Everything was great. We especially enjoyed the happy hour and stayed for dinner. The breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and the management pays attention to every detail.

We stayed in one of the cottage rooms and were very happy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with a selection of fruit, pastries, egg bites, cereal and more. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Terrible place that should be avoided at all costs. It is also way over priced for what you get. They advertise a shuttle service (which was one of the main reasons we chose it), but no sooner did we get there than they informed us that it ends at 6PM. Can't even get to dinner. The very unprofessional desk personal were responsible for the shuttle as well. They claimed that they only had one person on staff after 6 & the shuttle while advertised online as running until 10PM was "as available" only. I guess they plan on it being unavailable. They also claim online to cover a 3 mile radius yet my wife was informed that they would not pick us up from a location that was only 1.9 miles from the property. Totally unaccommodating staff & management. Breakfast was pretty bad also. A really bad collection of frozen items that were mostly cold. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

The place was pretty good, rooftop drinks are good but food is alright, no places to go out that are safe to walk keep in mind. My room had a sewage smell that would not go away only a couple hours after check in, maintenance (who was the most helpful) came twice to clear the drains until I gave up. Room directly below me had the same issue, though the rooms next to mine did not. Manager didn't care about any concerns, ignored multiple emails of the issue and did not make any accommodations which was difficult for me to enjoy the stay; lets hope you don't get room 309 (or 209)

The employees here take extra special care of guests to make certain every need is met. The entire property is very clean, with many comfy areas to relax both inside and out. Very unique building turned fabulous hotel with generously sized rooms and bathrooms. The decor is fresh and updated, the towels and linens are high quality, beds super comfortable, and the staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.

Very nice rooms, only con about them was not enough plug-ins to charge phones and other electronics. Staff was great with my dog (Treats and a toy). Very quiet and had a nice breakfast. Area was a little so-so. Walked my dog around the vicinity of the hotel, and some guy was whistling at me following me around it until I went in. Would stay again, but wouldn't leave as much at night.

The Hotel Parq Central is located in the east edge of downtown and the medical districts. Converted from an old hospital the renovation into a hotel is pretty amazing and it was a great place to spend the night as we went through Albuquerque. Our room was clean and modern,. The bed was comfortable and it had all the common amenities you might expect. The bathroom was large for the size of the room. The staff were efficient at check in. The parking is a little tight and I was hesitant to park in the driveway to unload, but it all worked out. There are a couple of great spots here for just relaxing. The courtyard off the first floor is beautiful and relaxing. You will quickly forget you are in the middle of the city. The roof top bar is a great place to escape for the evening to enjoy the sunset and see the lights of Albuquerque at night. We enjoyed our stay and glad that we tried something new and away from the major bends.

I've stayed here once and visited the rooftop bar a couple of times and haven't had a bad experience yet! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are adorable and comfy (albeit on the smaller side) and everything was nice and clean. The rooftop bar is awesome, especially at night, with sweeping city/mountain views and tasty drinks. We will definitely be back!

I researched hotels in the area for over a month prior to our trip. I wanted clean and safe! Went back and forth between here and a few others. So glad I went with Parq Central. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and this one exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were cleaned each day and the hotel bar was great with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Also, the free breakfast was simple, but great for a quick bite! The bathroom was a nice size with a big walk in shower. They will shuttle you anywhere within a 3 mile distance free of charge. 10 out of 10!!

Recently stayed overnight while attending a wedding reception. Staff were nice and the atmosphere was impeccable. They lacked beverage service for the wedding guests, I would have suggested more bar tenders to cover the wedding instead of the rooftop lounge.

Management is dismissive of concerns regarding bugs in room. Front off staff unwilling to check on room after reports of insects and unclean sheets. Rooms are esthetically pleasing. Rooftop bar was dirty. I’ve stayed three times and the third time will be my last. Good restaurants in the area but wouldn’t walk too far in the area at night towards the downtown area.

