(Downtown location) My coworkers wanted to eat here, but we decided to order online pickup because they close at 2pm. We all ordered online with a 2 dollar service fee. I ordered a beef patty melt with caesar salad and an order of fries. My total came to just over 20 dollars after tax, but I was splurging because I can't afford to eat out much. We arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time and had to wait another 10 minutes or so for our food (which they packed up all together). I should have made sure it was all there, but we were hungry and eager to get back to the office. The wrong names were on the boxes we ordered, but after sorting it out, we were missing a 4 dollar order of fries. I called to see if I could come pick them up and said I could come get them or get a credit toward our next visit. I decided to go get the fries. Shortly after the call, they called me back, explaining that both orders of fries were in the same takeout box even though we placed our orders separately online. 8 dollars for a small box of fries is hard to believe. Don't get Caesar dressing... it tastes like fish paste.. overall, the salad was inedible, the patty melt was okay, and the fries portions are extremely small if they were telling us the truth and definitely not worth 8 dollars for two orders. I really wanted to like this place because it was close to work, but I don't recommend spending your money here.

I have Always had great meals here. The sandwiches are always good. My go-to is the Big Apple with the Waldorf salad on the side. They have a great patio shaded and great service. Your cup is always full with water and the owner always comes out and talks to you and asks if your food is good and to see if you need anything else. Plus there's Always cookies at the register.

Ordered a BLT bacon was rock hard. Waitress forgot my drink. Place looks dingy and ugly. Saw manager berate his employees. Don’t give this place your money!

I always love the food here it’s one of my favorite Sandwich places ever! Buuuutttt during the pandemic we have not been able to visit any longer. We finally Decided to order takeout and when we went to pickup we were really disappointed because there was a blonde woman who helped us (not sure if she is the owner) but she was constantly coughing and although she was wearing a masks I did not feel like it was safe to eat the food due to my worry of it being potentially contaminated.. I know this sounds petty but having a newborn at home I could not take any risks.. she sounded very ill and should have stayed home instead of serving people food while sick in the middle of a pandemic.. I look forward to visiting once the pandemic is over but in the meantime will stay away

We are huge fans of this restaurant. We frequent the NE heights location and have never ever had a bad experience. We decided to try this location after a zoo day. I went to the bathroom and while back there was a worker there cussing and yelling at someone . I have two small you f kiddos with me. There was a workers family there allowing their kids to run around. The food was not the same . The green chili soup was very watered down and had no chili in it. We left before 2:30 closing time according to the online hours and they turned the sign off and turned away a couple wanting to come in . I won’t come here again.

I love this place - we are here often when we work this side of town. Everything I've had here has been wonderful and I've probably had most the menu lol I do take out mostly but it's nice to sit in if you can.

I had the Rio Grande coffee, the Chelsea sandwich, and the waldorf salad. It was all really good. The sandwich had green chili and avocado and was delicious. They have a lot of sandwiches to choose from as well as other options. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are really warm and helpful.

I'd been wanting to eat here for a long time and was not disappointed. Relaxed atmosphere and quality friendly service. The Chelsea: grilled turkey and provolone with green Chile and avocado on sourdough w/ today's soup (mushroom) was DELICIOUS! I'm looking forward to my next visit.

BEST COFFEE EVER and the cheese and lunches are wonderful. I had the cheese and fruit plate and everything (croissant too) was really high quality and delicious. Plenty of parking, and friendly servers.

Good and fast customer service.. the Chelsea sandwich was very delicious, a must try when you are in the mood for something light.. paired it with a Greek salad, a satisfying lunch! The green chile was a perfect compliment to the turkey and avocado sandwich, it was mild with a little kick. Highly recommend 😁

They were pretty busy so ill let it slide i didnt get the green chile on my sandwich. Food and service was great.

This is an Albuquerque staple that's a major favorite of mine and my husband's! We both love the Sweet N Spicy and also have tried several of the other menu items. Everything we've tried is amazing, especially the Green Chile soup they have on Friday's!

Do regular take out. Always delicious!
