We scheduled our massages last minute since we were visiting from Denver. Not only were they helpful and accommodating, but very reasonably priced. When we arrived for our appointments, we were greeted warmly. We did a couple's massage with Sabrina and Nancy who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The actual massage part was even better. It felt like a mix of reiki and massage, which is exactly what I needed. We left feeling grounded with a fantastic dinner recommendation. When we visit taos again, we will definitely make a stop here for a massage. Very highly recommended for an accommodating, relaxing, and reasonably priced massage with clearly experienced therapists.

I received a massage with a touch of cranial sacral therapy from Ginger today and it was amazing. She held such beautiful and nurturing space for me and my body that is growing my first baby. I felt heard and held. Her touch is gentle and so healing. Thank you Ginger and Essential Spa 🙏🏼

Kyoko is a master at craniosacral. If you’re tight, tired, rigid or anxious, the pulse will feel amazing and leave you calmly energized, restored, and feeling expansive. It takes someone intuitive to deliver and Kyoko is amazing.

I have serious and complex back issues. Manuela is a phenomenal massage therapist, she is conscientious, gentle and knows when to add deep pressure to work my twisted muscles. I appreciate quality body work and Manuela’s expert touch. The prices are super reasonable and the space is inviting. They also text appointment reminders.

Really great experience. Went there with my mother and my friend, and they re-scheduled staff so that we could all be there at the same time! My mother had a woman named Tulsi, and was ecstatic about her experience, however all of us had a great time. My mom is a bigger women, and my friend is tiny, and they accommodated us all. A really clean spacey location as well.

My girlfriend and I got a couples massage at Essential while on vacation in Taos. The gentleman who worked on my girlfriend was excellent, relieving some serious neck pain she had been suffering with for a few weeks. I was very happy with my massage as well. Everyone we met during our visit was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
