This
is
a
review
of
my
experience
with
Oak
Street
Health
on
Rio
Bravo
near
Isleta
in
Albuquerque,
NM.
The
only
reason
they
get
even
two
stars
is
because
my
doctor,
Dr.
Tri,
is
wonderful!
And
the
staff
and
nurse
are
very
nice.
I
would
have
given
them
five
stars
except:
1.
I
have
chronic
UTIs
and
for
some
reason
the
have
a
problem
treating
those.
This
time,
on
July
24
I
went
in
to
pee
in
a
cup.
The
nurse
said
I
did
not
have
a
UTI.
I
said
yes
I
do.
She
said
they’d
send
out
my
sample
to
be
tested.
The
next
time
I
called
them,
they
told
me
they
threw
my
urine
sample
away
and
I
would
have
to
come
back
and
pee
in
a
cup
again.
I
said
I
couldn’t
do
that
because
my
car
needed
repairs!
They
sent
over
their
company
vehicle
to
collect
my
urine
in
a
cup.
(They
kept
changing
the
time
so
when
they
got
here
I
could
only
provide
a
tiny
bit.)
I
heard
nothing,
so
I
called
the
next
week
and
was
told
they
had
not
looked
at
my
results,
but
would
look
and
call
me
back.
The
next
day
I
did
not
hear
from
them
so
I
called.
The
nurse
called
me
back
and
said
I
did
have
a
UTI
after
all.
She
said
the
doctor
would
send
in
an
RX.
I
had
it
delivered
the
next
day.
So
IT
TOOK
THEM
A
WEEK
AND
A
HALF
TO
TREAT
MY
UTI,
which
was
making
me
feel
miserable.
No
reason,
no
apology.
2.
Communication
in
general
is
horrible.
It's
pretty
difficult
to
communicate
with
my
doctor
and
even
my
clinic.
There
is
no
MYCHART
or
any
patient
portal.
I’m
told
they
have
a
proprietary
portal
that
might
be
ready
next
year.
3.
They
cancelled
my
first
appointment
without
telling
me.
I
found
out
the
day
before
when
I
called
to
confirm
the
time.
Someone
called
me
from
their
“corporate
team”
about
my
concerns.
They
called
multiple
times,
but
refused
to
leave
a
call
back
number.
I
didn’t
answer
the
phone
because
I
was
fatigued
from
my
untreated
UTI
and
was
sleeping
all
day!
I’m
not
impressed,
obviously,
and
it
looks
like
I’ll
have
to
leave.
Too
bad.
