Left this place with a disgusting feeling - Flies landing on table, on people and zooming over head. Once sited, the wait was nearly one hour. Had to wait on getting coffee severed because there wasn’t any clean cups. Customer were asking the sever to change out their coffee cups because they had traces of lipstick. My opinion is that customer are bing served on unsanitized cups. Recommend to visit other establishments.

Worst service I've had since I moved back to Albuquerque. Overpriced food. I was charged $6 for two eggs. Appetizer came out after our food, and was made wrong. Food was bland. I got 4 onion rings with my meal. I had to go and get silverware for our table after we waited 10 minutes. I also had to go and get to-go containers and our checks. I added a picture so people could see the worst server I've ever had in Albuquerque. It wasn't just her. Place was poorly managed and food quality was bad. Food was also way overpriced

Denny’s is like old school diners in the 21st Century. Some prices are right on; nothing is too expensive. Service on drinks is terrible. You might be parched trying to eat. Also, cleanliness can also be an issue, depending on the Denny’s location and time Overall. You get what you pay for, and this is low end prices with adequate food that will sometimes surprise you by being exceptionally good.

Dennys is always one of my go tos anywhere in the country because their employees follow a brand standard that works. Hard working people and a collaborative effort always makes this place worth visiting. Customer service is outstanding morning and night. The cooks are artists and the rest of the staff is a well oil machine, including management. I appreciate you all for your hard work and dedication.

I had a hiccup with the food, brought up to the Manager resolve the issue immediately so I can continue the meal with my son, customer service great atmosphere, great location.

Worst Denny’s experience ever! Came here at 9pm on 9/13. The waitress was nice in a rude way, kept complaining to every table that she’s running the register and the floor (there was only 3-5 small tables the whole time we were there) NOT BUSY! She argued back with us when we asked about our meals, and forgot to bring us things multiple times, some of the things she never brought. The food was even worse, the eggs were runny with some raw egg whites on top, hash browns were burnt on top and the rest was raw, pancakes were burnt. The hamburger came out with nothing but cheese, we got 5 onion rings total. When we asked for lettuce, tomato, and onion she argued back saying that’s how it comes. Then she checked the menu to look at the picture and did bring lettuce and tomato, no Mayo, no mustard, no onion. We had to find ketchup at another table. The “manager” was sitting in a booth on the other side of the restaurant on her phone the whole time. Who knows how long before we got there. The “manager” didn’t get up to help not even once. Every part of this was so bad! Please don’t waste your money!

My visit was amazing. Marcos took care of us, he took our order quickly and we got all of our food without mistakes. It was a really good experience and will definitely be back

Dennys has great coffee. And a filling variety of breakfast and dinner menu items. Drinks are also good. This location is clean. Friendly and also has a drive through.

Great service, food. We had the finger licking Chicken fried chicken and Brisket sandwich which both were outstanding. Julie our server, was very prompt and attentive, thanks Julie

Craving eggs and hash browns, so we opted for Denny's. Food was okay. It was the typical expectation for a chain restaurant. Our waiter was good and fairly attentive. The restaurant was clean and fairly well-kept. If you find yourself hungry and down by the airport late at night, this might be your best spot for predictable food.

Came into the restaurant Sunday night after the Kane Brown concert and it was busy with a wait at the door, but the manager Rebecca had the restaurant working smoothly. We saw her in the kitchen helping cook, then out at tables talking to other patrons, then back at the door to greet people. It's been a long time since I've seen a manager work so hard and have a wonderful, cheerful attitude! Shout out to Rebecca!! Best Denny's in Albuquerque we will come back to see her and her crew!

New menus mean new items...and prices. No doubt many are upset about the rise in prices, however...the food is upgraded. I've never received a club sandwich with so much meat before, and I'm a go to sandwich person. I was here early in the morning, everything was clean...fresh..and the staff was super friendly. As a mom I'm not used to eating alone, however I felt very welcome with the perfect amount of service. Waitresses were very attentive without hovering..manager on Duty was friendly and had jokes on hand. They are super short staffed like almost everywhere nowadays, however..the food is worth the extra price. I will of course be returning to this dennys as it is also close to the airport.

7/10/23 Our Dennys in Benson, AZ, is a very pleasant place for a meal. Prices are up at many restaurants, but this Denny seems to have a fairly good senior menu. Service times are not too long of a wait.

