Horrible customer service. The front desk person is causing this company to lose so much money. Instead of watching customers that are dissatisfied or ignored in the front to purchase product, that person should be getting orders and making profit for their business. After spending so much of my own money I will no longer give this business my purchases and will share my experiences with others as well.

Some of the best pan dulce in the city. Solid menudo on the weekends too.

The menudo was good . The service was not, the server seemed annoyed that we'd ask for anything. There were two guys in the parking lot "watching the cars and washing windows". Signaling each other every time someone would walk out. Anyway I suggest you order your food and leave asap.

They are an authentic Mexican bakery, therefore their backed goods and pastries are a bit different in texture from what you get in Smiths or Dunking Donut. But they are delicious. All donuts and simular pastries are 75 cents. They keep restocking the donuts throughout the morning. They have excellent sandwich rolls and fresh, home made flour tortillas that are wonderful. They have a slight service fee if you use a credit or debit card to pay, but that isn't an issue with me. Be advised that you might have a bit of a communication problem if you don't speak Spanish, but the people who work there are very nice. There is a strict mask rule enforced.

Great Menudo and bread. I went on a Saturday so it was busy. It was worth the wait. Helping our local businesses.

Customer Service was terrible this coming from someone who frequents small business bakeries. The Bolio came out really cold and tasted like cardboard. But the actual pasteries were not all bad. Their Apple and bannana frosted cake tasted decent but even so I would not return.
