Nice waiter. Interesting atmosphere. If you're not a seafood person, immediate entrance will be a turn off. However I thought it smelled wonderful. Platters are pricey, however all 2000 daily calories will be consumed in a single seating. The servings are enough for two, or two whole meals, so when considering splitting a plate, the pricing is great. My shrimp were over salted, but the sausage, mushrooms, pasta, and sauce were done well. Half chicken isn't a lie. The seasonings were delicious and the skin was crispy while the meat was tender and juicy. Spot on!

We had such a great time celebrating my baby girl's 23rd birthday here. My husband & myself team up with my daughter's Dad & his beautiful wife to make our daughter's birthday celebrations memorable and all about her. She is an amazing young woman who deserves the best!! Our food was delicious, the atmosphere was so beautiful & there was no wait time. Our server was top-notch! He deserves a pay increase. He was sociable, and friendly, listened to our requests & got our food out promptly. The cooks know their way around the kitchen.

We all REALLY enjoyed this place. Appetizer: Alligator, it was sooo good way better than chicken, 4 of us were able to have some including the 1 year old 👶 we all liked it! Then the alcohol drinks came out, the voodoo was the best out of all 3. I had the pan seared trout in lemon butter which came to be to salty but overall was delicious, the shrimp and spinach is really good. Shrimp basket was really good the fries were the spotlight! Then one of us had the salmon plate which was better than the trout. Service was great.

We had a great meal here. The food was excellent and delicious, and the portion size was very generous. We did wait a bit long for our food, but the manager visited our table and then made everything right. The service was attentive and polite. All in all, a very good time and very good food.

Phenomenal! Visiting for the holidays and needed a place for a December birthday celebration. As seafood lovers, this place rocked. Staff was awesome, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was great. Our favorites were as followed: Drink: Sangria App: Crab and Spinach Dip Main: Stuffed Crab Dessert: Key Lime Pie It’s a little pricey, but nothing crazy. You get every dollars’ worth, here. Highly recommend!

Every time we come to town this is the spot! I was super impressed with their ability to accommodate me. I am unable have certain items and so the manager came and spoke with me to see exactly what I could eat. The food was cooked perfectly and that was the biggest fish I have seen in awhile! The waiter was never letting our drinks run dry! I absolutely love this place from the food to the atmosphere! I am hoping one day we will have one in NV!

This is the third location I have tried for this chain over the years, and it has never disappointed. Everything was amazing, Oysters are always top notch and the quality of my Salmon Alexander was just fantastic. I live in the PNW and this salmon was as good as any I have ever had. Highly recommend checking this chain out if you like Seafood, especially Cajun style!

We returned to Pappadeux today for the first time in a decade. First off I want to say the waiter, Starnes, was hands down, the best waiter we ever have had anywhere. He had the most delightful energy and enthusiasm, and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by him. It was nice to actually see someone who genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The food was wonderful, we ended up ordering the bread pudding for dessert and it was fresh out of the oven. (Though realistically the portions are huge and you don’t need appetizers and dessert.) Overall, we had a great experience!

Everyone very friendly, great service as well. I would have given 5 stars but the prices are way too high. The cost for one piece salmon and few stalks of broccolini approximately $32 but it was very good. Desert was delicious 🙂

I haven’t been here in many of years. I recalled loving the food but this time was a little lack luster. Prices are unfortunately gouged. The gator tails were great. Pasta was cooked well but not spice in sight. The salmon was over cooked. $102 dollars later, I thought damn Olive Garden never lets me down.

I’ve been to Pappadeaux many times but I have to say last weekend I had thee best meal I’ve ever had there. I had the Grouper with braised roasted carrots that was out of this world delicious. It was cooked perfect, a little cajonie, and had the sweetest lump crab on top with 4 big shrimp. Our table also had the Red Snapper that was equally as good. Also the gumbo and fried calamari appetizers. The service was great and we had a delightful time. We went at 3pm hoping to avoid crowds or a wait. We didn’t have to wait but it was pretty crowded. Parking lot is big with lots of handicap spots.

This place was superb when it came to my food allergies! They made special certain that my needs were met. Salmon was stellar! Ambiance was sooooo nice! I have a new favorite place to go! It was busy but there was enough staff that the service was great!

The food here is quite good. I got lobster and my wife got steak. We came here with some friends and had a great time. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was great. They have good portion sizes too. My only issue is I personally think it's a bit over priced. Everything tasted great, but I feel like I can get the same quality food at other restaurants for a bit cheaper. Still a great place to eat and hang out with family and friends. I do recommend eating here especially if you like sea food.

I have to give a shout-out to Pappadeaux in Albuquerque. They were very accommodating to my new gluten free diet. Dominique had the manager speak with me about what I could have and what modifications they would do. I was still able to have my most favorite crab dip and salad with a few modifications. Thank you so much for this experience! I always look forward to going to Pappadeaux, especially since we don't have one close. This experience is one of the reasons we make sure to go, and sometimes make a special trip, to Pappadeaux!

The food is amazing! The craw fish combo is large enough for two, unless your very hungry. The etoufe was a little too salty, not sure if that is how etoufe is supposed to be. The other two fish dish is very good! When eating fish got to be careful on the possibility of some bones.