Stayed for one night recently. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel has such a cool history and you can tell they cared about both preserving the history but making it a nice modern experience. Fresh coffee in the hall in the morning was a nice touch, especially after I slipped out for an early morning run. Breakfast had a good variety and staff were working hard to keep everything clean/stocked.

Staff and hotel were very nice. However I was disappointed that our qoute complimentary room upgrade by the manager was not ideal. We had booked a king standard room. The upgrade got us two full beds and as far as I can the room was otherwise the same. Squeezing two adults in a full bed was sub optimal and for the Ole college days. Ended up having a lousy nights sleep prior to a long day of travel. Beds firm nit what we wanted ir booked.

The King bed was hard and lumpy. I woke up with back spasms, it made my back issues worse. The hotel in general is old. The outdoor hot tub seemed like it had a funny smell and the chemicals in the water made me itch. Breakfast was better than I expected. But overall a very underwhelming experience.

Our stay was restful. We had a few concerns. There were several moths in the room both nights, I discovered one smashed in the bathroom door…not sure how long it had been there. In addition, the AC was set and in the on position but the room seemed to stay at 70 throughout the night, on the warm side…for sure. The property is beautiful. There are no ice machines on the floors, they use freezer drawers and pre bag the ice. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it wasn’t worth the $200+ a night.

Nicely managed mid size hotel on main road. Excellent housekeeping service - some of the best I can remember post-COVID lockdowns. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. OK get your own breakfast buffet service, a bit too much Hampton Inn v a full luxury hotel breakfast. Nice patio to eat outside if so inclined, or just to hang out in the morning or afternoon. Really nice rooftop bar with excellent alcohol and food (tapas) choices. Rooms not especially big, but nicely appointed and with well-arranged bathrooms. You likely will get an ADA-compliant bathroom - this used to be a hospital and the bathrooms seem to have partially carried over. Great value for money.

I stayed here with my mother recently and we actually had a pleasant time. The beds were a little stiff but overall everyone was kind and the grounds were pretty. Our issue came after when I saw that my card had been charged for more than my reservation. When we arrived I found that I had a room with one king bed instead of two double. I guess I had made a mistake when making the reservation - no biggie - I called the front desk and asked about it. They said the change would be an upgrade. I declined. They told me no problem there is another room with two beds that are the same charge. I accepted that room (same size) and we were given kindly given new keys (didn’t sign any paperwork outside of our original check-in paperwork). The manager Bree was on the phone so someone else helped us. My credit card statement shows a charge for an upgraded room so I call the hotel and talk to Bree. She is immediately defensive and won’t let me talk. She told me we consented to the upgrade and has no interest in conversation and basically is calling me a liar. I was not trying to get one over on the hotel. The charge wasn’t that much more. It was just more than my original reservation was. The phone call completely fell apart and left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole trip (which again, was pleasant!). The hotel has no interest fixing this very minor issue and I have no interest in coming here again. I know Bree doesn’t care but I’m sharing just in case other folks find themselves in a similar situation or need to switch rooms/change accommodations. The management is not up for remedying problems so just be mindful.

A beautiful stay! It was quiet and the staff was amazing! I really appreciated the kind words from the breakfast staff. I would come back any time. My only complaint is that my shower drain did not work. I could take maybe five minutes shower before the basin was on the edge of overflowing. The windows were placed a bit strangely directly in front of the toilet and the clear glass shower but I recognize it is a historic building! Again I would absolutely recommend it!

Apothecary was definitely fun for date night drinks. While the house drinks were unique and fun, I, personally, was not much of a fan. Great atmosphere and amazing scenery. Staff were incredibly friendly and personable, but seemed stretched too thin once all the tables were full.

So fun and very nice! It's not haunted, but it would be cool if it was. Had so much fun here. Everyone is so approachable and friendly, from security to cleaning crew. Unfortunately that didn't carry on out of the hotel cause there were tons of looney people in Central ABQ! Had 3 1 night stands before my GF got there and all complimented that the room was AWESOME!

