Outright refused to refill my medications because I filed a complaint against her. On ETHICS ALONG she should be ASHAMED OF HERSELF. ALL I NEEDED WAS MY BLOOD PRESSURE PILLS AND MY DIABETES PILLS! SHE REFUSED TO CALL THEM IN!!!!! SHE IS ENJOYING WHAT SHE IS DOING TO MY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH! Her (probably bogus good reviews) are her attempts to hide how this clinic really works. If she don't like you she will mistreat you. I had to wait for an hour in her office while she paid her bills and conducted business on the phone. It's a small office I could hear everything. She retaliated against me because of her friends at another clinic. If you really want to primary Care that cares about you don't come to her because she only cares about CERTAIN patients. Suzette Baca discriminated against me and refused to help me. They should not get to PICK and CHOOSE who they want to be professional to. Suzette Baca is a not a true medical professional. Take a look at these reviews when they're posted and when the office finally responded to them that will tell you that she is FAKE!!! Notice how she doesn't respond to mine because she knows I'm telling the truth!!!!

This is a small but really caring, compassionate practice. Suzette is available when so many other places are not. I have utilized her services and trust that she will go the extra mile to find out what might be going on with her patients.

I have been a healthcare professional for over 20 years and this clinic is a money grubbing joke. I established with them and 4 months later Suzette was unwilling to refill medications that I have been on, at the same dosages, for 12 + years. She prescribed me a new medication for high blood pressure but also wouldn't refill it because she wanted a "blood pressure log" which she didn't ask me to keep in the first place. All I heard from her clinic was that they needed to make me an appointment or an e-visit, in which they would charge me to be seen. They were completely unhelpful and unprofessional. 0/10, do not recommend.

The staff and Suzette were so patient and thorough with my elderly and fragile friend. Suzette was very compassionate and truly cared about his health. Very very impressed!

Suzette and her staff are awesome I needed to get some drainage tubes after my surgery out took very good care of me made sure that I wasn't in pain with the removal and they're very clean.

I took my 4 year old here to get a shot. We had an amazing MA, who was calm with him, and helped reassure him. It was the first shot he's ever gotten where he didn't cry, and I'm 100% it was because of the person we had. We were there for around 40 minutes, which was a bit long, but worth it for the wonderful experience we had. He got a prize after his shot, which he loved.

Suzette Baca is very professional,kind her staff is friendly they get you in and out help you get to the root of the problem. Baca also goes out of her way to help you,if not she helps you get the help you need. If you are lucky enough to get in with her do it,it is well worth it and they do not give you the run around.

Still happy with my experience but the chat gpt -esque response to my comments is super odd. Keeping my stars up because I've been happy with our treatment.

This place far exceeds any urgent care that I been too. They listen to patients and ensure they get proper care. They follow up with patients and go over results. Very happy with there service.
