Been here twice. Burger was ok but the chili dog and tots rocked! Another joint across the street. Nice and convenient

Well where do I start? We get there parking lot wasn't full . Inside was a line guess there was a bus of kids 25min in line . Order toke another 20min plus they forgot 🍟 other 14min , order wheat buns didn't get it , meat extra well done didn't get it . It was medium well done. Last order a Oreo milkshake large and I got a foam cup not large. Everybody else had the glass cup with gray milkshake container. For what I paid I didn't get anything of what I ordered. Very disappointing I will not be back. It was too much of a hassle to complain cuz I had to wait in line and the line was still long.

Enjoyed a chili long dog. It was burnt in the center but overall delicious. Freak rain storm for 20 mins was beautiful as well.

This is one of if not my favorite hamburger places to eat. Food is always hot and made to order.

Food is always great, service is outstanding. Dining area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Food scraps under tables, dusty table legs, carpet needs a shampoo and bar counters need a good wipe every time we come in. If they can lift their cleanliness standards this place would be 100% on point

Where do I begin My husband & I are just passing thru & we haven't eaten at a Fuddruckers in awhile we should have kept going these people were so overwhelmed by the amount of people they couldn't keep up with the orders and keeping the tables cleaned off. when we finally got our food 45 minutes later my burger was raw when I asked for well done, the area to get condiments was dirty and I had to let them know there was no mayo in the dispensers. (They did make me a new burger to go.) I only wish I would have noticed the cooking area & the dining area before we ordered our food because I would have gone somewhere else. They really needed more help for a Saturday. My husband did enjoy his meal though.

It's been years since I had Fuddruckers and recall THOROUGHLY enjoying a FR burger and fries. The food is as I remembered it, so this review is not about FR food. This is about customer service. I arrived a bit before noon, the sign on the door said it opened at 11. I walked in and there was no one behind the register. As I slowly made my way to the counter I noticed a number of people putting orders together in the kitchen (easily 4, maybe 5). You could tell they were busy with orders and I didn't make an attempt to bother them. I waited way longer than I should have - I noticed at least 5 minutes go by. No one even acknowledged that they saw me, even avoided eye contact when I looked at the kitchen folks hard at work. Finally, a staffer walked in the front door. They walked by me (without looking at me) and were gone long enough to drop the bag they were carrying in the back and came to the registered. When at the registered, I did get a "I need to sign in" before they looked up and asked to take my order. I understood completely and wanted to let her get credit for her arrival at her station. I waited way too long before even being acknowledged. We all understand you are busy, the very least you can do is nod at the client and say "we'll be with you in a moment". I would have walked out, but the first stop I made was to a place that was closed because of short staffing and I was under a time constraint to get back with food.

Arrived after lunchtime. Fairly quiet and slow so did not think there would be any issues. Ordered 2/3 lb burger cooked medium and fries with no seasoning. My burger came out closer to rare and the fries had seasoning. I’ve definitely had better service at Fuddruckers in Phoenix. Wouldn’t go here again.

Been eating here for yrs. Always fresh and cooked to order. Onion rings are awesome, burger toppings are always fresh. Lettuce tomato and onions make a burger to me.

The food was very good but the service was poor and the place was dirty.

Food was fast. Burgers were not cooked as asked. I ordered medium and it came with no pink. My wife ordered medium well and it came medium. My son ordered medium rare and it came medium. We checked as soon as they came off the counter. Otherwise great taste and good service. The location by the airport is a little sketchy...

The burger was cooked to my liking. the fries were fresh out of the fryer. The condiments and the "fixings" for your burger were clean and presentable. the seating area and tables were clean. the restrooms were clean. the staff were friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable dining and had a nice filling meal. I would return to this establishment

Rip off!! Ordered a large milkshake and they only filled it about 60% or the size of the small. When we asked, they said, "we only make so much and we have to have enough for everyone". Not interested in milkshake socialism, I 'm interested in getting what I paid for. $30 for one 1/2 lb and one 1/3 lb burger, one small order of undercooked fries and the shake is Waaay too much!! (In fairness, they did add a bit more shake but still well over an inch from the top). Go somewhere else and get your money's worth.

I was here on a Sunday evening for dinner and there was only one other person, although they did seem to have several delivery orders going out. I ordered the Buffalo Burger medium well w/pepper jack cheese, fries, and a drink. The burger was great and the buns nice and soft. Their seasoned fries were really good especially when paired with their cheese sauce. They are a little pricey but it is pretty nice to have a quite dinner with an amazing burger.

This was the worst Fuddruckers we have ever been to first they tried to serve my husband a bun and fries no burger on it then when he asked them where the rest of it was they gave him a plain burger he had to complain again then the burgers were very burnt and tiny then there were no toppings out we had to ask for some the workers were rude and didn't care much about the customers if I could give a zero I would! literally any other location is way better than this one in Gibson and Yale!

Was ok, like most things, quality of food has changed since the pandemic. But as always thank you for being here. Always tip generously.

All employees were so friendly and helpful! Food was delicious. Bacon avocado salad was enough for two people - very good. We have missed Fuddruckers in Texas!

We got there 10 minutes before closing. My flight just landed. They greeted us and treated us amazing and the service was so friendly! The best one of them all in all of ABQ! Everything was amazing.

Great place for a burger. The condiments and dressings for your burger are set out so you can put as much as whatever you want on the burger. I personally like Xtra tomatoes and onions so it's nice not paying 2 extra bucks for extra. The shakes have declined since I was young but still decent. Yale and Gibson location

I think the grill master here is what makes the burgers here so good. Come cooked as ordered. Fresh juicy beef. Didn't seem super greasy. Plenty of toppings. Green Chile burger and "Hangover" burger was excellent. I must mention that the bread was so fresh it just added to the fresh taste of the burgers. I've had their shakes in the past and I can attest to how good they are! Exterior and interior look a bit dated. Windows look slightly dingy (probably from age). Restaurant doesn't necessarily look dirty but it is an older feel. Ample area for families. Customer service was very good as well.

I love Fudruckers on Yale street. They have a number of new options and a gluten free bun as a possibility. I had stopped going there because I am not allowed to have bread in my diet. The Burger was amazing the staff is incredible and I really do like going there

The hamburger (Bison burger) I had was good but most of the fries were really overcooked. I went to the restaurant at 4 pm on a Thursday and they weren't busy at all. Their cleanliness has improved since my last visit, so that's good. However, the restaurant's infrastructure (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) is very worn out and should be replaced. It took almost 5 minutes to pay for my order because their POS (point of sale) system was so slow.

There was 4 of us who went to get dinner here on Aug 30th, 2022. None of us have ever been to this place nor do I do reviews on anything but I can honestly say this is 1 of the best fast food places we have ever been to. If ever back in the area, it would be a place we will eat at again. The staff was awesome! Place was very clean. Keep up the good work.

Not too packed when we got there. Food came out in a timely manner. The afternoon sun was glaring into the restaurant. It would have been nice if the shades were drawn.
