Got a bagel to go back to our hotel next door. The bagel (green chili cheddar) was sensational, and the scallion cream cheese was super thick and tasty. Also the guy who served us was really nice and helpful.

The rainy morning Wednesday line was short, the bagels hot, service with a smile. Hard for this brand new place to keep up with the demand. Superior bagels, generous breakfast sandwiches. Super nice addition to the neighborhood.

Actual New York style bagels...not just a round peice of bread. Dellicious! Kaufman's is a locally owned business that supports other New Mexico business. Great coffee, amazing bagels and bagel sandwiches in a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended

I am so happy this place exists. The only authentic bagels in Albuquerque, boiled in malt with the perfect crunchy on the outside chewy on the inside texture. My favorites are salted caraway and, of course, plain. They are also incredibly friendly and helpful. I saw a review on here mention that Einstein's has them beat and I just want to point out how hysterical that is. Kaufman's bagels are not bread with a hole like Einstein's. Ha! Someone else asked "are they even boiled". Yes, yes they are, there's a window into their bakery and you can see the vat of malty water.

So even with their limited seating (totally understandable for a bagel shop), I need them to have a permanent chair for me, because I think the Kaufman Special will be my morning staple when visiting my fiancé. Lettuce crisp. Tomatoes juicy. Lox salted and brined to perfection. And the bagel toasted on the outside, while fluffy on the inside. And with the capers, I am sold. This lox on a bagel was a great start to my morning!

What a wonderful treat and tasty bagles! Very welcoming, friendly and comfortable atmosphere! They can be quite packed or quiet depending on what time you arrive. The recommendation to try their bagle and coffee came from El Vado Motel and it was indeed amazing. I had the breakfast bagle without bacon. Went back there again for the 2nd time before departing the city.

Excellent customer service,authentic N.Y. bagels, BLT with cream cheese was superb. Enjoyed sitting in front of the window,watching the bagels being made. As a former New Yorker this experience brought me back home.

I was warmly welcomed and I shared a blueberry bagel with a strawberry spread with my partner and it was delicious. I’ve never been much a fan of bagels but these have changed my mind. The price is also good it was around $5. I will come back to try more bagels!

Hands down no doubt about it BEST bagels ive ever had in my life. Got a green chile cheddar bagel with green chile cream cheese and it was SO GOOD. i really cant emphasize enough. Stood in line again to get some to take home. Small busy place but so worth the wait. 10/10

Best bagel sandwich in ABQ! The bagel is made to perfection, the bacon is high quality, and the bagel never falls apart. The coffee is great too, even the basic drip coffee. Overall, great atmosphere and customer service. Kaufman's never dissapoints.

Enjoy your espresso while you watch them cook the bagels! Great for a quick bite.

Finally got to try this place for the first time today and we'll definitely be back. Pretzel bagel was the perfect combo of salty pretzel and bread-y bagel. The place was clean and inviting, espresso is good and strong, staff was patient and friendly. Hope it stays busy and successful, definitely go support them!

Had really great service. I only waited a couple of minutes to get my food and latte. The bagels I ordered were nicely made, and the latte was very good a bit too much cinnamon, but overall, great. I do wish they had more spread options as well as drink options.

We stopped in for brunch. The bagels were really good. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The variety of bagels was wide and incorporated regional flavors like red chili without being too intense. We had pastrami sandwiches; they were delicious, and they were helpful with making substitutions and checking to make sure we got the sandwiches we wanted. The coffees were good without being too sweet or over flavored. We will definitely be going back.

My boyfriend and I got a breakfast bagels here on my day my off. The bagels are soft with a nice crust on the outside. The green chili cheddar was delicious and not too hot. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick. It's definitely our new place for good bagels!

This was my first visit here and I really appreciated the quality and service. Despite it clearly being frequented by the gentrifying hipsters, I did notice some locals in there. I thought the service was good and polite, and, I really liked my bagels and the sandwich. Although it's far, I may have found my new favorite bagel place. And yes, I do think I prefer the bagels here over the Sunday's Pop-up Bagels 🥯 Yaaaasss, I said it! Lol 🙂

After a neighbor gave me some of their bagels, I had to go myself. Best bagels I've ever had and their bagel sandwiches are delicious too. Great service from a friendly staff. Bravo, can't wait to go back! (Try their cookies too!)

I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte and a breakfast bagel. I chose plain schmear, ham, and swiss. I came in at a rather busy time and they were able to see me within three minutes and get to me my order a minute after that. I used cash but they also take card. My sandwich was wonderful with the egg still runny in the middle; perfect for me. It was fresh and delicious. The bagels themselves are of good quality. Sadly, I chose the green chili cheddar bagel and didn't taste any flavor. My mouth didn't tingle, my nose didn't run. Einsteins has then beat on green chili but not bagel quality. The vanilla latte was a little strong and did not taste strongly of vanilla. They have no way of making you an ice coffee from the espresso machine. Instead they can provide premade cold brew so this is definitely the place for your hot coffees. I spent 14 dollars. For that price, I would definitely eat here again.
