    Costs WAY too much! Usually a good place all around, but they have seriously downsized the food and not the prices. Apparently the #1 is now basically a nugget in a bun. My sandwich combo was the least amount of fast food I have ever seen for $7+ but at least they are still fast and friendly. More of a joke than a "meal" though. I can't think of a worse lunch deal in town. Burger King chicken is almost as good and for $6 you get at least 4x this much food--plenty for 2 people.

    Great experience, the manager was the one taking our orders. The team around him was really helpful and supportive. Great cultural environment. It's how all businesses should be run. A Christian based business. The best type to patronize.

    I went through the drive thru. There were 10 cars ahead of me. It took me about 7 minutes to get my food. They really do a great job getting your order to you quickly.

    I only go to this location. And it's always to get lunch for the office. I tell them it's an order for 8 to 10 people. They always forget something. The food is delicious like always. But they always forget someone's food. I should get the bags before I leave, but I don't. I will, though, after today

    A staple for fast food. My 3 stars come from smaller portions. Some nuggets are so small I funny even think they're nuggets. It's more like little burnt pieces. The fries are never full, so it feels like it doesn't matter what size you order. You'll get a half empty container. Finally, my order for 3 people is over $60. It's no longer a place to go to feed your family good food inexpensively.

    Arrived at lunch time to a full staff and a short line food was cooked to order and was hot and fresh French fries were fantastic and the cleanliness of the store is what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A will definitely go here again

    Great chick fil a. Only complaint is chicken nuggets aren't cooked long enough for me. I like crunchy 😁 but they are still amazing, eat them every time. White peach Lemonade is AMAZING. Would recommend trying.

    Our food served hot, fresh and tasty and just what we ordered. The staff/team that was working today while visiting Chick-fil-A, we're totally amazing. Jumped right to it when we needed anything.& everybody else whole dining! We had a great lunch. You, Chick-fil-A, are the boss of chicken!!!

    Chick-fil-A's food and service is always good. This location fixed some of the drive-thru / parking lot issues, thankfully, but you still can't park directly in front of the restaurant without running the risk of getting blocked in, unfortunately.

    The way there chicken is prepared is one of the best for fast food and very hard to beat 3 thumb up and all the staff are polite and courteous, they finally removed the key lock on restrooms... Keep up the great job...

    Me and my fiance and our 16 month old baby just went through the drive thru and our cashier was James I believe. That's what it says on the receipt at least... But we ordered and our card was declined for some reason I'm not sure why but he just went and used a promo on our ticket and gave us the food for free. I'm not sure if he'll ever see this or not, but we are so incredibly grateful. The food is absolutely amazing. It just was a really nice gesture and I'm so touched he did that for us. It really made our day. So, thank you James for that. We really appreciate it. Thanks Chick Fil a!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    Not sure why this Chick-fil-A isn't like all the others, not so good. With only 2 people to serve it should've been quick and easy, not at all, slow and painful. Food was just ok, I actually had 1 bite of my sandwich and threw it out... maybe an off day? Not going back to find out.

    25 minute wait in the drive through (maybe 20 cars deep when we arrived) and they forgot a side on a $55 order. Recommend skipping this one if you’re in a hurry or have a large family.

    Im sure the food is good as always. However, I tried to place a $400 catering order to find out you want $1000 minimum. That is a LOT of Chick Fil A. I tried to call to see if I could do it manually. I was put on hold, then they started to take my order. They then stopped and asked me to call back in 10 minutes. NO I am not calling back. It was 3:00 not lunch or dinner rush. I will order from another store, your loss.

    This is a very busy place. The built-in politeness of the employees can be a little much, but it seems less forced here. Considering the volume of food thru the dining area and the drive thru, this place is run fairly well.

    Who doesn't know CFA? It's the same as any other. It's a newer building, and busy busy busy. They do a great job getting orders correct and getting through the long lines efficiently though! I've never experienced any problems at this location. It's easy to get in and out of from Gibson as well.

    True to form, excellent dining experience at this location today. I came in, found a table, placed my mobile order, and in a couple of minutes it arrived exactly as I ordered it. Customer service was over and beyond, and the value was exceptional. Thank you Albuquerque Chick fil a for exceeding my expectations!

    My daughter and I visited one of your establishments like we do all the time (4001 Coors Blvd NW Albuquerque NewMexico 87120). We placed an order through the drive through. My daughter drives a silver sedan ordered the #1 Deluxe with a sweet tea. I asked the lady what kind of shakes they had, she said, "vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream and peach for the summer." I then told her "no, I can't have peach I'm severely allergic". We got home and without looking to see what kind they gave us and I took 3 drinks, it was then that I realized It was peach. The tag on the drink of the shake I got said, "green sedan, customer name, Sandra". I immediately screamed, "omg this is peach" to my husband in panic. I do have a prescription for an EpiPen should this ever happen, I took benadryl immediately after. My daughter called the restaurant to let them know what happened and the manager she spoke with was extremely apologetic and she offered to refund our meal as well as anything we needed of which we never got the refund. We didn't want free meals we just wanted to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am grateful that I acted quickly otherwise who knows what could have happen. Perhaps more training on these types of situations.

    Very unprofessional, the employee taking orders was laughing the whole time with another employee. They just weren't paying attention or taking their job seriously. The lady at the window had to fix our order because he didn't hear our order with all their joking around. It was probably the worst experience we've had ordering from their, especially when they pride themselves on their customer service. Food was good though as usual

    Always busy. No communication from the workers. Had my order taken than the young man walked away without taking a payment and didn't say anything. They also for got my waffle fries. It wasn't a horrible experience but in all my experiences at Chick-fil-A this was the worse.

    I’ve eaten here multiple times and it used to be good. Something has changed for the worse. The lines take forever and since the two lanes converge into one someone ALWAYS cuts in front of you. When they take your order they ask if you want any sauce but it’s a useless question because they always forget at the window anyway.

    As a former Chick-fil-A Coors FSR employee I have to say this location is doing great! Food is fresh and hot and drinks are ice cold and they never forget to ask how my day is! Isaiah one of your shift leaders took my order tonight he was beyond professional and polite and made sure nothing was forgotten on my order and even took time to share a smile. He followed the core 4 all the way! I hope Mr.Len the Owner/Operator sees this and takes time to recognize the young man for all he does. I will be back Gibson is now my favorite store!

    This location has gotten so bad. Placed a mobile order waited in the drive through line over 40 minutes ! So unorganized, and disappointed in the food quality. Even after the long wait food didn’t even taste fresh fries were cold, chicken on my sand which was hard and seemed old. Also they should bring back surveys on receipts, or have a sorbet option on the app. Had such a bad experience at this location.

    Since the beginning of 2022 this place gets worse every month. The spicy chicken sandwich is pretty much half the size, enough for a small kid only. There seems to be more crumbs in the nuggets now. They do not fill the large fries to the top like they used to and they sometimes ask if you want sauce. As for the raised prices, this place is no longer worth it. I wont eat here anymore
