Chilis has ALWAYS been our go to and we usually always order from this one specifically but after tonight's order, we will never go back. The salad is much smaller than usual, chicken not cooked all the way through, bag of chips rolled at top with sticker torn, chips filled less than half the bag and are cold, and both chips and salsa looked like someone's left overs.. I called and spoke to Manager and explained what I was looking at and my concerns. She called me a liar and accused me of calling her a liar when I offered to send her the pics I took. She was rude and stated, "What do you want me to do, my staff did not eat your chips." I explained that I was not calling to get free food but as a frequent customer I would expect that she would talk with her staff to ensure food is checked before going out. Again, she told me that her staff didn't eat my chips. Disheartened and disappointed in this poor service, unprofessional manager and lack of quality control.

I love to Travel across America and have the opportunity to visit many Restaurants. Chili's is one of my favorite places to visit but tonight's visit was a little or very disappointing. I placed my 45.00 order online. Waited to pickup and the staff delivering food to cars was super friendly and fast. I order this sampler with wings and well they aren't there and my co worker order rice and other items and we got no silverware to even eat with so the rice and beans was tossed out the sandwiches on my sampler was tossed out. Needless to say I feel I wasted my 45.00 tonight.

We order from here every week and when we picked up our food tonight it was less than appealing. I called to let them know and was put on the phone with Alex their manager which explains a lot about the quality of food we got. He was rude and patronizing and even proceeded to make fun of me when I asked him what the solution was for a situation like this… Please consider changing your management and raising the standard for your back of house

I'm pretty sure broccoli isn't supposed to be black. Service was slow and pretty bad. We waited more than five minutes to get drinks. I ordered the 6oz sirloin that is supposed to come with avocado. Instead of the waiter telling me they were out of avocado, he let the plate come out without it and I asked him about it. He proceeded to ignore me for about three minutes, walking past our table 3 times, then finally said to me, " oh. We are out. Sorry. " I could feel the overwhelming disingenuous vibe. Then I mentioned that the broccoli was black and he said, "oh sorry. Do you want another side of it?" I said no. They gave me rotten broccoli once, I was scared of what they would give me next. Needless to say but I'll never go to that Chili's location again, or actually Chili's. 🤮

Had brunch with granddaughter, she enjoyed corn cob, fries, chicken tenders, mandarin oranges, and a mini molten cake. To say the least, she loved it. And ate more than usual. Service was excellent and food arrived fast. I had the chili's philly very delicious.

The waitress was amazing! The food was great! Thank you for allowing us to spend my nephew's 23rd birthday dinner at your establishment.

Everything was great. Each and everyone of the employees working evening were on it man. 👍 will for sure be coming back here !

Food was hot and delicious. Well decorated and the booth was comfortable. I would prefer to see more food for the price. Also the waitress said it was a waste of time for her to be there, since it was slow.

Enjoyed the drinks but sadly ordered the white queso and chips which i used to enjoy... now its like a chunk of white cheese melted with no other flavor...doesn't queso have chili in it? And of course won't even touch what they call salsa. I may as well asked for a chunk of 🧀 yuk 😨😖. Not what i expected. So disappointing

It was a great experience. The waiter was consistently checking on us. Made sure we were doing good. Even memorized the order and got it right! The even better part was the food was delicious!

My chicken fajitas were Tyson type strips barely warmed up and served on a searing hot skillet that actually burnt the food. Tortillas were cold hard. Please put more pre cooking quality care in what you serve your customers. Service was great food sucked.

This visit was pretty good. Waitress was pretty quick in bringing drinks and checked in on us often. The new mac and cheese they have is really good as well

Walked in and greated by a nice lady, told her we had a party of 6 and they where getting down from the car. She was real nice and about to seat us. Then another lady walks up and stops her from seating us and was real rude.she had a walkie talkie in her ear. Our party of 5 out of 6 was there and she insisted not to seat us. She was rude about it, if she was some short of compassionate I would of stayed. I will never go back to this location.

One of the best chains in my opinion, they have great food and service. The wait staff are super helpful and patient. Their burgers, salsa, and appetizers are great and consistently made. Way superior to Applebee's, with better variety.

Great service. Some food came out, clearly undercooked and they took care of it right away. Food is good, maybe an off day for the cooking staff, it happens. Clean restaurant, good seating, clean restrooms, and good lighting. Plenty of parking as it's on the edge of a Walmart lot.

