Terrible service. They close at 2pm for being understaffed and when you walk in all the employees are just standing around looking indignant that you expect them to do their jobs. They had no basic donuts (seriously KK is known for their glazed donuts and they had zero made) so I had to get mini donuts. The guy who was checking me out had no idea how to check out a dozen minis, the next guy who came to help him didn’t either and they ended up charging me almost $20 for a dozen mini donuts. That’s more than a dozen regular glazed. Absolutely absurd, will not be going back to this location.

Came here last week, first time for me & it was great. Donuts were delicious, got the 6 count. 2 Blueberry donuts, 2 cherry filled, 1 original glazed, 1 caramel glazed donut. Great service as well polite & attentive.

Hard and stale. Also... not surprising... they don't even make the donuts there. They are brought in. If I judge by taste.... probably from the Atlanta GA home store. This is the only donut I will eat and I guess I'll wait till I go back to Atlanta and get a fresh one.

We were here at the AIBF and received a coupon for a dozen free glazed. Did not understand that we had to buy a dozen to get the free – but that was fine. Good service at the store. Nice and clean.

A few months ago I got a dozen donuts for my work early in the morning and the lady that helped me was amazing I didnt catch a name but she was very friendly and made me laugh starting my day off right. My thanks Goes out to her and her amazing personality I will definitely be returning to this location.

Thought I would stop by to get my kids some donuts but, I entered the facility I was not even greeted with a hello or hi nothing at all. Not that it is a big deal it was just not very pleasant going in. The lady that helped me was super rude I came on 8/6/2023 she definitely needs to be properly trained on how to customer service,it was horrible! I will not be stopping in this location ever again I would rather make a longer trip to at least be acknowledged with at least a smile.

Gerardo was very nice and helpful. The other lady working there was parked in a handicapped spot, sitting in her vehicle with the door open smoking right by the entrance. Yuck! Then she came in to help with the rush and didn't even wash her hands. She just put her gloves on. It was very disconcerting.

They don’t have hot donuts they are known for because they’re not set up for making donuts there. The donuts were hard and stale at 8am. Customer service was nice and clean store Might as well go get grocery store donuts

Purchased 1/2 dozen on July 11 at about 7:00 PM at this store ((I-40 and Coors NW). The doughnuts tasted like day old, not fresh at all. I'm not sure why this was the case. Maybe it's best to buy them in the morning, or take a risk of getting leftovers. I assumed that these doughnuts would be made fresh all day long. Selling doughnuts that are not fresh is not a good practice, at least from the consumer standpoint. Won't be wasting my money at this store anymore.

The staff is excellent! The donuts are not! Dry, stale, hard... Gross! I can't believe they have the nerve to charge $19 for this garbage! If it wasn't so far from my house, I'd return them and get a refund!

Worker was great. He was patient and helpful. However, we bought an assortment of doughnuts and they were ALL varying degrees of old and stale. Most were probably over 24 hours old. We didn't even finish them. Also have to have a key to go to the restroom like some dilapidated gas station. Overall we were very disappointed as these doughnuts were not all all what we typically get at a Krispy Kreme and we drove out of our way to go here.

Wanted a krisy creme so bad. But went in waited in line watching the two short staffed over worked employess doing their best to get donuts to all. But unfortunately after having too much time to watch how they grabbed the donuts with dirty gloves, asked if they would transfer my donuts with a tong. The women said "no I can't because that tong is only used for people with allergies." So I asked if they had another set to use, nope did not. She had removed her gloves and was very sweaty rubbing her face with her ungloved hands but holding her "new" glove in her hands she had been rubbing her very sweaty face with. I explained my problem with her gloves how they were now dirty. Just couldn't get myself to buy those donuts grabbed by her dirty gloves....too bad still craving those:/

The service was good, and the donuts were fresh. I had a cup of coffee, and signed up for the app. Received 2 dollars off.

*Grubhub Order* This was a Grubhub order. With ordering from Krispy Kreme the Grubhub app only lets you order 3 of a specific kind at a time. So I called ahead to order what I wanted specifically. The young lady that answered me was professional and courteous. She took my order without hesitation and got it perfect. Through the Grubhub app with tip it came out to $31. The receipt specified that the total order was $15.91 from Krispy Kreme. This is the price of convenience, I am not complaining, just showing what the difference is between pick up and delivery. The box came with stickers to secure it from opening, which is a great idea. Krispy Kreme and the delivery today get 5 starts from me. I recommend calling ahead to the Krispy Kreme you are ordering from to make sure that they have what you want. Good job.

What a nice photo of a festive holiday donut! From Walmart. That's right; this photo shows an oreo cookie donut and a Christmas tree donut purchased for 58 cents a piece at Walmart after a terrible Christmas Eve experience at Krispy Kreme. Received a coupon advertising holiday donuts with a $6.99 ANY DOZEN coupon valid for Christmas Eve. Took my children to go get donuts for breakfast. They picked out some creepy looking Santa and reindeer donuts but when I handed the cashier my coupon I was informed Any Dozen didn't include any of the holiday donuts. My daughter burst into tears and we left. We use to be frequent customers at this location. Over a year ago they started trying to charge extra for special donuts but then stopped because it was a poor business model when they already overcharge. We got donuts for Halloween and Thanksgiving without being charged extra for themed donuts. Apparently scrooge took over Krispy Kreme just in time for Christmas. If you are treating your kids to holiday donuts, may I recommend the 58 cent Christmas tree from Walmart. It is less creepy looking, decent quality, and fairly priced.

I don't even know why you guys are open if all you had was original glazed. I asked if they'd have any other donuts made and the young man said, "we're just sold out" okay cool. 3 of us came and we ordered but before we could even say anything he cuts me off like is that all for you. My man, you think 3 of us came for one donut. Poor customer service and poor variety of donuts.

Purchased a couple donuts at 2:30 on Sunday they were dry hard and just not good? Also the cases had different donuts then what was listed? Have you changed something? I normally love the donuts.

Ordered 2 boxes of custom donuts for pickup. I did not check them thinking they would be correct. The order was missing certain donuts and on the recipe it had the correct ones. The ones we did receive made my family and I super sick. They were super sweet and made your stomach feel uneasy. We all became nauseous and then decided to just throw them away. What a waste of 40 something dollars. Will not order from here anymore.

Gosh, but this chain has gone downhill. Very expensive and, aside from plain original, quite disappointing. The two specialty donuts, $2.99 each, were dry and crumbly. Because they were bagged individually, the frosting was on the bag, not the donut. Sad.

I been here 3 times in the last month. So sad, in the mornings they give you the day old doughnuts from yesterday. Not the fresh ones. Crunchy and not good at all. I also got extremely sick after I had a chocolate milk. This is when they were doing a special, if you but a drink get a doughnut free. Not sure what happened. I will not be back to this Krispy Kreme.
