I was skeptical trying a new jeweler after Bering referred by a friend. There was a little mix up wit my grill that had me worried at first but they assured me it was fine still. I bought a sterling silver cuban link chain from them for $1300, I asked the guy if they were real diamonds on it and he said yes. He even used the diamond tester that lights up. Well, the diamonds are not real, it's moissanite, they light up with the diamond tester. This place is a rip off!!!

Avoid this place I paid $1600 for a grill they said would take 2 weeks to make, 2 weeks turned into 5 months. They had to take 2 molds of my teeth cause someone broke the first mold and after all that time and money the grill still came out way too small. Can't even wear it without it putting me in excruciating pain. If you have no other options for jewelry just never get anything custom made from them. Not to mention one of the owners tried to fight me in the parking lot.

Called multiple places in the city for estimates and everyone beat around the bush and asked me to take in my chain for repair… when I called dbd customs, the woman on the phone answered all of my questions and when I came in they took care of me! 10/10 customer service!