Hotel Central Parq treats its kitchen staff horribly. Not to mention the area where they make all your food is disgustingly unsanitary. The staff that hasn’t been run off by their horrible food&beverage director doesn’t have an understanding on how to cook chicken to safe temps so you’ll probably get food poisoning. The bartenders are wonderful and make the experience salvage-able. If you care how local businesses treat their staff: you shouldn’t support this business.

The hotel is nice the staff are very friendly and the rooftop bar is awesome. This only issue I had was housekeeping coming at 8am when we were still getting up and they never came back and they never replace the bottles of water I had to call down to get them.

Historical converted hospital. Small but well appointed rooms. Great rooftop bar on site with nice cocktails and small plates menu. Cozy lounge areas off lobby. Decent breakfast and parking included in rate. Friendly efficient staff.

Visited the upstairs patio for a birthday. First, they wouldn't take reservations. Then they chastised us for having people in two different tables even though we didn't good in just one. Was visited by waitress only three times over 2 hours. After ordering $500 worth of food and drink, they charged us $25 cash for bringing in outside cupcakes for birthday. Cheats. Charged 25% for gratuity for terrible service. I really wish this place wasn't lame.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, great roof top bar. Really enjoyed our stay. Locals were curious about whether we saw ghosts and we definitely did not. Historic building with a great restoration and style.

So i chose this hotel because it's rated well is Albuquerque AND it has food and drink available in the hotel so I don't have to leave. I called the morning of and asked if the food/ drink lounge was indeed open and i was assured it was. Upon arrival I was told it closed for the evening. I sadly now have to find food/drinks and there's nothing in waking distance really. I get up to my room and the entire 2nd floor smells like an appliance was burning. You know that yuck smell. Lastly i get to my room and I'm in a nook that allows me to see into others rooms and they can see into mine. I was in a triangle area, I sleep with my window open so this was an issue. Side note: there was no bath! Boo. This place was not cheap and really disappointed sadly. I get things happen but really everything about this stay was disappointing. Plus: the robes are nice. 🤷🏽‍♀️

We love this hotel! Every time we come through ABQ we stay here on our way to Taos. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There are even cozy robes ready for you after the shower. They have a great rooftop bar and restaurant where you can get imaginative cocktails (seriously some of the most interesting ones I’ve had!) and some nice bites with a view of the city. Breakfast in the morning with good coffee too! Highly recommend!

The hotel is a part of the Albuquerque history, previously the Santa Fe Hospital. Beautifully preserved. Excellent breakfast cuisine (pastries and all.) One of the first hotels in a long time that makes your room while you are away. One minor issue: the room didn't have a coffee pot: you'll have to get to the ground floor to get hot water.

Quaint hotel right on Route 66! Rooftop bar is great with stellar views. Rooms are cozy and for the most part the grounds are quiet. Frittatas served for breakfast and elegant. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the hospitality

I absolutely love this boutique hotel and stay there whenever I have a Popejoy event. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are immaculate and bed so comfortable. I love the robes in the bathroom. The grounds are beautiful with hidden books for reading or conversation. The Apothecary Rooftop Bar has great views of the City, fantastic drinks and “tapas” menus. Breakfast is great and in a beautiful room.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. They embraced the history and tastefully incorporated into the decor. Excellent location and safety was not an issue. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooftop bar was awesome. Great happy hour drinks and food. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here on business and the hotel was clean, staff was welcoming and we really liked the Apothecary rooftop bar! However, this hotel is extremely haunted and we didn’t know this until after our first night. I didn’t see this prior to booking the stay and the staff didn’t mention it in check in. If you do a quick google search on the hotel, you’ll find the extensive history. We definitely felt a presence in our two rooms and didn’t sleep much so we wound up changing hotels.

The restoration of this place from a hospital to a hotel is interesting. The rooms were set up very nice and contemporary style. The service was great but the continental breakfast served was unusual. The hotel did not have a pool onky hot tub and the rooftop lounge had a great atmosphere and awesome views. The hotel location downtown was good in proximity for business but overall the area seems rundown with many homeless nearby and closed restaurants. The best part was the paranormal experience, if you like a little spooky stay here!
