Came here while in town instead of going to a usual coffee spot. Definitely impressed with the service and vibe. Presentation on the chai was great

A couple of friends and I stopped by Little Bear back on July 4th and I'm just now getting a chance to review. It was the first visit for all three of us and Little Bear didn't disappoint. What a nice place with a quite chill ambiance. The decor was lovely, staff both friendly and accommodating and the coffee and espresso drinks were terrific. The three of us enjoyed our time spent there hanging out and chatting. We will visit again soon.

In my opinion, this is the best coffee spot in town! Amazing for working and/or chatting with your loved ones. In addition, Little Bear Coffee has top notch staff, who are so friendly and will go out of their way to learn your name if you go multiple times. Truly a gem of Albuquerque.

Matcha latte wasnt too bitter or too sweet. Loved all the plants inside. Just wish they had more comfortable chairs.

I came here this morning and I love it! The ambiance and decor are great, with lots of natural lighting and plants. It’s super adorable and the customer service was good. As for the food, the coffee is okay. It’s nothing special in my opinion but the real star of the show is the donuts. Warning: don’t come here thinking that you’ll only buy coffee because once you see the donuts you won’t be able to resist buying them. They’re the prettiest, most delicious homemade donuts and are definitely in my top 3. Just note that they only sell donuts!!

Sweet gem nestled by a main road and at the beginning of a residential neighborhood. Staff is personable. Espresso shots very good. Milk steamed very well. Pastries are good as well. Last time I tried their cold brew, it was, in my opinion a little too "citric" for my taste. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops. Inside seating is nice. Recent upgraded outdoor seating is a huge plus.

Always the best experience coming into this coffee shop. Starting as a little quaint and simple business, I’ve seen it evolve and become more popular. You could say this “Little Bear” is growing up. It opened up a second location downtown, which is a lot bigger. I’d describe the second place having more of an industrial vibe, it’s much bigger and a really nice open space to study or get work done. The original location, however has more cozy and has more character. It is my personal preference since it is closer to where I live and the atmosphere is great for winding down to read or catch up with a friend. However I’ve studied in both locations with success. I absolutely love this coffee shop. It has been my all time favorite in Albuquerque. I have great memories here, enjoying some coffee and a pastry, or studying with a friend. The staff are always so nice and the overall atmosphere is worth the visit. The coffee itself is very smooth and delicious. If you prefer tea, they also have a great selection of exciting flavors as well. I highly recommended visiting Little Bear. It’s one of a kind. 🧸

Very nice atmosphere, warm welcome and service. We had golden milk, Americano and a vegan apple cake. There are multiple areas to hang out with your laptop, a bar and outdoor seating. Bathrooms were spotless.

Found this cute little gem by just google searching local coffee near me, and it’s less than 5 min from my work. Was happily surprised to see how busy Little Bear was on a Wednesday morning (around 9am). Had amazing service! Quick and efficient. I ordered a Little Bear Latte with vanilla, and grabbed a cute table. My coffee came out quick and tasted amazing! Adding this local spot to my list of go-tos!

Sure do love this place. They have been doing some renovations and it is coming along! The staff is so kind, good tunes, great vibes! Great place to meet and catch up with someone, and sublime plant gazing. Im personally not a coffee drinker but they have GREAT tea selections available hot or iced. My only comments for studying: bring charged devices or plan to look for a plug before sitting down(not sure if more plugs are coming) and the general seats are not the most comfortable, so either plan to beline it for the couch /comfy chair in the back OR bring something soft to sit on if you are a “get in the grove and crank it out” kind of worker.

Cute place with wonderful coffee. A skelton of a menu was actually appreciated. I had an Americano and my Grandsons had hot chocolate with cookies and cream donuts. They sound super sweet but they weren't! They were wonderful without the sugar overload. Anyway they were probably too busy for the amount of staff or I would give them 5 stars. Super neat place!

This place is really nice! The staff are wonderful! I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I ordered the chai latte. It was delicious. They also have great vegan dessert options. The atmosphere is great too.

Nice “local”; great capuccino. Totally unpretentious vibe. With good indoor and outdoor seating, although, they could use more.

