First time stopping at a Drury Inn & Suites since the reviews were very good specially in regards cleanliness. Well, here I am to tell you that it was true and it smelled very good. I felt like home. I reserved a king bed room and it was very spacious. Microwave and mini refrigerator in great condition. Small bathroom but it had everything necessary including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Comfortable bed, fresh linens. We arrived late and we couldn't try their free dinner from 5:30-7pm. But dinner area was full and people seem happily eating their food. We traveled with 2 small pets. They were happy and had space in the room to play. Breakfast next day was excellent. Had it all including warm and cold breakfast. They have coffee available all day. They also prepare popcorn in the afternoon and it is self service. Was a great experience even though for just a night. Highly recommend. Place around seems safe. Definitely Drury might stay in our future reservations. No one is paying me for a good review. Your decision rely on reviews. I want to save you a headache for hotel research.

Family friendly hotel. Expect lots of kids. Pool was great, but hot tub jets were out of order. Evening kickback is usually enough to feed the family. During our visit, it had pasta with white sauce, grilled chicken, steamed veggies and baked potatoes. Salad, drinks, and soup too. Morning breakfast both days we were there consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes and biscuits/Gravy. Standard cereal choices, oatmeal, pastries and waffles too.

The rooms are clean. The staff is polite and the value is tremendous. I’ll stay here anytime I’m in Albuquerque. My view is terrible on the second floor, facing the freeway but I haven’t earned status yet so whatever five stars. I’d love to see an upgraded room, I’m here till Friday….

Pros: This hotel is awesome! I love the free meals, soda, popcorn, and the outstanding customer service! All the employees made sure our needs were met and they even treated us like family! The swimming pool and hot tub were very fun and relaxing. I also found the bed to be more comfortable than most hotel beds. Cons: We had our dogs with us and some people were overreacting about their barking, mostly the guests. A guy even threatened to kill one of our dogs. I also really disliked the shower, because it was sickeningly hot and it wouldn’t cool down, even when I turned the knob to the coolest setting. I’m also not very fond of the rule where you can’t leave pets in the room unattended. All in all, it’s not the best hotel, but it’s pretty darn awesome! The employees are very sweet and they make us want to come back. We were put in this hotel for over a month, because we had a little fire in part of our house, but we like to think of it as a blessing in disguise. :)

When we initially checked in and requested a pack and play for our infant, it was in the room in under 15 minutes. When the room smelled of smoke and we found some food in the room, they quickly moved us to another room and upgraded us. The breakfast was good with workers constantly refilling and cleaning up to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated their diligence.

We had an excellent stay here and enjoyed the two nights spent at this hotel. This hotel is well kept and in my opinion, probably one of the cleanest I have seen in quite some time. The front desk was great and everyone we had interacted with was super friendly as well as helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and made for an even more pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to everyone!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved the free 5:30 pm Kickback Meal, and the free breakfast. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night. Our room was super clean and the beds are very comfy. We were in a room facing the interstate and we did hear a lot of road noise even with white noise playing on our phone. I would bring ear plugs just in case you are on the interstate side of the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it!

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down. Great location and the rooms were great. Over and above everything though was how the staff treated everybody. So consistent! Incredibly nice folks. In addition, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Something for absolutely anyone. Keep up the great work Drury Inn!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites of Albuquerque. The hotel is located in a great area for dining, in fact there are 4 restaurants within short walking distance. Easy to get to and quiet. When we checked in Gigi gave us a map and went over the things to do in Albuquerque. Always love the breakfast and evening reception at the Drury and this was no exception. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We stayed in a King Suite which is in the top 5 of quiet rooms we have stayed. During our stay, a 60 mph wind whipped though Albuquerque, no sound from the wind at all! Highly recommend this property if your journeys take you to Albuquerque.

Personally, I have always enjoyed ☺ staying at "The Drury," because of their amazing hospitality and free meals to the guests. My family and I stayed and asked for complete room service for our entire stay, so consequently we expected that. However, we only received room service for one day when we mentioned it the front desk. Even on that one day we only had one of the two beds done. I understand that housekeeping as a lot on their hands but next time I hope there is better communication between the staff!

First off ANNA ANNA ANNA. All the staff is amazing but Anna is top notch. She is doing so many things to make sure the guests are happy and well taken care of in their stay. The dinner and free drinks are amazing, plus the popcorn made each afternoon. Hot tub wasn't working nut the time we were in the pool very few others. I will be back.

