This property is clearly not up to Hilton standard. First night we arrive the concierge could not fire up some keys to our room. So he had to let us in with a master set. The room itself was fine but the kitchen was falling apart, the drawers not intact and the appliances not in good shape. Cable TV did not work for most of the stay. Bed was fair. We found out that the front door had issues too, so we had to get help to open the door. Also the swimming pool was out of order so they had to direct us to a sister property. We ended up finding a roach in our room and talked to the receptionist about it. The receptionist was curt and did not seem to care and did not offer us any compensation whatsoever. Only positive worth noting was the unique breakfast. The nail in the coffin was when the hot water stopped working, so a cold shower. Look at a different property because this one needs a lot of help. We ended up going to a better hotel for the rest of our stay...a motel.

The room was awesome. With the full suits of the kitchen to pots , pans , and utensils. Only noticed that the room itself was not level. The bed seemed totally unlevel. The staff was very helpful. Just don't be in the elevator when the power goes out.... 3 minutes of panic from the wife and 2 hours of I can't believe. Overall the suite was very homey . The pool was 6" short of water. Not a bad place. Check it out Peeps.

Great safe area, no issues at all, was impressed by clean and larger rooms, if you get the chance to try the bigger rooms they are worth it. Water is pretty solid on temperature, and never had in issue staying here. Check in is easy on the Hilton app. The cracker barrel next door even has a sidewalk from the hotel out the back. Might cost a little more but this place is absolutely worth every penny.

There was a pull out couch with a TV and a desk in the "living room", and a second TV in the bedroom area, which were separated by the kitchenette. It had a full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishes and cookware as well as a dishwasher. The staff was welcoming as was the lobby itself. There were board games, puzzles , coloring pages and crayons and a variety of refreshments 24/7. The breakfast was delicious every day with plenty of options to choose from. The pool was kid friendly (3ft-4.5ft). Overall it was a great place to stay. Safe neighborhood.

Repairs needed and Roaches. we inspected the room carefully upon entering. We look for signs of bugs and bed bugs. The room appeared clean. The room was nice, large and updated bathroom. We liked it except the door didn't latch without being pulled and it had a huge 3/4 inch gap where light can clearly be seen. In the morning we noticed a roach under the kitchen table. It was laying on its back trying to get upright. We killed it. We talked to the front desk who didn't seem surprised and said they could not offer us anything except requesting a spray. After explaining that we would not be staying any longer, they said all they can offer is extra Hilton points.

The staff was very nice but the room was terrible. There were cockroaches in the room and the toilet wouldn't stop running. I told management about the roaches and toilet and they sprayed for the roaches and asked if we wanted another room. We didn't move because they had just sprayed and if there's roaches in our room, there are roaches in other rooms. It made for a really gross stay. My main concern was bringing the little buggers home with me. My husband is a diamond member and we love Hilton hotels. This won't stop us from staying at them, just this one.

Love this hotel. Have been staying there more than 2 years on a regular basis. The employees are the nicest in all of Albuquerque! They greet me by my name every time I walk through the doors. The hotel is always immaculate. Breakfast every morning is excellent.

Worst Homewood Suites I have ever been. They put an ice-dispenser near the levator at each level, which makes lot of noise that can be heard in all nearby rooms. I travel extensively -- but have never encountered such noisy ice-dispensers. Front desk does not admit that even though noise is clearly at around 75dB level. For the price they charge it's a bad deal.

Love everything but the ungodly, copious amounts of chlorine in the water. I'm allergic so I can't touch the water directly. When I turn on any water, I'm assaulted by the chemical so badly I feel dizzy and want to throw up. My water filters don't help much it's so overwhelming. So it's a week of buying cheap bottled water to clean up n cook. Will not ever stay here again. I wonder how off the charts high the fluoridation is. Dear New Mexicans..more chemicals is not better. Upgrade your education from common core. It's not doing you any favors. The Marriott chain doesn't chem load their clients. I'm going back to the Residence in or Courtyard hotels next time. Hilton seems to no longer be a cut above. Too bad for the super employees who are stuck here in all these toxic chems being forced on them daily through water. Hilton, you can do better. Fluoride is a level 6 carcenogenic toxic waste. Chlorine in these amounts can be dangerous. You are lucky no one's died from it yet that we know of. Good luck.

