This is probably one of the nicest-looking Target stores in all of Albuquerque. It has a nice store design and is very well stocked. The downside is that it is extremely busy no matter what time of day you go. If you're not into crowds I'd stay away from this one. However, the busy aspect of it is also part of it's charm. The snack bar and Starbucks located on the inside are large and very conducive to hanging out. The parking structure is clean and well lit and well-paved. The Customer Service is very good. The Staff is very much on-the-ball.

We have found the store to be vastly out of stock and the shelves messy. Team members had carts and tubs all over the aisles and you really couldn’t shop. This has happened more than once to say the least. The Starbucks team member was very nice to guests and efficient at his job, I felt he stood out from the experience and deserved some requisition.

We came to purchase several things and were only in the store for a few minutes. Everything in the store was nice and well kept , but the negative attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. Jessica / team leader or manager was especially negative. Unprovoked unprofessional attitude will not be tolerated

Constantly having their employees 🙄 drop my phone calls. 11 in one day. Crazzzy. Terrible and not very respectful staff. They transfer your calls over and over till someone drops the call. No respect. One employee laughed at the problem I was having with something I purchased there. Wasn't a kind laugh. It was embarrassing 😳 and honestly the worst store in Albuquerque.

I love shopping at target! They sell everything which makes it so easy to stop there for clothes, shoes, household supplies, baby items, health items and beauty items. My kids love walking up and down the aisles and just looking around. They always have great sales or deals with their app. All the staff are very helpful and cheerful and ask if you need assistance or just greet you.

There is more security workers than people who work for Target at this location. If you need any help, do not bother asking. If you need anything in a case, good luck trying to find anyone to open them. If you want to actually use a real person to check out with, good luck. This Target is the most infuriating location ever. Just don't come. And if you want to talk to a manger, they are only here at night. So really go to any location in ABQ if you want to actually get what you need. I feel sorry for the workers at this location. They have no support from management and it massively shows. This is a sinking ship, and management is watching it burn. This location cares more about the crime and less about its staff. This is not a flagship store, this is a hot mess.

Josh was very helpful at self checkout this afternoon! Although the line went almost all the way to the produce section, he was keeping everything moving quickly and provided wonderful customer service as we waited for our turn to check out. Thank you Josh!

One of my favorite target stores I've ever shopped at. It's very unique and modern how the building and park garage is set up. I thought the associates were very helpful and friendly. I was able to find some comfortable jackets for the cold mornings when we visited.

It’s a really pleasant change to see so many Items not made in China. This location is well stocked every time I visit. Staff are friendly, and knowledgeable.

The hours are pathetic. This location used to stay open until 11pm during the week, midnight on Fri/Sat might, and now they close at 9pm, with the store announcing that they are closing every 5min beginning at 8:15. Is anything in this town open past 8 or 9pm? Its a joke. These companies... Target, Wal-Mart, Lowe's & Home Depot all boomed during the pandemic, and were some of the only businesses deemed "essential retailers", and had business funneled to them , yet now cant stay open like an essential retailer would. Also, Target was enjoyable to shop at because it represented the opposite of Walmart, however they now have much of the inventory locked up, from razers to toothbrushes and face wash, and others. So rather than grabbing something quickly, youve got 3 angry customers standing and waiting for one employee to find the one with the key. This isn't just a target problem. This is an Albuquerque problem. Nothing is open in this town. Everything's got security locks, bars, or closed signs on it, or off the shelves because it will be stolen, or businesses with reduced hours and reduced operation levels because their employee's and customer's safety is at risk, or inventory might be stolen, or cant find workers, and ultimately probably isnt worth messing with as a business owner or corporation. Problem is that this post-covid economy and approach by residents and business leaders will persist as long as everyone allows it to, and gradually retailers, restaurants, movie theatres, recreational outlets, etc will simply shut down locations or pull out of market altogether.

Never had an issue with this place the multiple times I've shopped here. Staff are always friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking. Definitely a more interesting setup being two stories with escalators and elevators but it all works out. They usually have a decent stocked option of groceries and other sales goods.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE A 0 because that old lady at the self checkout named SUSIE is a stupid old lady all watching me cash out like I’m trying to steal? I felt incredibly uncomfortable cashing out she was watching us THE WHOLD TIME AND STILL STOPPED ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO WALK OUT QUESTIONING ME she should be fired she’s obviously too old to remember who’s buying what!

