Awesome service! I was diagnosed with an ear infection 2 1/2 days ago. The ear drops the doctor at another provider had given me had not helped. I was feeling awful still with my ear infection. Too sick to drive myself to the actual Duke City urgent care and had no one to drive me. I called Medic Buddy and they got two techs/assistants to come to my house same day at promised appointment time. They irrigated my ear and called the provider Lisa on the video consult. Lisa confirmed by them using the scope on my ears that my ear infection had gotten worse and meds were called into my pharmacy. Awesome treatment by all! This was such an easy process! They even seen me earlier than my appointment time for the video chat. The doctor and lady who called me were very helpful and informative! I ended up having to go to the doctor in person but they made that very easy for me and had the urgent care in person have everything ready for me so it was quick and fast! I will definitely be recommending this to everyone ⭐️

Time of my call was 11:48am made appt for 12 noon registered logged onto zoom saw dr and completed entire ‘appt’ by 12:17pm All from my living room!!!!! Very friendly registration person. Fast service almost no wait time (maybe 2-3 min). Dr was very very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and extremely patient. Was informed of my exact diagnosis and followed his instructions and felt 100xs better within a few hours after my appt.

I have to say this is the most professional and convenient service I have ever received in the medical field! I have had a cough for about two weeks and it's hands not gotten better. Called to schedule an appointment and they arrived in an hour! The medical team was very polite in helping diagnose what I now know is pneumonia! After a virtual visit with a nurse practitioner all necessary prescriptions were placed and rest for me to pick up at the pharmacy closest to me! As a busy individual I will be using this service in the future. The convince of not having to go to an urgent Care and wait in a waiting room is well worth it! Having a service take will come to my waited is s plus! Definitely recommend medic buddy to everyone! Thanks for the awesome service!! Five starts isn't enough!

This service is fantastic! So convenient and very professional and friendly. I made a Medic Buddy appointment for my son who was vomiting and feeling really badly. The team showed up at our house, did their assessment, ran a rapid strep test and were gone in under 30 minutes! I’ll be using this service again in the future.

My experience with Medic Buddy LLC was quite convenient due to no long waiting periods. Their assessment and concern to my needs were thorough and also there are other provided services where they can come to your work, home,where you're at if the need arises. The staff was very caring, knowledgeable, and extending and helpful . My experience was a positive one.

The ladies/EMTs who came here were Friendly and they showed up early and Efficient. The nurse practitioner was also friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience. It was nice to be able to get seen at my work on my lunch break So I didn’t have to get time off. I would highly recommend to anybody/everybody!!

Very courteous, friendly and professional. I love that they'll come to your house! It makes it so much easier and more comfortable to be seen. They were in and out in half an hour, far less time than if I'd gone to the clinic.
