Worst “mexican” food I’ve ever had. The tortillas were straight out of the bag (not warmed, grilled or fried) and we’re kind of dry. They broke open when I lifted the soft taco to eat it. The ingredients were incredibly bland, the lettuce was limp & old, and there was hardly any of it on the taco. The whole taco was just… like prison cafeteria food. The beans were good and the rice was OK,and that’s why I gave this Twisters two stars instead of just one.

Heart breaking. We used to eat here at least once a week. I used to absolutely love their tacos. Now you get a shell and lettuce at 40 dollars a dozen. 😬. I'll miss you twisters. Keep this up and you will be the next going out of business. Pathetic.

Absolutely disgusting. Just received a burrito with burnt pieces of eggs. The whole thing was inedible and not safe to eat. You guys should be ashamed of the food you are serving.

This place used to be good. In fact, this used to be the best Twisters and New Mexico, no longer. The fry bread on the Indian taco was raw in the middle, the size of the burrito is 2/3 of its original size, the Chile is just green water with cornstarch for thickening. Basically, this place is garbage now.

So I stopped at twisters for breakfast Burrito, I always get a #12 . This time they were stingy with their scrambled eggs and their green chile, Manager & Supervisor you need to Retrain your cooks how to make a breakfast burrito. I paid $8.00 for it🤔😮‍💨🤯😡 and look what I got So Disappointed

Good burritos. However, the dining room is closed at times without notice. Showed up today with a long line in drive thru, chose to go inside and it was locked up. While several people jumped in front of me in the drive through, I asked if the dining room was closed and the employee said well today it is. This place is okay. 🌯

Service was okay. I had difficulty finding any chorizo or green chile in my #5 burrito. It had no taste and was comprised almost entirely of egg and chunks of potato. It contained so much liquid in a pasty tortilla that seemed hastily wrapped that it fell apart oozing all over the wrapper. I'm glad I did not go through drive-up and attempted to eat it. When I notified the manager, the replacement did not have so much liquid, but it remained mostly an egg and potato burrito without any real taste to it. I tossed most of that one away.

Usually this twisters is great.....not today. I ordered the $8 California chicken sandwich, and I can get a bigger chicken sandwich at McDonald's for cheaper. So disappointed 😞

Went through drive-thru, and when I got home and opened the tightly tied bag, I found that my Chile Cheese Fries was only regular fries. Went back and had to go drive thru again as the lobby door was locked. Appears all they did was add green chile and cheese to the now cold fries and returned it to me. Had to microwave it at home to melt the cheese. Our burritos were also not as good but decided after going back once already, it was not worth the effort. Typically, the service and food are good at this location, so today's experience was a downer for me.

Good food too bad the customer service is terrible! It’s like talking to robots all they can do is explain to me what is wrong from a technical issue instead of trying to understand how Customer feels someone who comes there and gives you time and money the thing that keeps you employed.

Salsa sides are half the size they used to be. 85 cents each. You only get 1 for 2 tacos. Talk about a rip off. Guy at window rude. Good bye twisters. U suck

Tried to call in an order for a dozen tacos. The phone must've been off the hook because we tried calling for about 45 minutes while we ran around town: never got through. When we drove up and there were no customers: none, zip, zilch, nada. At the drive up I ordered but was told they were out of hard shell tacos. Didn't offer anything else or no apology, just out. Hmmmm

Yes yes! My mother has been fired officially! No not really, she would kill me. Anyway my wife and I went there for breakfast, the burritos are amazing! Make sure you take your time and read the entire menu and don't get too excited and start ordering things otherwise you'll finish reading the menu and realized you should have ordered more stuff. That's a lot of stuff to process when you only have one stomach. LOL this place is absolutely amazing I would totally recommend it! The team seems to be so tight back there and I love hearing the praise music coming from the kitchen! We will be back

No exaggeration whatsoever, my order is correct at Twisters 20% of the time. Also, it’s a bit ridiculous that 3 times in a row when I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito with no added Chile, I got sausage. IT IS NOT THE SAME THING!

Awesome burritos and staff. I went through the drive-thru and they had some small treats for my puppies!

Used to love their breakfast burritos. They have gotten more expensive, substantially smaller, less filling, green chili lacked flavor and heat.

The food was good but the Chile was very watery. There was not enough meat in the burrito. It was more like a tortilla soup.

1st time so I'll update when giving another chance. Ordered online for quickness Went to curbside. Called 4 times. The one time they answered, I was told "give me a quick second" and I hung up after over 8 minutes on hold. Had to go inside which defeats the purpose of curbside. After waiting a while in the pickup area, I had to make the line and request the order. Then had to wait an extra 6-7 minutes for fries. They're not that great to have to wait almost 10 min extra. The person at the front needs extra help or more advanced training. When I got home, all but the fries were cold which didn't make the food that great. Next time I wont order online if it's going to take the same time as ordering inside.

The size of your burritos keeps getting smaller and what is provided is mostly a folded tortilla. You have definitely gone downhill. After being a customer for as long as I xan remember, i will certainly stop buying from you.

Pretty good! Lives up to the reputation! Got the pork Twister burrito, and it'll fill you up. Fries werent the crispiest but not bad. Would visit again.

This is the worst restaurant in existence. The staff were incredibly rude. Spent 30 min in the drive thru AFTER I’ve ordered my food. The cars behind me were served but I never received my food. When I tried to go into the restaurant they had locked the doors, even though it was during their hours. They ended up turning all the lights out and leaving. I never received my food.

They always get my mildly complicated order right! The food is good and the chile is spicy. I can do drive thru, takeaway, or order to go in addition to eating in so I like all the options. I'll eat here again!

I appreciate if they tried to make this gluten-free, but would you want to eat this???

The staff was nice however the food was not. I found hairs (plural) in my son's food, and it did not seem like they were taking their job seriously, things were just sloppy. Like I said everyone was nice. But the food was not.

Ordered a #8. Barely anything inside the burrito. Went into the lobby to address the issue and employees immediately started arguing with me. The online menu reflects beans in the #8, burrito I received has no beans. Very little of all the other ingredients. Smallest twisters burrito I have ever seen. The whole franchise has gone downhill, but this location, in particular is very, very poorly run.

I was in the restaurant on Eagle Ranch Rd and the establishment was disgusting. The floors were sticky everywhere and the tables had not been wiped down and there was food left on the tables and floors. I was planning to eat inside but quickly decided to leave. I ended up not eating the food because I figured if the Restaurant looks this bad, then I can only imagine what the food prep and kitchen areas look like... please beware.

Went through drive-thru tonight (02/17/22). We waited for over 40 minutes spent over $50 and food was HORRIBLE. All the burritos were cold. Fries were old and hard. This is the worst food I have ever received from this establishment. I have been trying to call for the past 20 minutes and no one answers the phone. Finally called another twisters just to get the name of the manage on duty and the corporate number. If they were unable to make a fresh order they shouldn’t be open. On top of that the employees were cursing at each other while we were at the window. We ended up having to get Little Caesars for edible food. I urge you to save your time and money and go elsewhere.