We had such a fun time. The food was so great. The only downside is we paid 70 dollars for two adults, two kids, and one appetizer. Also, our waiter was really great. I can wait to go again!

Waitresses were very attentive never had to ask for refills on our drinks. Food was yummy, and a good temperature when arrived.

I've never had the burgers at chili's before... what a mistake! Their mushroom Swiss burger was cooked perfectly and the mushrooms were still plump and juicy... just one more reason to go back!

Waiter was wonderful with fantastic vibe. Their back menu special is definitely great verity.

Without going into much detail. I'm traveling, I was starving so I went to Chili's and I'm in my motel right now still hungry. The steak was great what little of it there was. It came with asparagus. That's all. Lots of asparagus that was raw on one end and crispy on the other. I ordered a side of street corn. You could get it for $1 with many of the other meals but not mine. So I paid an extra $2.25 for what I thought would be like the pic on the menu. Not even. It was just a regular ear of corn. $18 and a $3.25 tip later. Not happy at all.

The with the hostess with curly hair told us that we couldn't sit at the bar. Then ask if I could sit at a table she said not and sat us in a little booth. Very rude. Thanks to the sweet wait staff for allowing us to move to the bar.

Service was pretty absent. They were nice but we didn't get silverware or napkins and they didn't keep them around for me to get myself. And they would never come by to check on us or the food so I had to meander around looking for someone who worked there. The person I found was behind a bus station on their phone, kind of annoying to find when you struggle to get help from staff. My burger was great but my partner's triple dipper seemed like a microwave dinner which is abnormal from what I recall. And the strawberry lemonade tasted really off for some reason. I've been to more chili's than I'd like to admit so I'd argue I would know what the good and drinks are supposed to/can taste like.

I took my husband out for a celebration dinner thinking we'd have a great time but the servers did not want to serve us they gave us no silver wear or napkins my husband orders salmon with lemon and no one even brought him lemon like requested and when it was time to pay our bill no one showed up for 20 minute's at least for a Tuesday really ? So I got the waitress my self and ask for the check service and food was horrible and usually we love chilli's but after tonight we don't be back at this location. We'll go somewhere else who will appreciate their customers avoid this place. 👎👎

I sat at the bar and it took a minute before the bartender asked me what I wanted to drink. I ordered a Dos xx and she gave me a menu. She greeted me but I think she forgot my drink because she left the bar and when she returned she said oh! Then she poured the beer and gave it to me. She took my order which was a $14 combo 6oz sirloin and chips with three different dips. Someone else brought my order to me. The portions were very small. I guess, it was okay but I don't think I would go back. The bartender was attentive to the rest of the guests but she only asked if I was doing okay. I said, yes and she went on to something else at least she checked on me that was a plus. The loaded mashed potatoes were very small. The total meal was about $25+tip. I suppose it was okay overall.

Waitress was Amazing!! attentive to our table as if we were like a quest to her home (really awesome). I ordered the 3 for me, a sirloin steak, mash potatoes and a corn (.75% of the time my food is wrong) not yesterday, I enjoyed every bite and omg the steak so juicy with no red (I like my steaks well we'll done). So delicious!! I didn't leave anything behind. Hats off to the whole staff!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! I can't wait to see you soon!! Great prices too ❤️

The busiest Chile's in the state is what the manager has said about this location. When we all got stuck at home I started getting to-go from here, ordering online, and more than half the time something was made wrong or missing, or the wait was ridiculously long and the food cold by the time we got it. We finally gave up and quit coming. I know they're doing fine without our business but they could be doing better.

Food was cold , service was good but my bill was very high for the quality of food that we got in return, some advice , don't go close to closing

Our waitress sucked!!! Gave my brother 3 sugars, never filled his tea glass. She didn't serve our meal, and we had to ask another person for ketchup and our bill. Sorry service. Plus, people were waiting to be seated, but there was 7 tables that needed to be bussed. The food was cold. Not happy at all... Should get better service for what you pay.

Food was delicious and waitress was friendly and attentive. Place is nice clean and always greeted with smiling faces. I wont come back again 👍👍

Via my rewards, I had free creamy chicken pasta, w/added green Chile from kid's menu. Very yummy & filling. Other adults may overwhelmingly agree. I had take home. The $5 margaritas were tasty & refreshing. My husband's chicken & shrimp fajitas were sizzling, smoky & presented nicely. Looking forward to next visit. Hopefully at the newly built Chili's on Rio Bravo & Coors which is conveniently located closely to my residence.
