros was also below par. Too skinny. The chocolate dip was great though.

I enjoyed a relaxed lunch with a friend as it was a quiet week day. The service was faultless and the building is pretty impressive, although is in the quieter end of town. They have a reasonably priced 2 or 3 course menu.

Booked for our anniversary dinner on their post lockdown opening evening. The staff are lovely, very warm and welcoming whilst sporting PPE and we were treated with a complimentary welcome drink to celebrate their reopening which was a really nice touch. The food was beautiful to taste and well presented. Would definitely come back and recommend to all.

What a wonderful place! Booked a table at Tierra and Mar after reading so many fantastic reviews and the evening and meal exceeded our expectations by miles! The restaurant itself is cute and cosy, quite unassuming in the most welcoming authentic way, it is warm and comfortable yet elegant with charming friendly service. I can’t believe the quality of the food for the price, most of the tapas style dishes are £7 and incredibly presented, never disappointing with the brilliantly paired flavours and perfectly balanced plates. It is essentially a fine dining restaurant for fantastic prices in a non-pretentious homely setting. Thank you so much for an amazing meal and evening, so looking forward to returning!

Great food and service, would recommend!

This is a real gem! Food is absolutely delicious, gorgeously presented and delivered by friendly staff. The entrée includes a 4 times world winner olive oil with a strong herbal flavour, which on its own would be a good enough reason to visit. Chefs mix flavours in a surprising way, but by no means strange or over the top. You will be genuinely pleasantly surprised with every dish - I can especially recommend boneless spicy chicken wings, lamb and seafood. If you opt in for a set menu, make sure you add a few tapas as well to fully appreciate what's on offer. There is a nice selection of wines and liquors, and should you enjoy cider, there is a Basque semi-dry one you cannot miss. There is only one thing this restaurant lacks: two Michelin stars! Even if you're half an hour away, the trip here will be worth it without a doubt.

Great food and environment. Amazing and very friendly service. Paella its great, great selection of tapas and the best Sangría! They are very careful with social distance, with measures in place (antibacterial gel in every table) and very clean facilities.

Food was faultless, really very tasty, nothing else to say. The setting is very simple, and retro but the food coming out of the kitchen bothoq tastes and looks like high-end cuisine. The owner served us, and was very friendly and keen to make sure we had a good experience (which we did). I would highly recommend, this is not one to miss if in the area.

Fabulous food

Great place to have Spanish food. The owner is really nice and the food is amazing. We went the first day after lock down and they care a lot. She used a mask, it was more than 2 meters between tables and hand sanitizer on the tables. She cleaned the menus after using them. We felt complete safe, I wish all of the restaurants would be like them.

What an amazing experience. Covid-19 lockdown is still in place and we ordered from the delivery menu. Superb food, incredible goats cheese starter, Gilt Head Bream and rabbit paella for main and finished off with delicious churros. All from the comfort of our patio, listening to the birds chirping, dogs at our feet, I cannot recommend this enough.

Very disappointed. Resturant is overrated 4.9 Share portions was too small for share. Tataki and tatare looks,taste to me not from fresh fish to. Worst octopus I ate not tasty . Never come back

Had a work team (3 of us) lunch here recently. Establishment is cosy and welcoming; staff were friendly, knowledgable and attentive; and the tapas was stunningly good. Highly recommend.
