😠 I stopped going to this so- called medical facility because my Dr prescribed me a medication that she should have known better not to prescribe to me. I have a heart condition, very serious. I took it for 5 days. When I went in for a follow-up appointment, I informed her that my urine was very dark... People often mention time, appointment, doctor,

Had an in person appointment at 2. When I showed up I found out the doctor had called in. I received no notification beforehand. All I got was we can reschedule you. Was also told they had called all patients to reschedule which I never received. Pathetic patient care. I waited 1 month for this appointment and couldn't even get a phone call to let me know my appointment needed rescheduling. This is not how people's health should be handled. I'll be finding a new doctor elsewhere. I advise you to do the same.

I stopped going to this so- called medical facility because my Dr prescribed me a medication that she should have known better not to prescribe to me. I have a heart condition, very serious. I took it for 5 days. When I went in for a follow-up appointment, I informed her that my urine was very dark, my left arm was feeling numb, and that I had tightness in my chest. She did this weird thing with her hand, waving me off, and told me, "oh you'll be fine, just make sure you continue taking it everyday ". I couldn't believe she was treating me like that. I continue to have shortness of breath, and the harshest sore throat. I'll never go back there, EVER

Dr. Murphy is a gem! She is warm and kind. She listens and cares. I'd recommend her to anyone. Great location in the north valley next to the Rodolfo Anaya Library.

Dr. Ares, Nurses Jon and Brent, the manager, and the pharmacy tech don’t care about you! They all should not be allowed to practice medicine. My extended family used to go here until recently and have going caring providers elsewhere. -uncaring staff and doctors (except Dr Pike who left) -incompetent staff who all should not have medical licenses Be warned!

Mom moved here from out of state. FCCH was the one place in the city that was accepting new patients sooner rather than six to eight months down the line. The PCP she established with (Dr. Saavedra) doesn't want to refer her to specialty providers and blames the pandemic. After several months, they finally referred her to an allergist. After two days, the allergist told Mom that they didn't have her referral. Mom called FCCH and Flo in the front lobby kept over-talking Mom while she was trying to explain what happened. She was of no help, and Mom is now waiting in the ER for several hours. Needless to say, Mom will be changing PCPs in January. Dealing with these people will kill you!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor, love the doctor but the customer service is horrible, they give no valid information over the phone, I needed my emt basics tests I had called asking if i could walk in they said it was fine I call again to make sure and they said no even though they are REQUIRED to get me in an appt for school they rudely said they didn’t have any. They tried to drop my appt without asking and had attitude when I walked in saying I was wasting their time bc I confirmed I cancelled an appt when I did not, coming from somebody with a family full of medical professions Do not waste your time with this sad excuse of a doctors clinic.

I've been to see Dr. Pike twice. I have felt confident in her knowledge and she has allowed ample time for my appointment and to answer my questions. Have recommended her. I've been happy with the office and nursing personnel as well.

Went in June 13 for an immediate health issue, somthing overtime has and could become more serious. I was told I couldn't be seen until August. Plan your hearth accordingly.

I just wanna tell everyone how most of our experiences here have been amazing. Both my son and I go to this location and we always feel seen and heard. Our doctor, Dr. Mary Murphy has got to be one of the best doctors I have ever had. Top 2 that's for sures! There is also a RN by the name of Jon Helm that goes above and beyond when trying to help you! I needed some labs done before I join the military! Mr. Helm communicated perfectly and took time to get things organized!!! Last but not least, the man who takes blood there is thee best blood taker ever. People have a hard time finding my veins and often poke me around 3 times, this guy (don't remember his name) finds it on the 1st time and the poke doesn't even hurt!!! I am super pleased with these people at this location. There was only one time that we had a bad experience. My son got vaccinated a couple of times in his arms, one of those vaccines must have hit a nerve or something because it really hurt him. He had a really big red knot the next day. This was done by the people who take your blood pressure. This lady was super nice and professional, but I wouldn't want her to administer vaccines again to my kiddo. He has a high pain tolerance and I hardly ever see him cry from pain and he teared up. No hard feelings with that lady though 😊.

I made my appointment and when I arrived the only person who spoke Spanish treated me very badly...if you don't like your job, get out of there...I waited a long time for this appointment and it's not fair that just because we are Latina they treat us like that.
