Basically a place to get a beer or three before spending your whole paycheck at Whole Foods. The folks behind the bar are employees from other areas of the market so some are not as comfortable pouring beer or making drinks as one may find at other bars or breweries.

Always a great place to stop for a a drink and something to eat! They make a great burger! The fry breads, the street tacos, and the oysters are amazing as well! Great selection of local brews, wines and spirits. The service is really great too. Krystal, Marie, and the entire Saloon staff will definitely take good care of you.

Updating this review to reflect recent visits: I wish I could keep this review at 5 stars, but for the last 6 months or so, there have been increasing problems. Food orders are taking longer and longer to come out, and orders are often wrong. Beer list has become less drinkable, with an emphasis on trendy (read: primarily sours and imperials). Staff seems less happy to be there. All adds up to be a way less positive experience than previously... Great, friendly staff, a wide and constantly changing selection, and a convenient location. I only wish there was more indoor seating as the patio isn't fully covered...

I had some chicken wings there that were delicious. A lot had also come out with the single order. One of the bartenders was absolutely amazing. Wish I could remember her name because she deserves the props. She knows her beers and was very friendly. She even has regulars that she had good conversations with.

It has a really great view and location. The service is frustratingly slow and they don't understand pouring or keg pressure. The beer list is a guessing game of what they might actually have at any given moment. It can take an absurd amount of time to get food that is usually pretty meh. It seems to suffer from someone who is managing a grocery store, and does not understand how to manage a bar or kitchen.

Burger was good, wish there was a little something more to it though. It's kind of just a plain burger with lettuce, tomatoe, and onion. Spice it up and make it original in some way! Otherwise a nice place to chill and have a beer with a view of the mountains.

Good selection of local and beers on tap. Good eating for a tap room and conveniently located at whole foods in case you want to pick up asparagus water.

I had the barbacoa tacos, a mojito and a bulliet rye on ice. My opinion is that the tacos had too much cabbage and the meat was dry. Drinks were good. About $27 + tip out the door. Friendly bartender, annoying customers.

Casual walk up joint connected to Whole Foods, it has a good selection of beer and some tasty choices like tacos and burgers. Just the thing for quick and easy.