The waitresses were excellent! But we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Even a small appetizer/ nachos we had ordered. Our waitress was so upset she went back in the kitchen and started cooking herself. The food was great. I would have given a one star but our waitress deserved a 5

The place was very clean and the service was outstanding. The food was great - hash browns were brown and crisp without being greasy, my over-medium eggs were perfectly done, and the toast was toasted and brown (how many times have you gotten warmed soft bread at a restaurant instead of actual toast?). I don’t know anybody who works there and I am in no way affiliated with Denny’s. This was just an excellent meal and service in a nice, clean restaurant that deserved a good review.

We ate here while on a road trip. The parking lot offers ample parking. The place was almost empty when we got there. We were seated almost immediately. We were offered amazing service and our food came out very quickly and tasted delicious. The staff was friendly and the place looked clean.

This Dennys treat you the way you should be treated, special. The waitress, Judy, is the best waitress in the business. If you want good food and excellent service just ask for Judy. You will be blown away on good you are treated. I give this place 5 stars but would give them more if I could.

Horrible costumer service!!! We waited so long to get refills on our drinks and our waiter was so rude!! She gave us no utensils literally expected us to eat with our fingers!!! When I asked her for forks and napkins she brought me one fork and stated laughing we sat so far in the back she forgot we were even there !!! She was so cold with us as she kept being so nice to others but acted with us as we weren't there!! We kept asking her nicely for things and she wouldn't even answer us back!!! Gave us no attention at all as a waitress whatsoever!! Used to come on a daily with my husband but unfortunately never again after our horrible experience with the waitress!!!

Went to this Denny’s with my family, a party of four. We had to wait for the host to get us seated. We stood there for 15 minutes with two small children. Nobody came to sit us. I made eye contact with at least two employees who ignored our presence. Then we decided to sit and wait for an additional 15 minutes. Still no one came to us. We decided to leave. I called on the phone to ask why they couldn’t see US. The lady on the phone says she didn’t see us and that they were busy. It suddenly became clear to me. We were BLACK. I know people will say it’s not about that, yes it was. I heard about this before I came to this country, just now experienced racism for the first time. It’s not like we didn’t have money to pay. We’re are paying costumers and yet we were treated with complete disregard! Felt humiliated in front of my boys. Thank you Denny’s!

They stayed busy! Everyone working hard to seat guests - waited less than 15 minutes for a booth. Server was the nicest! Food was delicious! Thank you!

First visit at this location. The gentleman at the front super sweet as we went in, I wish there was other staff like him. Our cashier was very cold. My mom and I both got the classic burgers and we both got food poisoning, still sick. I just took a couple of bites and felt sick before we even left. My dad and aunt both got potato soup but it looked like mashed potatoes with bacon on top. No crackers were given with the soup.we asked and they had none. No crackers, weird!! But ok. Then if you look at the utensils they were disgusting!!! If the dishwasher didn't notice, shouldn't the person who puts them in the bag notice?? I would hope so. But obviously Noone noticed. Gross!!!

They were busy and only had one waiter. Tim was his name. He was a beast. Taking care of 8 or 9 tables all by himself. Made no mistakes, was very attentive and quick to help. The kitchen was good. Everything came out perfect. And it was Denny's. We love Denny's it's a go to with a small group lol.

The waitress had an amazing sense of customer service, and even took a picture of us sharing our smoothie when she saw us struggling to get a pic. Theresa was wonderful and was just relaying to us her perfect score on her manager test, so we know we’re in good hands! This woman deserves a raise!

So went in to eat lunch and ordered and everything we ordered they did not have nothing came 2 times to tell us they did not have what we ordered at this time wanted to get up and leave just got out of hospital after all night very hungry so had no choice but to order a sandwich that I could have made at home and still taste. Better me and family usually love this place the worst ever the server was the best not her fault after all we should have gotten at least a discount

Service was second to none. I had chicken fried steak and eggs. It was perfect. My better half had the basic ham and eggs with a side of biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately after getting it remade twice we figured out it was the sausage that tasted like soap or a mild cleanser. I must say it was very clean, nicely decorated and still looked like a brand new facility.

They didn't have the dish we wanted in stock at the time we showed up .. but the staff made every compensation possible to enjoy our visit and dining experience.. we had a large group this time around, we were sending our son off to the Marines, and they made us very comfortable and served us quickly and threw in dessert for my son .. Denny's is always good but this place was great! Very clean , very helpful staff was on point with everything down to refills on coffee and cokes... Great place for a casual meal with the family or just by yourself...

Great attention from Teresa!! She definitely makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. She was attentive but did not interrupt out conversation. We asked for the sampler which tasted really good. We didn't like that it only brought 2 chicken fingers, but other than that everything was great. You might want to clean the light fixtures (especially the big yellow ones) to improve your customers' experience. Thank you for your great service!