I have been coming to Little Bear for years. This is my favorite location, since it’s close to my house. The coffee is consistently awesome! My almond milk latte is always the perfect temperature and tastes excellent. The employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Always clean too.

The most delicious cappuccino I’ve ever had! Cakes were delicious too and they had a lot of gluten free options in the cakes/pastries. They are in a glass case shared with other pastries, placed on plates to separate. Dog friendly.

I so wanted to have this be an amazing review. But I just can't do that. I went in, and their menu was very limited, and the coffee was very small in size. They did have some very interesting knicknacks. And I did enjoy looking at those. I even bought a small cactus. The atmosphere though beautiful and inviting, felt like if you got more than 15 people in there, it would turn very loud and overwhelming It just honestly wasn't what I was hoping for they also, as many places do, they give you a station so does you can add your cream and sugar. However, I equat that with a large chain instead of a mom and pop coffee shop. Please understand that I am not comparing to this or Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I'm comparing this to other local places that may or may not still be in business

My husband and I love this place. We come here to study, and while it is busy and bustling and noisy, it's a lovely environment. The dining area is well-lit with plenty of natural lighting from the wall height windows and doors surrounding the space. Light-colored wood tabletops and benches, potted plants in room corners or on shelves, all mixed with industrial metal and concrete elements make it thoroughly stylish. Oh, and the coffee and tea is wonderful. I hope they make all the money and stay open forever. 🩷

My wife and I recently happened upon Little Bear (Uptown) while passing through Albuquerque and were utterly delighted to find a coffee house so clearly dedicated to world-class espressos and equally impressive staff. Isaiah and Guillermo were upbeat, welcoming, and clearly coffee-knowledgeable (with helpful advice on great shops in Denver where we live). The day we visited, Isaiah poured two superb cappuccinos. If we pass through Albuquerque again we'll be sure to swing by Little Bear for more of the same. Meanwhile, many thanks & keep doing what you're doing!

Cappuccino was fabulous. Really artisanal tasting! Service with a seductive smile? Yes, please, we’ll take two! 🙂 9/10.

The matcha latte was so yummy! Most matcha I've had, you can't taste the actual matcha, but this was absolutely delightful! The staff was very kind. It was busy when I went, but the have sufficient indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely be going back! :)

Delicious! In town from out of state visiting family, and saw this place online. We got a drip coffee, iced latte, and a strawberry rhubarb Danish to share, and everything was really high quality. Comfortable seating outside. May be back tomorrow to try their aeropress. Highly recommend!

Pros: Easy to find, cute atmosphere, great workers. The have a little galloon of water where you can enjoy a glass of water. Cons: Not enough seating or places to go while waiting for drink. I would come back for the atmosphere and to try more coffee, but I might be uncomfortable. This place is GOOD, it’s just outgrown its little home. It’s a bit cramped and people are just standing around holding up the walls while waiting for coffee.. or if there’s no space on the walls the go inwards. Also, as an out-of-towner visiting, I was pretty sad to see a small tiny bag of coffee be priced at $21 bucks!! I value my money and where I spend it, so that was a no go for me. I wish I knew more about the history of this place so the price would be justified. There was only 2 employees working, so I hope they’re getting paid good if small bags of coffee (that makes who knows how many cups) are costing $21 bucks!! Also, I went at like 8 am on a Saturday morning so this review may just reflect that time of day, it may be perfect later on or throughout the week.

Spectacular latte here. I got the regular latte with whole milk. It was pretty much perfect. My friends had the LB latte as well as a pour over and everyone was happy with their drinks. The ambiance is very nice. The employees were nice. A couple people had breakfast burritos and enjoyed them while one person had a doughnut and promptly inhaled it so it must have been good. It’s nice to see a local coffee shop with such great coffee and food here.

Truly one of my favorites in the ABQ area. Always great tasting coffee. In my opinion one of the places you want to go if you actually like coffee. Not just sugar loaded nonsense. Grabbing a bag of coffee to go is always a solid choice as well.

One of the absolute cutest coffee places I’ve been to since moving here! Quiet, roomy enough where you aren’t sitting on top of each other if you decide to stay. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well. Oh! And my iced latte was delicious! Very smooth. Will be back soon :)
