Cute little coffee shop with really delicious lattes. The menu has a lot of unique drinks. The cashier and the barista guy were very friendly and nice ...the African American lady that was helping needs to pick up her game! Very rude and antsy, also when service pastries and working behind the counter you don't stick your hands down your shirt to fix your cleavage!!!

Five stars! You Absolutely have to stop here. I got the Turkish cafe and it was honestly prob the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to quite a few coffee shops. Highly recommend.

Nestled in the downtown of Albuquerque on a somewhat rough neighborhood is one of the better coffee shops you could go to. It appears the block is revitalizing as I think a brewery is going in next door. They do one thing and that's coffee, it's very good and they have several unique drinks but I have not seen on other menus. It's not a large space inside but you can sit and drink your coffee and I believe there is a outdoor seating in the summer.

I am visiting from out of state and came here two days in a row. The vibes are great — plenty of space indoor and out for working from home during the week. I love that they default to coffee ice cubes for their cold brew.

I had the Turkish latte and it was on point. Good latte art too. It's a little small and hot when the sun comes inside. What could be very nice on a winter day. I would come back for sure. The barista was quite courteous as well.

While kicking around downtown I bumped into Zendo. "I think I've heard of this place" I muttered to my friend. Having now had the good luck to enjoy Zendo, I expect to spend more time finding reasons to go there. The staff were exceptionally friendly, guiding patrons through different options and making suggestions when asked. The prices were very reasonable and the drinks themselves were magnificent. The atmosphere is very casual, light background noise and a bright communal area is friendly and inviting. They also have a shared, partially covered patio hidden away behind the storefront. Protected from street visibility it is shared with Sidetrack brewing nextdoor. This patio is a gem with ample storage and both fans and heaters above. This is truly a great coffee spot hidden away in a slightly odd, off downtown location. The parking is generally easy, depending on when you visit, but it is all street parking. They also sell a selection of pastries and burritos, I believe, but I cannot attest to them as I did not partake. Swing by, grab a cup of someone delicious, enjoy the patio and start thinking about your next trip in. I know I am.

I just said an unforgettable, dark roast espresso here! If you’re looking for that strong, dark bold hit – this is it! If you’re in the downtown Albuquerque area and you want a unique espresso experience, then definitely come to Zendo. Spacious inside and out. Five big stars.

I know they don't actually make the burritos, but they do put them on a griddle to prep them which adds a nice touch to a delicious item. I had an Aztec latte as well and loved it. The staff was friendly and the space is chill. If I wasn't leaving today, I would absolutely go back. I tried 4 different coffee shops while I was here and this was my favorite.

My friend and I visit Zendo every Saturday morning before we go to volunteer. We always get the drip coffee. He gets the darker roast and I stick with the light roast. In my opinion, Zendo has the best coffee in town by a mile. No other coffee shop even comes close. The staff is as friendly of a group of people as you will find. Just a super personable group of workers. Whoever is doing the hiring is getting it right. We love it so much that my friend and I often speak of how our visits to Zendo are one of the major highlights of our week, each week, and we both greatly look forward to each visit. Well done, Zendo!!

The Zia latte is so good. I loved the open and airy atmosphere inside as well as the shaded outdoor seating. Super cute and great vibes here.

Great downtown coffee shop. The mocha was delicious and wasn’t overpowered by the cocoa. Great indoor seating and vibe.

I stopped here by chance, looking for a good, local coffee shop. 1) This place is adorable, 2) the employees are fantastic, 3) they carry both Planty and The Forking Vegan items, and 4) they have great hours (for early birds like me)! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely come back!

Delightful spacious and delicious Cafe! We both loved the Turkish Cafes. The wonderful artwork adorning the walls and plenty of greenery make the space warm and inviting. There’s also plenty of seating inside and outside on a covered patio.

My partner and I are in town from Austin, and the coffee and pastries were outstanding. The service was excellent, and kind. When we’re back in town, we’ll be back.

Good drinks here but nothing exceptional. Burritos are good but not made in house. Great place to get work done and vibes are a 10/10. Staff was super nice and the atmosphere was chill.

Excellent coffee and I had a nice surprise. I usually drink medium dark to dark roasts and my first cup was delicious. I decided to try the Ethiopian light roast for my second cup and it's delicious. A fruity taste that I didn't think I'd enjoy, but loved instead.