$269 for one night! First thing I noticed when we walked in was 8 large stains on the carpet. I took pictures because I didn't want to be blamed for the major stains. Then my child opened up the hide-a-bed to get it ready to sleep on and there was large yellow stains on the mattress pad and mattress and LOADS of what I hoping was just crumbs and something that appeared to be a dried up worm!! I went to the front desk where the regular staff was rude, said they were booked up and couldn't move me to another room. AND to top it off that there was no housekeeping available. I asked to borrow a vacuum, and a new hire named Yadi completely diffused the situation and came and cleaned the room herself! Homewood Suites ought to be ashamed and need to give Yadi a raise!! Then for the absolute icing on the cake: THE POOL IS OUT OF ORDER!

Me and my family decided to stay here at Hilton Homewood suites and expected the same guest service we experienced the first time we stayed here earlier in the year. “That was definitely not the case” I will begin with the reservation I made online was easy enough, but the guest service was horrific.. I do stay at Hilton resorts with my family occasionally and most of the time the guest service along with the manner in which the rooms are kept are quite decent.. Although I must say… this stay starting from the moment I entered the building to show proof, I was a Hilton honors team member aswell as the person I was claiming to be?? :( Was an experience I would not like go thru ever again.. I want to also add, if it couldn’t get any worse!!! My wife’s debit card was charged twice for the same 1 night stay..??. Plus the front desk rep didn’t even have the guest service professionalism to relay that mistake to me or my wife at the time she double charged my wife’s card… luckily I am how I am and We looked at my wife’s card statement and seen the mistake..(double charge) Or else we would have never known, and it would have been more of a disaster to try and figure out her mistake.. I enjoy Hilton and the wonderful amenities they offer. I hope this is addressed.. Also my daughter checked in just a few hours after we did.. The reason we we decided to stay at Homewood suites is to support her thru her United states Army Corp drills and I would hate for her to be treated in the same manner we were.. Anyone for that matter… So please address.. Thank you

Posting to make other travelers aware - lock your vehicle and park near the front. Our vehicle was broken into overnight. The staff said they couldn't look at the cameras and would leave a note for the manager to do so. We never heard from anyone. The police said this sort of thing does happen frequently in the area. However, the hotel room itself was very nice.

Asked for a quiet room at check-in. The woman literally rolled her eyes and said that they hotel was pretty quiet. They she said she didn't know what I meant by a quiet room. Got to the room and getting into bed saw sheets so dirty it looked like a dog had walked on them after playing in the mud. Called front desk and they said they'd provide a clean sheet but we'd need to come get it. Got dressed and when to the desk where the eye-roller handed me a sheet. Got upstairs and unfolded the replacement sheet and found blood stains on it. Hilton is not paying attention t quality.

3rd stay at this location, and the service was exemplary. Jocelyn and Tamika made the check-in process quick and easy and were very pleasant during the entire stay. The room was quite comfortable and quiet. Occasional puppy dog meetings in the hallways, which is a huge bonus for me. Love to give scritches

We had to move to a hotel for a week due to an accident at home. We got two rooms. The staff was unbelievably empathetic and accommodating! One of the guys who worked there (his name was Tom) brought the kids hamburgers and hot dogs while they were at the pool. Soooo very thoughtful!! Our rooms were super clean, the beds were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen which was convenient for us. The breakfast was good! We'd get waffles and toast. Fresh fruit. The rooms were huge. With two separate areas for sleeping and living. Everything worked in both rooms. We were on the south side of the hotel, which had nothing behind it except an arroyo and an empty field. Which was nice for the quiet and privacy! The hotel was next door to the Cracker barrel! BONUS! We ate there several times. The exercise room was great! The laundry area was nice to have when we were there a week. The general manager and Tanika were exceptional! They just wanted to give us the best stay. And they did! Given the situation, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

This hotel is defiantly older, but newly remodeled. I didn’t care for the fact that the digital key only work on your room and not the pool, fitness center, or entry doors. I had to go to the front desk to get a key. The staff was friendly and helpful. As I diamond member who has stayed in lots of Hilton hotels. I am seeing a theme with the fitness center. Machines are broken down. I understand that there are other guest who abuse these machines and that breakdowns are going to happen. It has just been happening a lot. All in all, I give it a three stars.