Fantastic property. The staff, all staff, is EXCELLENT. The property is clean and is in a great location with easy access to I-25 and the airport. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer both hot and cold foods and is very good. Dinner offers free cocktails, beers, and wines. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There’s an indoor pool and a small workout room and a washer and dryer. The property is well secured and has plenty of parking. There are several restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel. This is great hotel that still offers reasonable rates with many nice extras. The hotel is also pet friendly.

Great place to stay. Breakfast is good and the staff was excellent. The pool was nice and clean with a hot tub. The gym was just right. Cocktail hours and dinner were also good. Great location

Customer service is always awesome! The room, lobby and dining area although very clean did showed some wear and tear from last year when we stayed here. The elevator smelled as well. A few loud guests that seemed to party too hard and carried that onto the floor we were staying on in the middle of the night. It seemed like a mixture of travel guests, workers and the party guests were there that night. We love the Drury Inn but may not use them next time stopping in Albuquerque.

No idea how this place is rated 4.5 stars. It's a large hotel, means LOTS of rooms and people. Parking lot was packed, lobby was packed, pool was packed. About 50 people in the pool the night we stayed, one kid screaming at the top of his lungs, parents doing nothing about it. Has Great Wolf vibes minus the waterpark. Complimentary drinks are served 5:30 to 7pm, so anticipate a flood of people between those hours. Room was nice and clean. Front desk service was decent. Probably won't stay here again.

Fantastic staff wonderful food, super pool. I especially want to commend the afternoon desk staff Jasmine... what a beautiful person she's friendly has a great sense of humor a willing to go above and beyond to help. Thank you Jasmine for making our stay Great 👍👍👍👍👍.

The front desk was nice and the location was good, but I was not a fan of the hotel itself. The lobby was very crowded and loud with kids running around. If you want it somewhat quiet, it's probably not the hotel for you. It's perfect for families with young kids.

I am always a fan of Drury Hotels! The evening kickback and complimentary breakfast make this hotel such a great value. This particular location is near restaurants and shopping and seems like a very safe area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy on and off the highway.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, coming from Texas, but it was surprisingly a very safe and nice area. Breakfast options are good and they even offer their 5:30 pm kickback which includes FREE dinner and 3 drinks per person! WOW 😍 front desk is friendly and attentive. Free parking, pet friendly and the rooms are comfortable. I would love to stay here again! The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that there isn’t any handsoap in my room or trash bags in the can. I’m not gonna ding a star for little things like that but maybe make sure you at least bring some hand soap inside unless you’re cool with using their complimentary body wash or face wash bar

Well...first night we stayed here the room smelled like cat pee. Breakfast was cold. I called the manager and my room was comped for my next stay. Our second visit, the room, was much better. However, when I got up at 5am to leave, I went downstairs. No one was at the front desk and I found a woman trapped outside. She had been out there for 30 mins in 25 degree weather because she was locked out of the building when she went out to smoke. None of the carts for my luggage could be found. I went to get a cup of coffee and it was horrible. Tasted like it was left over from the night before. Still no employees to be found. Maybe I expect too much.

All 5stars. Haven't been to this establishment for about ,5-10yrs. Having evening/morning buffet food is a plus. Indoor pool & hot tub is another plus. Staff is polite. 2stars because there was 1elevator in operation, but getting down utilizing stairs was also a good walk down

My husband and I were passing through Albuquerque and needed a place to stay last minute. I was able to call the morning of and reserve a stay for both of us and our dog. We liked that it was quiet, room was clean, and the parking lot is very well lit. ( which I loved for safety reasons) My only issue was that since we’re not from the area and we arrived in pretty late, around 9:30pm ish, we asked the check-in clerk what are the options in the area for places to eat. She said “I don’t know, I’m not from here.” If you work at a hotel it should be imperative to know recommendations in case asked. It truly makes all the difference to know the area, so even if you’re not from there, your training should have prepared you to at least pass along the information.

I should have looked at the reviews to see that they serve a complimentary dinner (with 3 drinks per adult). We wouldn't have stopped for food before checking in, lol. Breakfast was typical, but the staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and and the beds comfortable, which was most important for me. I will use this hotel again.

I was in town for training and was put at Drury. This has been a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. The rooms are spacious and modern. The only thing is the space of the door for the bathroom. It’s a little strange but everything else was great!