Visiting from El Paso. One of my favorite places to dine and a must stop before leaving town. We went during lunch on Sunday, wait was less than 15 minutes. Our waitress Kenny was knowledgeable and attentive. We had the following dishes. For our appetizer we had the Fried Alligator, no complaints! Dipping sauce is the Bomb. We ordered the meduim which was not a large serving, barely enough for two. My friend had the Shrimp and Grits. Ok, being from the South the Corn Kernals is not needed, it doesn't have a purpose in the grits. The sauce is like a BBQ, but she said it was tasteful, along with nice size shrimp. I had the Mississippi Catfish w/Shrimp Etouffe,  Delicious!!!! The dish was so flavourful and a nice serving for lunch.

The food, both steak & and seafood, was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was very attentive. Large portion sizes, and their espresso martini was quite good.

Stopped by for the catfish po-boy and gumbo. The gumbo was good but not great. Needed more flavor. I also had oysters which were really good. I'm OCD when it comes to silverware and theirs were clean. In conclusion, I give 4 stars only because the gumbo needed more flavor and a little more heat😊 Oh, I forgot, the Is crème brûlée was delicious!!

The food was excellent. The grilled salmon was soft, juicy, and flakey, yet had charred bits from the grill that added flavor and texture. The dirty rice was flavorful and went well with everything else, as well. The cheesecake slices were quite big, bigger than I expected. Overall, it was great.

Delicious food, awesome service, and a great atmosphere. We arrived shortly before our 1:00 reservation and although busy, we were promptly seated and immediately greeted by our server. Alligator appetizer was out before we expected it and the main course came out timed perfectly. We can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu!

Pappadeaux Roger, kind and attentive. After being in the car for eight hours we could not wait to quench our thirst. I ordered the pineapple refresher and it was delicious. I ordered the salmon Alexander and my husband or the red fish Ponchatrain, Both were cooked perfect, Fresh, and delicious. I WOULD RECOMMEND

The food was excellent! Salmon was prepared perfectly, blackened, medium-rare. Drinks were on point. Our server, Nhi, was sweet and helpful. This was my boyfriend's first visit and he loved it.

The food was delicious! We were a little disappointed about the lack of seafood that came with the noodles but all in all it was a terrific experience. The lighting and scenery inside the restaurant was very relaxing and it wasn’t too loud or overwhelming. The staff were wonderful as well! Palpadeaux is my new favorite restaurant and we will definitely be back!

The food never disappoints. Everything we had was amazing. There were 7 in our party and the service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was served promptly. The steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious and juicy. I was very impressed with the Spinach which was cooked with a creamy type sauce that added a delicious flavor. All the seafood was seasoned well and the portions were large. The prices per plate started above $20 on up to $50 so plan on spending quite a bit for your dinner. But the food and service are worth it. We also had the crab gumbo, the salad with salmon, the seafood platter, ribeye with baked potato, crab cake and alligator bites for appetizers. We finished off with some tasty desserts: key lime pie, a brownie, crème brûlée (my favorite dessert) a banana pudding and a slice of cheesecake.

Huge seafood restaurant, friendly staff and good table service. Their menu provides a different variety of seafood, shrimp, alligator, catfish, grouper, lobster, trout, scallops, oyster; gumbo, fried platter, salad, pasta; if u r not a big fan of seafood, they do have chicken, steak and mignon.... Real big portions, make sure u come with an empty stomach🤪 excellent food, grilled shrimp is the must try!

First timer. I was visiting my sister in Albuquerque to celebrate her 55th birthday. The service was outstanding but the food was warm not hot. I ordered the Crispy Atlantic Salmon. Our waiter mentioned that it is normally served medium rare but I prefer medium well which I relayed. When I received the salmon, it was was rare. I had to send it back to be cooked more.

You won't be disappointed! The crawfish etouffee was flavorful times a million. Our server was a pro. If you're in the mood for seafood, it's a great experience in Albuquerque.

The food was delicious; the event I attended was fun and enlightening. Might not have been enough wait staff; I asked for a couple of things that were never received. I got bored and left; couldn't even get a Togo bag for my food.

Absolutely the best restaurant I've had the pleasure of dining in the state of New Mexico. The food is super consistent and of the highest quality. I can never critique anything I get there. Bravo Pappadeaux. Bravo. ❤️❤️❤️ This was my wife and my 8th wedding anniversary when we dined here again.

This is our new favorite seafood place! The food was cooked to absolute perfection. It was so decadent and amazing. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Our wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Thank you Crystal and Kyrstin for an amazing experience ❤

One of the absolute best seafood restaurants in town! Actually got the best recommendation for this restaurant you can get... from the health inspector. She told me you can eat off of anything in their kitchen floors and all. Top that off with tremendous food and great service. You can't lose!

Love the food. Excellent flavor and selections. Our server was very pleasant and professional. Definitely will return when a taste for good seafood is a must. However, the greeter or the one who seated us tried to seat us in the back in a separate dining area which was dark and cold in which we asked to be seated in the main dining area in which she replied "I have to check first" (main dining area has plenty of open seating) we would have left if she insisted. Being a minority couple, it did make us wonder. We did enjoy the evening tho'