On 10/25/2021 MARVIN worked the self check out are his patience and courtesy was refreshing. So many selections here. I LOVE that I was able to find VEGAN KIMCHI and their Vegan selection is growing. Clean, spacious NO military discount here.

Josh is a horrific human being and is supposed to be helpful when customers have issues. Cancelling orders due to pure laziness isn’t acceptable. He did nothing about it and basically told me there’s nothing that could be done. Then deciding to harass me at self checkout and scream at me to have a good day is ridiculous. Clearly he shouldn’t be in the position he’s in and I will never come back to this store. I’ve never been treated so terribly in my life! Also I will be getting in touch with mike and letting him know what a horrible manager he has and that he might want to reconsider Josh’s position. Fat miserable slob for a manager probably isn’t the best choice.

Target was just good. I seems like they had all the Shelves full of product. It was very clean. Target is selling groceries now. They have a Starbucks in the store. I would go back there to shop again.

Target tends to be more expensive than Walmart, but the shopping experience is better. They have a great selection of women's clothing and bedding. The only complaint I have is that when a customer hits the button in the beauty department, it always takes a while for an associate to come help.

This target used to be really nice, now everything including the deodorant is locked up and it takes several minutes to have a worker come and get it out for me. I even saw the laundry detergent locked up, it's ridiculous. They only had three cashier's during the rush. Apparently they are "hiring" but seems they won't hire anyone. Would recommend the target on Coors instead.

I have always loved Target but this place is dirty and is not as well kept as it used to be. No customer service. We got Suszie on Isle 5 and she first stated to the customer in front saying, "people always see my hair color and think I can do alcohol" (her hair was grey) so she definitely loves her job. She takes an outstandingly long time with the customer in front. Never said hello or how are you. Told me that she couldn't lift the water to which I told her to call for assistance. Because she is going to have to call for alcohol clearance anyways. Sat there an additional 7 minutes waiting for assistance. What a joke. Number 1. Maybe take a lesson out of Walmarts book and put signs up for authorized alcohol cashiers. The people around us were amazing and the person who came to assist was very nice. But 1 star for the absolute mess of an experience we had to go through. Won't be going back.

IPS officers Ryan and Michael hooked my little puppers with breakfast today. There's so many options to choose from and I got myself the Colgate toothbrush I wanted all night for $1. Thank you so much for always having a friendly team.

It was absolutely hilarious to see a person stand there for a minute solid trying to figure out what to do about the fact that there were ZERO shopping carts in their usual spot 🤣. I know, it's horrible of me but it takes so little effort to ask. The look was priceless! Found Most of what I needed, REALLY happy with the bike rack I got for my Fiat! Not so happy about the COMPLETE lack of selection of bike pumps, decent selection of bicycle helmets though! I'll post a picture as soon as I remember to take one!

I love everything about Target! I do a lot of online shopping versus in-store for my necessities, and their app is so easy to use when browsing online and in-store items. I love knowing if an item is low in stock, or so low that it can only be picked up in-store. It's very easy to select backup items from a wide variety of choices, remove, edit, or add to my cart, and I've never had a bad experience when picking things up. Unlike the other big box stores, Target has it dialed in!

came into target a few weeks ago and i was struggling to find a few things on my errand list, a gentleman walked up to me, he can tell i was confused and he was willing to help me out and show me where some of my necessities were. I am a regular shopper there and i have never seen him before but i am glad workers like him can tell when customers need help, he was super respectful, helpful and you dont see that much now a days in retail. If you guys ever go back there hopefully you can encounter junior and his amazing customer service

The crime at this location is ridiculous. The staff was unfortunately having to waste their time following shoplifters and putting away items they were hiding to steal. Couldn’t find any available associates to help actual customers find items. Scanner price checks didn’t work every item we tried to scan said 49.99! Slim pickings on items. More security so staff can focus on their job stocking and helping customers.

Just went to this Target because I needed a new cell phone. No one was in the Electronics Department so I had to ask. The employee who came to assist was very calm and polite. The fellow female customers, not so much. The transaction was easy and I was happy with my purchase! Thanks guys for your help! The store was bright and clean with uniformed security down in the entrance lobby which is good. Keeps the crime down and store safe!

Target has the best online shopping and pickup experience by far. Every time is smooth and service is always on point. Surprised that other stores haven’t adopted this model of efficiency.