Drury Inns are one of my favorite pet friendly hotels because of the quality, and this hotel matched that expectation. The room was spotless and the staff were great! There was a misunderstanding with payment and the manager took off the $50 pet fee as apology. As a solo female traveler with all of my life in my car, I was worried about safety, particularly in Albuquerque. But I read good reviews of this place and am glad I stayed! I felt safe and the parking lot was well lit. I didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, but the room was very clean and comfortable.

Good view of the mountains pool was excellent and good location with restaurants walking distance. We loved our stay 10 out of 10 recommend and will 100%be returning! Happy to have finally found a good hotel in Albuquerque

Beautiful hotel that has easy access to I-25. Rooms were very clean. Large and clean lobby area. Parking lot was very well lit all the way around. Check in and check out we’re quick and painless. Front desk lady was very kind and had a great sense of humor. Hope to stay here again.

My family likes staying at Drury Inn because the rooms are clean, service is friendly, and for each night of your stay they provide a couple free drinks with free appetizer-type food that you can take to the pool where my kiddos enjoy swimming. They also provide a pretty good complimentary breakfast that includes hot foods. The only complaint I have about this one in particular is the lack of carts. I think there were only three carts for the entire hotel and they weren't being brought down to the lobby. I was here on business this time and it was frustrating that it took so long to get boxes of conference materials back down to my vehicle.

Not the best Drury and I stayed in, but definitely not the worst. Room was as clean as they get these days. The food and drinks at the happy hour were good. The bartender was very nice and all of the people working in the dining area for the happy hour and for breakfast in the morning we're also very very nice... My room was not ready when I arrived at 3:30. Had to wait half an hour

The staff & management was incredibly friendly and we could access whatever we needed 24/7. We stayed for 2 nights; our room was spacious and clean. The hotel atmosphere is cozy and the breakfast was very good! Inside pool was cute and the location was ideal. Keep up the great work!!

Awesome hotel! Free breakfast AND free evening "Kickback" which is really a dinner! Plus 3 free alcoholic beverages for adults! The night we stayed they had pulled pork and rolls/buns, baked potatoes, steamed veggies, salad, chicken noodle soup, nachos, hot dogs, fountain drinks, coffee. They have popcorn all evening as well. The man during dinner going around picking up plates was very nice and happy! He made it a great atmosphere. The front desk staff were very kind as well. Reasonable pet fee, too!

Wonderful experience! My brother & I arrived at 10 PM after traveling from California. The assistant general manager on duty was very kind and allowed my brother to store his dirt bike in their office. They also offered a military discount! The room was very clean and the bathroom shower had awesome water pressure! Their free breakfast offered many many different selections and was very delicious.

Drury has hospitality, amenities, and cleanliness like no other. I have never stayed at one that was anything less. I don't know how they find the nicest people, but they must take care of their employees. Very welcoming, accommodating, restful experience and at a reasonable price. I think that also attracts other friendly road weary travelers and their pets (or they become that way after 5 minutes of walking in the doors). Never change Drury.

Stayed here for my wedding and the service from the front desk team was awesome! They told me that the not only serve Breakfast but they serve dinner as well! With complimentary alcoholic drinks! The breakfast and dinners were absolutely fantastic and tasted great. The staff really does show they care here. The rooms were clean and didn't have any type of funky odors. The shower area was kind of small and a little weird but hey I get it. Overall we were very happy with this place.

This is the second time we stayed at this Drury. All the staff is super friendly and polite. Always helpful and proactive in service. The dinner and breakfast included are very good and the 2 cocktails after a day on the road welcome. 😉. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The bed was a little soft for me, but I think beds and pillows are difficult to please everyone. The price is very fair for the room and 2 meals. We’ll be back. Thank you

This hotel is like staying in a kennel. Dogs everywhere. Even in the dining room. They bark in the halls at 630 am. They bark at you in the elevator, the lobby, outside. They pee in the elevator. It is just disgusting. And it's a shame because the staff is good and the food is is good. But the animal smell is gross.

Great place to stay with wonderful amenities such as a little happy hour part of the evening for the adults, dinner, and breakfast. Room and bathroom was very clean, and the front desk was more than helpful when additional requests such as toothpaste was needed. Price of the stay was not at all overpriced too, and the 2 separate beds requested during booking was fulfilled. Thanks for a wonderful night rest!