I really enjoy going to Zendo. This coffee house is like no other in Albuqurque. Zendo has a great selection of coffees, teas, espressos and lattes made with their locally roasted coffee. They also make some unique iced drinks. Among my favorites, the sparkling lavender ginger lemonade. So refreshing slightly peppery sweet, top this off with a hit of lavender and you have magic. It’s heavenly for my taste buds. They also carry a nice selection of fresh baked goods from Witching Flour a local bakery. Kudos for supporting other local businesses. Zendo has amazing amazing natural light from their huge skylights, which creates a calming and relaxing state of mind. The staff is friendly and professional, who can ask for anything more. A bit of goodness in all they do.

Astringent espresso that overshadows any subtleties, overheated milk in cortados that overpowers the palate before even reaching the espresso. The espresso machine definitely needs daily calibration along with the technique among the staff. If you’re experienced with WBC coffees or tasted melbournian/ taiwanese/ japanese coffees, this place does not hold up. The space is really chic and nice though.

Zendo was our go-to spot on our recent trip to Albuquerque while photographing a destination wedding weekend! We came twice a day for four days because it was SO GOOOOOOD! I’m very particular about my coffee so to find a spot that I loved so much to not try any other coffees in the area is a big deal. I’ll be back every time we come to town

If I was living in ABQ, I would be in this place everyday! Such a cool place, nice and relax vibe, welcoming to everyone, and great coffee.

Awesome place, great set up. Great place for quick coffee run, and great environment to sit down and enjoy your coffee. There espresso is great they have enough drinks to change up and not get bored or the classics for the people that enjoy there lattes. All the workers are always friendly and helpful when having questions, they know all the regulars by name. Cant say enough good things about all of them. They have a food menu, and pastries from the local shop BLUE DOOR PATISSERIE. Can go wrong with any of the pastries from them. Overall its my favorite coffee shop in Albuquerque because of the over all experience. Great coffee counts alot but you have to have great customer service to really make a positive impact on your customers.

The specialty drinks here are extremely unique and memorable. So far I've had the Turkish Latte and the Aztec Latte with oat milk, both phenomenal. The cayenne pepper in the Aztec Latte had some heat to it, which I loved! The sky lights, art, and plant displays let us know we've found a truly local coffee house. Winning!

We stopped here to visit with a friend on our way through town. Managed to find parking right out front, the area is cool. The coffee shop is hip, attractive. The place was busy, the staff were very nice, and the coffee was good. The matcha drink my husband had was also very good. They have several kinds of coffee beans for sale that they roast, but my one complaint is that there was no flavor profile to be found for any of them. I asked the employees for a list because I wanted to purchase them, but they didn't have one, and profiles aren't listed on their website either! The woman I asked said she could find out but it was really busy and I didn't want to make folks wait. Coffee is one of my favorite things in life, but I want to know what it tastes like before I buy it as I am picky. They lost a sale, so I hope they get it together and make a flavor profile list available for their coffee beans.

We took the time to get off the road to visit this place because of their wonderful reviews. So I would like to add to that. The drinks specifically the tea lattes were delicious and invigorating. I was able to drive for another 6 hours and I wasn't keyed up or anxious. The food, the pastries they obtained from local vendors, was amazing as well. Fresh, not too sweet yet just enough, and portions were perfect. It's a little crowded because the locals understand what a treasure they have. However every single one of them to a person was kind and offered places to sit. Definitely a return on the next way through town!

I love the atmosphere here, it's such an enjoyable place, beautiful artwork, beautiful furniture, and their back patio area is so wonderful to sit in with more great art, tables and benches. It's well covered for the hotter months too. Their coffee and pastries are great, my biggest, and possibly only gripe is I wish they had larger drink sizes. It's really just the one size on their lattes, and while they are very tasty, I just always want more, but they're not cheap. Anyway, highly recommend checking this place out.

Pleasant atmosphere, quick service, knowledgeable staff, and tasty drinks. I had the Turkish latte, which was great. The everything bagel left a bit to be desired, but this place was overall a good breakfast choice. The burrito and pastries were worth it. We’ll come back again. There’s a brewery in the same courtyard; we want to check that out soon.

Superior coffee with surprisingly good prices. Also their pastries are wonderful. The seating inside is interesting with lots of large benches but the atmosphere is super chill and relaxed. The outdoor seating is very spacious and well covered. Lots of fun art all round inside and great staff!

Only 11 months later and I'm treated like I'm going to steal something yay! If you're coming to ABQ WELCOME! Omg you're going to love it here! Pretentious 7 dollar coffee! Remember to wear as much Thrifted clothing you can so you can "blend in" and feel good about how "you're not like the other colonizers" lol Thanks for making me feel like I was an intrusion in my own home! Lol these baristas literally moved items away from the bar from me thinking I was going to steal lol I was trying to read the menu. never coming back here.