Absolutely contemptible. I arrived here after a long day of travel, and when I checked into my room, I found the door open, the bed and room a complete mess. I informed the front desk, after which they placed me in a new room. The room was once again a mess. I pulled out the sofa bed to sleep on and found it full of crumbs, stains, and the sheets had been used. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get the linens changed by the staff. Overall, terrible experience and not somewhere I'd recommend resting your head after a long day.

This was my first time at a Hilton hotel. The room was nice and cozy. Very clean. I hope to stay again in the future. My son loved the fitness center.

Homewood Suites is the only place I prefer to stay when traveling. I love their large suites with full kitchen in them. This is the best hotel to stay in from my POV. Rack up your Hilton honor points and earn free nights! Thank you Hilton for such a great stay and service every time!

I spent nearly 200 nights in just this one hotel this year alone for work trip that lasted way longer then it should have. With that being said let's get to brass tacks. The staff were amazing Tomika and Mary are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to make sure I had everything I could need and were a wealth of information on local entertainment and food. The room was comfortable even though there were issues with crime in the area that's just how the city is. The breakfast was always good and Mariah was friendly as well to a lonely traveler. The house keeping staff were wonderful they cleaned without getting rid of my chaotic recipe organizer. They were able to quickly remedy the only issue I had when the ac went out by moving me to another room with no fuss. The ladies at the desk is the main reason I stayed even when I was given the option to upgrade to a better hotel by the company the level of personal service was unmatched.

We had a good stay. There are lots of good points and a couple issues that keep my rating at an average midpoint. The room was spacious. We had plenty of towels and amenities for a family of three. The fitness center was excellent especially for a hotel this size. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Parking is great for a very busy fully booked weekend. The climate control worked perfectly as well as the water pressure in the shower. There were two issues that stopped me from giving this place a five star rating. There was a very strong sour odor in the sitting area of the suite. Definitely something to be addressed. The work desk was so wobbly that it shifted with just a touch. It really needs to be replaced because it is going to collapse. The best thing here is the staff. We interacted with several but the GM Tracy and the front desk Tomika were particularly exceptional. I would stay again if the room smell and desk furniture are addressed

I am very happy with my stay and the accommodations at the hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and just want I needed. There was an “short” in the light in my work area in the kitchen but without a light being replaced there wasn’t a quick fix. I just didn’t use the light or outlet on the wall anymore. Only issue was a kitchen staff member didn’t show up one day ad there was only waffles as hot breakfast. First world problems I know. The other days all hot items were available.

Close to our concert venue at Sandia Casino. Excellent service at check-in. Gave us our Hilton Honors goodie bag. Gave us info. about local events happening for Labor Day weekend. Love the apartment style room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast.

Only spent a night here but the bed was comfortable, the pull-out bed in the sofa came in to use as well..I can see myself renting here for a week at a time. Has a Lil kitchenette with full size fridge, sink, range, & enough utensils to get by. I'm going to come back.

Easy to get to from the freeway, as well as get back onto the freeway. Rooms are large and accommodating, especially with pets. Full kitchen is great and the other facilities on-site look very nice (laundry, pool, exercise room).

Great Hotel with all the amenities needed for a relaxing Vacay. The suite had tons of space and it was pleasant and clean. Enjoyed the living area being separated from bedroom like a home away from home. Will stay again

Room was clean and larger than expected. A+. Parking was tight. There's not a lot of room for the multiple turns you have to make when leaving, especially when you are driving a dually truck. Lots of roaches in parking lot. Other than that, it was fine. Served its purpose after a 12 hrs day of driving.

Room was good, extra little kitchenette at Homewood Suites makes the entire experience nicer than most other hotels. However included breakfast was atrocious and evening social (food, drinks, etc.) basically no longer exists. Aside from the kitchenette, those were the aspects of Homewood Suites that really set it above the rest. Given such a let down of those services I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully other Homewoods still prioritize these amenities.
